Ramada Prague City Centre

Very good location in the heart of Prague and very friendly staff at the reception, in the restaurant and in the cleaning areas.

Attention, the hotel charged more than what was confirmed in the booking.com reservation confirmation (in my case 288 EUR instead of 273 EUR). I tried to get this corrected via the hotel and booking.com but both refused, although I had sent the evidences and the obvious difference between confirmation and actually charged. I then gave up because of the amount but will stop using booking.com for a while.

The staff in the reception was amazing! Helpful, funny and very service minded. The two guys and one female in the reception should learn out what service is to the rest of the staff. They were definitely amazing faces for the hotel. Perfect location, in the heart of Prague. ❤️

The rest of the staff. They were impolite, rude and did definitely NOT want people there. The breakfast hosts was laughing, whispering and pointing at my friend (health issue with her skin) several times EVERY morning we ate breakfast. Such a shame that they don’t know how to treat people with sickness… 😒

Ramada Wyndham group hotel in the very center of Prague! One of the main city squares and the centre of the business and cultural communities in the New Town of Prague. It probably hard to find even better location.

Noisy day and night, but very close to central railway station and to any of historical touristique places.Hotel required immediate refurbishing (plumbers ,repainting, windows insulation, furniture upgrade etc)

* staff were nice & friendly * near to everything, u just have to step outside the hotel & everything is there * towels & toiletries were provided * a kettle was provided (tea & coffee also) * the breakfast was good (just not so many choices for vegetarians) * we checked out early & it was nice that we could leave our luggage at the hotel

* the breakfast was good but limited options for vegetarians.. it would be nice to maybe have some pancakes & nutella spread & vegetarian cold cuts 😊

The room was very large, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. As it was my birthday they provided me with a small welcome surprise. The breakfast was ok, a little bit busy after 9 am but there was an extra area outside to accommodate all guests for breakfast. The front desk service personnel were kind and friendly. The location is great, you can visit the main highlights of the city by walking.

They charged me more than was confirmed in my booking reservation. There was no shampoo, bath soap, or hair conditioner in the bathroom. There were no sockets to charge phones next to the bed. The breakfast was not covid-free, as everyone had to use the same utensils to get food, and there was no alcohol gel available next to the buffet.

Spacious room with comfortable bed and good blackout curtains. A little bit shabby, but everything was clean and comfortable (exept of one electric outlet). The room was in a quiet inner part of the building. Great location, near the main train station, public transport and in walking distance to the central seesights. Good place for value, I would like to stay here again.

Some issuses should be maintained, the room was rather dark but for afternoon napping and night it's even better. Breakfast was efficient but did not exceed expectations.

Excellent central location within easy reach of the station and things / places to see in the centre of the city. Breakfast buffet was good with some nice "Czech" cuisine featured (U have stayed in the country several times since the mid-1980s), giving originality to the range available.

TV didn't work at all - either there was a connection problem or the whole thing had "died"...

Very good location right on Wenceslas Square only a few meters from the metro. Breakfast is excellent with a large selection of fruits, vegetables, sausages, jams, rolls, fried eggs, etc..

Rooms are getting on in years. One electrical outlet did not work and the air conditioning did not cool down too much. Room cleaning is unfortunately only on request. From my point of view, it would be much better to say the room is cleaned only every 3rd day and more frequent cleaning is done on request.

The hotel is well located in the city centre, shopping, theatres and museums. The main train station (Hlavni Nadrazy) is a short walk away and the metro station Mustek is less than a block away.

The hotel is dated and definitely showing its age. There is also no hotel restaurant or bar outside of breakfast hours. There are plenty of clubs and coffeeshops locally, but somewhere to have a quiet nightcap would be appreciated.

I liked that everyone of us got a door card, that we could leave our bags in the luggage room for a full day and that the reception called us a cab. Very friendly and alert personel. Breakfast was really good.

A blanket with burned marks (from a cigarette?) was on ny childs bed and there was a bug walking in the roof. Though it was a humid and rainy weekend so I understand it might have taken shelter inside. My kids though got a bit upset.
