K+K Hotel Fenix

I stayed in 414 ,very nice and quite corner room .. it was large and had big windows , as I was in business trip I enjoyed the work table .. Bed very comfortable and shower excellent , water pressure and the amount coming out from the hand set super .. Location was ideal for me , train station and metro very close and obviously famous Wenceslas Square , Although there are adult entertainment around, those not disturbing at all ..

I would expect more varieties at the Breakfast from such a quality and well looked after hotel but again understandable during this period ..

The staff at the reception was wonderful, very kind and present 24/7. The hotel upgraded our room given special circumstances, and the room was beautiful (but we managed to glance at the room we would have received normally and that looked pretty as well, exactly like the photos). All the facilities you would expect from a four-star hotel were present. The staff helped us store our bags in the hotel after we checked out. The location was central, 10 mins to the old town, and very close to many types of public transportation. Breakfast was good, a few vegetarian options.

Nothing. Perhaps the bathtub could be cleaner and the water pressure could be better but this is extremely minor compared to the great quality of our stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous. It was worth it. The location is super. Very central. A few steps and you are in the middle of the action. All the main touristic places can be accessed by foot. It's a perfect location to visit Prague. We've also enjoyed the Turkish sandwich place at the end of the road. The food was tasty and relatively cheap. It was very nice that we could park in the underground parking. There are not too many places and it's using the first come first served principle. Luckily we've arrived early so we could find a place. But at a later hour is was full. There is place for about 12 sedans and 8 SUVs in the whole parking. I would definitely like to stay here again, next time I'll visit Prague.

The furniture shows signs of wear. Same with the bathtub. There were very few TV channels in English. Many TV channels didn't work at all.

The location is really very central and very convenient to arrive there from the Main Station. The cost was also relativeky okay.

Very crowdy at the reception and usually about 10 mins should be spent literally in a queue to speak with a receptionist. Although the street is very central, in the same street and nearby there are several "XXX 18+" places and some girls when it becomes dark. So, if you are travelling with children and for some reason you are coming in the evening, it is embarassing. Breakfast was pretty poor and the room for breakfast is a bit smaller than necessary. Some people were eating in the hall near reception and the entrance door.

Perfect location - in the middle of the city , restaurants, vine, bars, cafes , train station , different metro lines , many nice shops , easy transport to airport , all accessible quite easily . Nice walking distance to old town and Prague attractions .. Hotel - Very nice and clean , nice lobby and lobby bar for business gatherings , very clean rooms and friendly personnel , even upgrafe you in case of availability , Food - Perfect and fresh breakfast with vast selection of food for every taste , good coffee is served Easy check in and out

Nothing to comment here ,I like this hotel and I am a repeat customer , this was not my first time visit , it serves to my personal taste really

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Staffs were good. They all speak english and they were helpful. Location is okay.

The toilet floor was cold. There was no slippers in the room. So, I asked for it in the reception and then they provided. The toilet has a bathtub and I don't like bathtub. Didn't have a city view from my window. The hotel doesn't have a common rooftop for city view. It would be good if I could have a dinner inside. I got a room with garden view but there was no garden to view. It was backyard.

The best part about this hotel was the location. Located in the heart of Prague (Wenceslas Square), all the tourist places are very much accessible from the nearby Muzeum metro station. Also, the rooms were clean and spotless. The room size is good enough for a single person.

The only thing that disappointed me about this hotel was the breakfast. For a vegetarian like myself, the options were very limited. I was eating only cereals everyday. I have stayed in other hotels in Prague and the breakfast options were much better. I hope they do something about this.

I recently stayed at K+K Hotel in Prague and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was also perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great selection of both hot and cold items. I would highly recommend K+K Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Prague. I can't wait to go back!

Location is in the centre , 10 to 15 min walk away from main attraction. Restaurants and supermarkets walking distance . Room was very spacious , bed was comfortable and clean faculties. Breakfast had varieties. All in all very good experience. Definitely recommendable. And yes thanks for the bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. It was very kind gesture.

Had booked double bed . But got a twin bed with two small blankets. Was a bit upset but was upgraded to room with balcony. So it was okay.

- perfect location right next to Vaclavske namesti, walking distance to all sightseeings. yes, there are strip clubs on the street and men standing outside, however we were 3 women and 1 girl and felt totally safe, so this really should not stop you from staying at this hotel - room was big, light, with enough of storage space for a few days stay, two big mirrors and lot of sockets - air condition is really efficient and silent, best I ever experienced in a hotel. just has a longer reaction time (like couple of minutes) so give it a time and it will work perfectly - we had a wonderful room on the top floor with french windows with thick curtains for the night and possibility to step out on the roof. we loved it and would ask for the same room next time. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were in Prague.

- the only minus is that some of the furniture looks a little bit outdated but since everything was in a good condition, we did not mind. maybe just the bathroom door were a bit too old, looked dirty and were difficult to close.
