Four Seasons Hotel Prague

All the stuff is just amazing, attentive to every single detail. Location is perfect. The Cotto crudo restaurant is quite nice for dinner, but for some reason while ordering room service, the same dishes from the menu tasted and looked a bit worse. Breakfast selection was ok. Spa facilities are good.

Slight “old” odor in the corridors, but not critical; room is a bit old looking too, but overall experience with the stay is quite nice. Unfortunately the restaurant on the rooftop was not available on Saturday, because of some private event.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at the Four Seasons Prague, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel not only met our expectations but far exceeded them, providing us with the most memorable anniversary experience we have ever had. The staff members at the Four Seasons were exceptional, particularly Sue, Anna, and Vasylev at the front desk. They were warm, attentive, and efficient in catering to our needs, demonstrating professionalism and genuine concern for our comfort. They even graciously granted us a two-hour extension on our last day before our flight. The room keeping service was impressive, going above and beyond to ensure our requests were met. This was the first time a room keeper paid attention to our request to keep only two pillows on the bed - a testament to their remarkable service. We must also mention Roman, who greeted us warmly at the front doors. His cheerful demeanor and engaging personality made us smile and look forward to entering and exiting the hotel every time. The dedication of the Four Seasons Prague team to creating unforgettable experiences for their guests is truly commendable. We eagerly anticipate our next stay and will not hesitate to recommend this extraordinary hotel to our friends and family.

Nothing really. It's hard to believe it, but the stay was kind of... perfect!

It was the perfect weekend and started with the greeting at check in. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant were excellent and the views perfect, Hotel was in a great location and very close to all the sites, I would strongly recommend

Everything. This hotel is fabulous. Great location, perfect staff, great food, comfy beds, beautiful rooms. I felt like princess. What I cherish the most is their Pet friendly attitude. We had our dog and FS Prague prepared dog’s bed, bowls, food and water :) and they welcomed our dog like she was a celebrity :) special thanks to the doorman Roman, he is the nicest person. Big thanks also to reception staff, they were all very helpful and nice. All staff is very professional !

Very elegant, first class location. Loved the breakfast! Concierge super helpful, we had a delightful welcome, it was a special occasion and the team went the extra mile.

They have to close the outside bar at 10pm it’s the city’s rules so not their fault.

The location was superb. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay exceptional. Thank you to the concierge, Stanislaw, who went above and beyond in arranging all our day tours in and around Prague and to Vienna. Restaurant recommendations were excellent too. We are eternally grateful for your kindness. Dík!

The Hotel restaurant was excellent. The food was fabulous and the service was amazing. The staff at the front desk were really helpful in particular Ramona Torma in helping us enjoy our stay and exploring this amazing city.

A well known Four Seasons quality in a perfect location.

A bit funny building logic, especially spa and gym positioning, gym also being a bit underwhelming. Had some unexpeced miscommunication when I arrived at the reception, but it was solved quickly. But, really, trying to find flaws in Four Seasons is always a challenge - a great stay always!

speechless with the services. literally cant move on. 4 season Prague is the best. over the top. once u stay here. u forgot about other Hotel, and dont want to leave. thank u to all team from concierge, reception, kitchen and ava spa team.
