Letna Garden Suites

I have stayed at Letna Garden Suites before and found the location ideal. Although it is not in the heart of Prague it has some lovely bars and restaurants close by. The centre of Prague is within walking distance but there are trams nearby for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is large and has most of the facilities needed for a short stay.

The apartment felt a little tired. The shower cubicle had not been cleaned properly for some time, the shower head was broken, the floors need to be properly cleaned, the waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied since the last guests stayed, and the kitchen crockery was limited and uncoordinated.

Location is perfect. 15 min of walking to the old town. Apartments are in good conditions and large enought for a family of 4 persones. Park, tech museum, grocery, tram station are nearby. The owner replies at every request.

No parking around to leave a car for a long time - you should think about this issue early to avoid any stress.

Good location, great vibe in the nightlife in the middle of the park nearby. Nice baguette place nearby and tram stops are nearby. Also close is the private underground parking space for 16€ per 24/h.

Shelves and walls could have been cleaner. The check-in and -out information can be lacking a bit - make sure to ask everything 24h in advance, especially If you do not have Whatsapp, or you wont have information for how to access your room or where to leave the keys later. The information did not resch us through sms or booking.com. Not many dishes and no means for washing them without dishwasher that was already full. Also someone took their trash out by dragging 3 bins down the hallway every morning at 8. That woke us up for sure.

The location is quite good. Shops are very close. You can easily buy food from 7 am to 10 pm. It was Sunday, but I could buy something in the evening around 7 pm if I remember correctly.

My card was only charged on the day of the trip. There was hardly any internet on the way, there was some problem with the payment, and if they had tried to charge the card half an hour later, I would have failed the booking because I would not have been able to correct the error. It was only after I paid that they told me how to get into the apartment, but I don't know why they were so sure I would have internet on the way. I called them days before the trip to try to finally charge my card. They promised to do it, but they didn't do it before the day of the trip.

The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and the dishwasher was a real plus. The location is great and much better than staying in Prague 1. The property was really spacious and would be good for a longer stay than we made. I have previously lived in Prague and my lady knows it well - we would certainly book this place again. It was also quiet at night and very near a large park and woodlands for my morning exercise. Finally, it has good public transport links into Prague centre.

Nothing - for us there was nothing to dislike.

We only spent one night here, arrived at the accommodation quite late, and left early, so we didn't get to enjoy it properly, but I have nothing bad to say. The apartment was beautiful and very nicely furnished. The check-in was contactless and without any issues, we were contacted through WhatsApp by the accommodation prior to our arrival with clear instructions. The apartments are in a great location close to the city centre, but the street was surprisingly calm and we were not disturbed by any loud sounds, so we slept well. Considering all this, the price is really good. Recommended!

Great location - easy access to pretty much everything you need. Nice and comfy beds. One of the couchbeds was a bit iffy, but other than that the beds were great. The apartment filled pretty much all of our needs.

Got stuck in the elevator two times, but wasn't a long lasting problem. Kitchen sink's water doesn't flow too smoothly, pumps air in between a couple of seconds. Could've use a hanger or something similar in the entrance to keep our jackets. Toiletrooms sink is awfully small and splatters all over if the flow is too strong - difficult to fit your hands under it.

the apartment is spacious , modern and well equipped, the location is excellent in a quiet place but close to the city center, we were able to visit everything on foot. a super market next door, as well as a few restaurants and cafes, a tram stop 2 minutes away. the owner responds quickly by watssap

there was dust in the apartment. the television did not work, we would have liked the check in and check out instructions to be sent in advance without having to send a message to the manager

- great location, really close to public transport/shops/restaurants - comfy beds, flat was clean and temperature inside was perfect - inside is everything you need and nice surprise: wine's bootle for us

- problem with parking: everything is for locals not for tourists, if you travel by car, use P+R on Holesovice Station, only 100 korun per 24h and you will have tram from apartment to station directly
