The location is great

The room was very small and didn’t have a frigobar and no closet

The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of choices, although it was crowded and busy (to be expected). The room was basic but quiet and comfortable and good value for the price, excellent choice for a location close to Bercy Flix bus depot for a single night layover on the way to Disneyland. Would have been a perfect location if the Bercy train station wasn't currently closed for maintenance as is only about 500 m from the Bercy train station. It was only just over 1 km on foot to Gare de Lyon, though. Staff was friendly and helpful, gave knowledgeable metro advice with a map to deal with train line closures. The hotel has A/C and lifts and a bar with entertainment area and is close to Bercy Park and several cafes and restaurants.

Room was a bit dingy but comfortable for a short layover and very quiet given the noisy neighbourhood.

It has good transport access, metro station literally in the front door of the hotel. There is special cold water machine at the reception free of charge you can fill in your water. Even thought breakfast was continental, meaning small things like croissants, pancakes, nutella, serials, milk, coffee etc.. it was so delicious and satisfying, there was even fresh orange juice. We were particularly impressed by the Manager of the breakfast restaurant, he was so hard working, helping his staff, also very kind person, he had some chat with us, gave nice tips. the guy is radiating positive energy also being very professional, great asset for the hotel.

There could be kettle in the room, there was no. There was no green tea in the bar, even thought they had many other options, come'on green tea is most drunk tea.

very convenient location with station just outside the hotel, metro right there. friendly staff, room was perfectly clean and bedsheets snow white. also bed is very comfortable. room has aircon, important thing i could open window for ventilation. traditional French breakfast included selection of fresh pastries, cheese,ham, fruit salad and yoghurt. also proper coffee in the machine. area is loaded with museums and restaurants. just few stops from the city and getting to CDG via metro&ReR was super easy.

Location to railway station is excellent. Lots of eateries and bars close by. Parc de Bercy virtually at the back door of hotel and Bercy Village a short stroll away.The bed was big and very comfortable. Room to have our cases open. The included breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom. The lighting was poor, hard to see with any detail (did take 10 years off!!) The water didn't drain well from the shower, but it was fixed after reporting it. The window wouldn't close so we suffered road noise and general revelry.

Great breakfast Decent room, a little small. Decent location, not really on city centre, but could easily reach it by metro (station for two lines 50m from hotel entrance) Few restaurants near hotel and bercy village (open air shopping) with some more restaurants reachable by a 10min walk

Not so good sound isolation on rooms, could hear bangs from other rooms and sound from the street and I was on 4th floor. The air conditioning was a little tricky to work and get the room cold

The bed was Very good. The air-conditioning system worked awesome. The decor of the hotel is very good. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast has a great selection.

The worst part of our stay was the water pressure on the shower that was very small. The lack of a water boiler for some tea. Or even a fridge to keep some drinks cold. The size of the room is very small but it works.

Everything is good I appreciate all. Only the staff distracted me when I slipped They call me to leave the room, They must need to checks properly, computers systems ! I paid full & taxes plus extras time. From: Sunday, 14:00 PM to Monday, 18:00 PM. But the reception called me at 12:00 PM To leave the room.

Bed was great, squishy and supportive. All the basics covered - hot shower, everything very clean, rapid check in and check out. Amazing location, 2 minutes from gare de Bercy, and 30 seconds from the metro. Plenty of good quality towels, electrical socket by the bed. You can change the temperature in the room and there is AC.

Some of the trimmings are a little worn in the bathroom, the shower could do with being regrouted and there were some paint chips. No big deal though.

The hotel was very close to the train station

The room was very hot as the air conditioner was turned off. When we checked out we mentioned this and was told that we should have gone to reception to say the room was hot as a staff member would have come to our room to open a window or given us an electric fan. I would have appreciated that information when we checked in rather then when we were checking out
