Great location. 5 minutes walk from Bercy village which has many coffe shops and restaurants. In front of the hotel there are also many restaurants and a small supermarket. 50 meters from the Metro station and one stop from a more central Metro station (Gare de Lyon).

There was some noise in the mornings from repairs done in the hotel.

The lobby area is very welcoming, comfortable, clean and always smelling good. It was always pleasant to walk into the hotel after a day out visiting Paris. The sweets at the counter are a nice detail and are of better quality than those in some five star hotels. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the quality was excellent. The breakfast and meal area is very comfortable and pleasant, more than the photos on the website give away. This area was a factor that helped us decide on this hotel, and it ended up exceeding our expectations. A special thanks to Zohra for her friendliness, smile and tireless help. It made all the difference in our stay and made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Thanks also to Mourad for his great friendliness and help, as well as to Amynata for her quick help in offering us a place to store our luggage before check-in. Our room 232 was always clean and tidy to perfection, so we would like to thank the person who took care of it, whose name we don't know. Please convey our thanks to this person as well. The staff is the most important part of the whole experience. The room was a bit smaler than we'd like, but was comfortable and quiet. We also liked the small fridge, the safe, and the correct temperature in the room. Rituals products were a nice detail. Our room had a comfortable couple's bed which provided proper sleep and rest.

The two children's single beds were uncomfortable and the mattress was not flat due to it being a sofa bed. The bathroom needs renovation in order to improve the quality of the equipment, such as the shower heads and handles to regulate the temperature. We did not like the fact that a toilet brush was not provided. We think it is polite to leave the toilet perfectly clean for the person who intends to use it next, as well as for the employee who takes care of cleaning the rooms. Only the somewhat smaller size of the room, the crooked single mattresses, the bathroom equipment and the lack of a toilet brush make us reduce the score. Everything else was perfect.

Kids loved the breakfast and daytime entertainment! Coco the magician was a huge hit! The breakfast buffet was varied and catered to almost everyone. There is access to line 6, which stops at the Eiffel Tower, just outside the hotel. The hotel is also "away" from the direct hustle and bustle of Paris life. A short 10 minute walk through the "Parc de Bercy" leads you to the shopping strip of Bercy with a variety of fantastic restaurants. The televisions in the rooms have a variety of channels, including an English speaking kids channel (number 63), and in the evenings it featured "Bluey"... Brilliant! After a long day of exploring and walking, it was a relief to put our feet up on our comfortable beds and relax. We didnt dine at the dinner buffet, but it looked fabulous. We ordered room service once, from the restaurant menu, and the meals were fabulous. Other times, we went out to little takeaway places and brought meals back to the hotel. The staff were always friendly, helpful and informative. We needed help with getting clothes laundered, a place to store our bags, and the staff were always welcoming with a beaming friendly smile, or a bright "Hello" in the mornings. The hotel also offers tickets for the Metro, day passes and 2-day passes, plus helps guide you in the right direction to get to the main tourist destinations. They also have a lolly jar at the reception.... Water station to fill up water bottles. The bathroom taps state "Drinkable Water". Toilet is separate from the bathroom. Mini bar fridge is big enough to also store a small bottle of milk, or a bottle of soft drink or two. Bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Moisturizer are provided in the rooms. The shampoo and conditioner are quite good. Note - you cannot take them with you. Thankyou Hotel Novotel Bercy, you aided our tour of Paris, making us feel welcomed, comfortable and at ease.

Well, there is always something. But it isnt serious. If you had one cereal that wasnt filled with sugar. Like Special -K or oatmeal, that would have been AWESOME! There was quite a few cobwebs on the ceilings, by the curtains in our rooms. The curtains were difficult to open, and pull shut. But this is the ONLY thing i can say.

I chose this hotel as it is right beside the Accor Arena and we were there to see Elton John on the 21st of June. We were given an Executive room on the second floor and it has a courtyard, which is lovely. We had a fridge with water, orange juice, Coke, peanuts etc. This was free and we thoroughly enjoyed that and it was replenished everyday (if we wanted/needed) The bathroom has a separate small toilet room with a sliding door for privacy. Lovely walk in shower with a large rainfall shower head and a separate hand held power shower head. Quite nice and great for two! The bed is great, nuff said. We had a kettle, fruit English Breakfast teas, coffee pods for the Espresso machine, iron and board. I liked the plug in the bathroom so I could use the supplied hair dryer with the mirror and not be stuck in the middle of a room. The Metro is right outside and we got the hang of it pretty quick and rode it everywhere (within areas 1 & 2). Two all day tickets cost just over 16 euros. We are two people who tend to get lost a lot we were like pros or even a local by the time we were done! It was great and not once did I fear anything. There are Metro People by the ticket machines who will help you get your tickets and most speak a tad of English. Very easy enjoyable trip.

We didn't have a balcony. I really wanted a balcony. I'd been dreaming of a balcony for almost two years. We were on the first floor and we had a courtyard, which was very nice, however, there are other balconies above the courtyard and if there had been guests out on theirs there is no privacy. The area was like one big chimney with us all facing inwards. Strange. The sun did peep in. One party was a tad noisy, but we didn't really mind we just closed the door and put the AC on. For others it could be a problem.

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, so everything looked very new. Staff was very polite and helpful. There is a nice restaurant and bar, which offer good quality food and drinks. The restaurant menu is not very big but seems to have something for everyone, including children. There is a small area for children to play near the lobby, which was also nice. The hotel borders a local park, which is actually quite a lovely one. The river Seine is very close and it also offers a nice opportunity for a walk. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. A Metro station with two lines going to some of the main attractions is right in front of the hotel. At night, we had our window closed with the ventilation on and didn't have any problem with sounds from the outside even if our room was facing a street.

Some small things to improve on in the bathroom/wc: there were no places to hang towels; the toilet was missing a brush, which I found strange and not practical.

The room was very clean, lots of sockets to charge phones and other electronic devices. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower at the same time and there was a separate room for the toilet (something I believe is very convenient at the French accommodations). Staff was very polite and helpful. There is a metro station literally across the hotel entrance, just one stop to the Gare de Lyon train station. Excellent hotel for families.

Breakfast was excellent, though I can’t understand the recent safety measures (we were not allowed to curry our bags with us during breakfast- we’re all customers suspected to steal croissants maybe?). Dinner at the hotel restaurant was decent but i would not recommented it.

Wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was new and clean. The bed was so comfortable which means a lot to us after suffering through some bad Airbnb's. Excellent location, just a few steps from Bercy train station and a 10 minute walk from the massive Gare de Lyon station- which is the station you want if you're going to Euro Disney at some point. This hotel was half the price of other hotels we looked at but better value in my opinion. Right across from Accor arena if you happen to be going to an event- but no noise problems.

Nothing. Maybe the option for an iron would be nice but we didn't ask.

The room was great, esp for families. It was bigger than many we have stayed in (nb not HUGE, just bigger) and I liked that teh toilet is seperate from the shower, which makes it easier when we are a family of four sharing the room. The breakfast space was lovely and breakfast was excellent. The games available in the foyer are fun. I wish i had known they have bikes available for use but we only realised as we checked out!

Getting there from the train station did take longer than we thought but perhaps we were walking slowly with suitcases!

The location was great. Right near Line 14 and Line 6 so was very easy to travel throughout Paris. The hotel had an amazing breakfast and was very quite and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. The first night we stayed, there was a issue with the electricity going out on the entire fifth floor but the employees at the front desk moved my Family and I to a different room on a different floor and they ensured our safety and comfort for the remaining stay.

Everything was fantastic.
