The staff was very friendly, all could speak English and put up with my subpar french. The hotel itself was very close to the metro and restaurants as well as the place de la nation which is a lovely park.

There's no fridge in the room so any food left in the room was left fairly warm. In addition to this the air conditioning wasn't overly effective.

I do not remember the director of the hotel's name it was like "Carl", however, he was very kind, client-friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help. I was received with honor and I felt very relaxed during my stay. When I was going to check out my luggage were heavy and the cleaner stopped what she was doing to help me. I remember her having black hair and bright blue eyes, but she was very kind.

I did realize that on Sunday when I checked out and stayed in the lobby until I got picked up the front desk receptionist was on a phone call and speaking to loud. I was surprised to see how professional the front desk was when the director was there and when he wasn't they were on their phone or away from the desk. However, I am still surprised of how good of a service I got from the director and his team. Even the cleaner was so excellent.

It is not that far from the very city center. Cheaper than majority of hotels in the city center

But still quite a way to travel.

Great value for money, Bilingual staff and very accommodating. We were 3 hours early for check in, staff greeted us, stored our luggage, gave us use of bathrooms, restaurant facilities and let us have the wifi before we they had our room ready. It was quite enough for me to do a phone interview and staff was more than happy for this to happen. Highly recommend!

How short our stay was

The most wonderful hotel! everything is clean, comfortable and friendly. Quiet area, changed bedding and towels, cleaning, everything you need is in the room air conditioning, TV, kettle, chocolates, toiletries. Pleasant and helpful staff, round reception, allowed to leave luggage for storage after check-in. When traveling again only to you 👍👍👍

Excellent location as I was working in the area. Reasonable size room. Breakfast was adequate.

A power socket was broken. Not all lights worked. Made me see that it had been a while since cleaning behind the minifridge had been done :(

The location is spot on, close to the Metro stations, shops, restaurants & cafes. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had a kettle and mini fridge.

The room and the hotel was really nice and clean and the interior was really spacious and comfy. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The hotel is a bit far away from the main sights. Most of the time we needed 35-40 min. to go to the center of Paris. Especially on a sunday it was a bit difficult to reach the hotel from gar du Nord.

I loved the location, proximity to metro stations, grocery shop is just accross the road. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

Our room had the smallest bathroom in the world, but we managed, must say, that it's nothing that would make our stay uncomfortable.
