The room was clean and cossy, kitchen not too big, but good enough for breakfast. Shower was great, good water pressure.

We did not have our appartment key and we had to ask always to the receptionist to open our door for us. Apparently previous customer took the key with him. That made us feel not very independent and quite unsafe.

Perfect for what I needed for the price. Staff was friendly, clean, pretty good location. It was easily accessible to Paris by transportation. I even walked. Would definitely recommend for a traveler who just needs safe, basic accommodations and likes to explore and is okay with walking

Located within a 2 minute walk of Clichy-Levallois train station (buses also depart from here) which is 2 stops from Saint Lazare where you can link up with the Paris metro and regional trains. The tram is about 5 minutes away at Porte d'Asnières so while not in central Paris you can get around the city quite easily from this property. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and the SoOuest Shopping Centre is a 5 minute walk away where you'll find a LeClerc supermarket and shops like Hollister, Zara, M&S, Lego etc. If you don't feel like cooking there's a bakery nearby for breakfast croissants, Deliveroo delivers to the property or I can recommend Boucher Abel on Rue Victor Hugo for delicious rotisserie chicken at €6 for a whole chicken or €8 with roast potatoes included. The area is very safe and well-lit at night and I felt very secure walking around. There's a pretty little park opposite SoOuest which has a playground to cater for younger children. This property doubles as a student residence but unless you were told this you probably wouldn't guess, I believe the student accommodations are on the lower floors. There are 2 lifts and reception is manned 24/7. I found the property to be very quiet and peaceful. A small gym and Coin-operated laundry facilities are available but I didn't use them. My room was on the 7th floor and from my window I could glimpse the Eiffel Tower. Cooking facilities consisted of a 2 ring electric hob, combi-microwave and an undercounter fridge. The heating was easy to control and I was very comfortable during my stay. The shower was powerful and there was always lots of hot water. The room was spotless on arrival and was serviced daily during my stay. I have no hesitation recommending this property and would happily stay there again.

It's a reasonably good short stay. Room clean & bed & bed linen very good; even the strange pillows were pretty good. Staff change over frequent but reasonably pleasant.

Think it's alittle pricey. No beverages supplied. Had to go to front desk to request the need for the lack of any toilet paper. Supply coffee machine but had to go out to purchase coffee & milk/creamer. Overall the entire apartment block needs to be tidied up. Corridors need vacuuming. The entrance toilet was not serviced from the night before.. very unclean at 5:45 am.

the staff was always welcoming. the 1st gentleman that checked us in had great English and was very nice. the last gentleman at checkout was very helpful as well. I’d recommend the place. comfortable beds.

it needed a deep clean. corners and base boards were dirty. more towels would have been appreciated. never found a metro station nearby, trains weren’t always running and buses weren’t quick. we ubered a lot to Arc de Triophe and transferred.

The room is really nice BUT although it has cooking facilities THERE IS NO REFRIDGERATOR!!!!

The internet system is a heap of rubbish. It disconnects you and you have to go through hoops to reconnect. Rather than just asking for a password you go through this messy logon system which it might actually come up in your browser. It's hard to find something less user friendly. This rubbish system was obsoleted just about everywhere else.

The staff from check in to check out we're wonderful and answered all our questions about the place and transportation. We got the best room which had the view of the Eiffel tower and my best friend whose birthday was when we came loved it! The train station was just under 5min walk. The grocery store inside a shopping mall was a short walk too. There were loads of places to eat at! We tried the kebab place near us and it was yum!

Extra set of towels if more than one came but I knew we could have gotten an extra set for 7€ but since we were only staying for 3 days we didn't bother.

Enough space in the room including a fridge and small kitchen. Good location. Restaurants and bars close, as is a train station. However, Metro is also only a doable walk away.

Going in September we thought the lack of AC would not be an issue... well during a heatwave the room was very very hot. A fan would have been great. But it was our mistake not to book a room with AC

The room was spacious, clean and sound proof. Even though the fridge was too noisy, I must say that the kitchenette was fully furnished. Nearby L train.

Metro 3 & RER C are not that close I insist about the infernal sound coming out of the fridge because I couldn’t identify it at last and signal it to the reception who said they’re gonna fix it. Train station view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with enough utensils to prepare a basic meal. It is not as sound proof as advertised, but it is a quiet area. The gym available is very basic, but it helps during a short stay.

The internet was very unstable. I constantly had to reconnect on both my laptop and my phone. I think they use stronger products to clean beddings due to Covid. It made my skin very itchy. I'm not normally reacting to anything. This was new.
