Balcony missing, kitchen top very small, only one metro line 13 connection, hence have to use bus due to metro 13 maintenance

Friendly staff! Very clean apartment w/everything you need. Everything looked brand new. We used the fridge and cooked one meal a day there. The grocery is right next door or below. The beds were very cozy!!! Lots of closet space.

Ok, we are a bit older so the only thing I would mention is that you will need to ride the metro for at least 15-20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions and often you need to change metros, lots of stairs, only a few escalators and no elevators for handicapable people. We didn’t go home and rest during the day and then go out again because it was just to much. So the price for what we got was amazing!!! And if you are young and energetic it will be perfect. But we just had no energy after each day out to go on the metro again to see Paris at night (which is amazing). We did it once lol.

The staff was extremely friendly! They were available at any time for all requests. Room was clean and spacious! (it was a family room with a double + single bed) Clean and comfy bathroom and even a little kitchenette (Microwave, hob, kettle and coffee maker, fridge) in the room! Metro station is at 1 min walk from the hotel. Safe neighborhood, with a little supermarket also at 1 min walk from the hotel! There is a private parking for only 20€/day which is really not much for Paris. The breakfast is good as well. We enjoyed very much the kindness of the staff and the cleanness of the hotel.

The room was clean and well equiped. Supermarket just at the door. The area is ok. 25 mins on the metro to Louvre.

Reception and corridors not too cozy, but ok. The staff is helpful if you ask them, but not warm at welcoming guests. Did not hear any noise from other rooms, which is very good, but the air-con and the fuse box in the room did buzz on and off all night, even when everything was switched off. All in all good price-quality for Paris.

Loved the mattress and the pillows (a bit on the harder side, but that's how we like them). Very close to the metro station (excellent for exploring Paris) and a shop that was open until the late hours of the night. Got an upgrade (due to Genius level 3 and generosity of the staff). They also kept our bags in the last day.

Facilities were fairly basic, could use more kitchen ware /cooking oil / spices. Shower gel was also shampoo and seemed to be just a little... but was OK for 2 ppl / 3 days - no hair washing though. Clean, but a bit dusty on the floor and garbage was not taken once for our 2 night stay. All in all nothing major to note

No shower (only in bathtub) , sleeping sofa not very well, breakfast every day excactely the same and generally spoken a "instant" breakfast: the coffee is just instant pulver machine (not tasty), croissants self warmed up, 2 cheese types, 3 ham or sausage types, pancakes, marmelade, same yoghurt, no fresh fruits or vitamines, not rich in proteins

The location was near to a bus stop where we took bus #54 direct from Gard du Nord. Also a couple hundred metres to the Metro station Mairie de Clichy. There are 2 grocery shops very close to this apartment. A close distance to pharmacies and restaurants too. The apartment was well equipped and the smart TV connected us to Netflix via wifi chromecast (as most channels are in French) A choice to take up breakfast downstairs, and vending machines are available 24 hours to buy bottled drinks/snacks/hot drinks. We arrived earlier than the check-in time of 4pm (around 1.30pm) but the staff was kind enough to let us in our apartment 🤩 Great staff at reception and I would definitely stay here again for all the conveniences this apartment has ❤

The hot water is controlled on hourly basis and I was out of hot water to shower at one point. However the staff came to adjust the setting but you may still face a situation whereby less hot water is available.

The staff was very pleasant and nice, the location is great 2 minutes away from the metro station which leads to the city centre and other great locations through the city as well (Montmartre for example). If you stay longer that 2 days I suggest taking your own towels because they change them once per week.

Clean and modern room, we had everything we needed, coffee was great. Not far from metro station, big supermarket is near the hotel.

It was cold in the room, there was a draft from the window, the floors were cold, the air conditioner couldn’t cope with heating the room

We took a one bedroom apartment for three persons - was decently spacious, cozy and comfortable. The location is also really nice - very close to a metro stop and surrounded by multiple supermarkets and bakeries.

There was some confusion on the booking when we reached, although we had paid to upgrade to a bigger apartment before arriving, it was not updated in their system and they assigned us the smaller room. However, they changed it after we complained.
