Novotel Marne La Vallée Collégien

The hotel was spotless and modern; it had a small swimming pool and a playground for kids, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel location was excellent as it is 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris and La Vallee Village shopping outlet. The hotel also has a Tesla charging station for people traveling using electric cars.

The room service menu is very limited and doesn't have many options for kids. Also, the breakfast buffet hours were early.

Location - short drive to Disneyland Paris. Small swimming pool but very refreshing after a 27 degree day at Disneyland. Nice Italian restaurant a three minute walk away. they also organised a connecting room as my children were staying in a separate room.

The public areas and the rooms of the hotel are all modern & immaculate. Good Aircon in the bedrooms. Kids area in the lobby with a ps4. Service was excellent across the board. Safe and secure parking. Breakfast is well worth paying for and the outdoor pool is great

Location is great for Disney, but a little remote if you expect shops close by etc. There is a supermarket and a McDonald's very close by which is all you need if travelling with kids and looking for a place to put your head down before or after a visit to Disney.

Very good and nice hotel. Location only suitable for travel with own car. Booking breakfast upon arrival proved a good option as children have a discounted rate which we did not see on the internet.

modern clean hotel situated 15 mins from DL by car. staff were great, hotel is well run. free car parking (Tesla chargers on site too) with lots of spaces. Food was really nice and clearly the best rated round the area. after a day of eating fast food as DL is was just what we needed. they do a good kids menu with drink and ice cream for €12. breakfast was 10/10. a good selection of everything (hot and cold) the kids were well catered for too. rooms were clean and made up daily.

room smelt fusty, soon got used to it. the window was broken so didn’t open on the latch only opened wide which was abit of a worry at night but it was quiet. safe didn’t work too and the shower head kept falling down. we didn’t ask to change rooms as it’s too much hassle with children but I’m being picky in all honestly. we paid £420 b&b for 3 nights so can’t complain. it wouldn’t stop me staying again, great hotel

Decent breakfast. No complaint on my behalf. I liked the free ping-pong table and badminton field. Comfortable room, clean. Big parking. Good position for a short stay and a visit to Disneyland. I liked it!

The only small complaint is related to the outside pool. Even if we went there in mid-august, with sunny weather, the water was quite cold. Maybe some sun-powered warmers could help. Otherwise is 5 minutes in the water then out. Especially for the kids.

Location, close to Paris and Disneyland. Comfortable rooms and beds with low noise airco. Nice breakfast, nice little green courtyard with small pool in between the rooms.

Toilet keeps running. Bathroom hooks not properly fixed (minor annoyance). Very difficult to get instructions to go to Paris center for one day at the reception (am I the only one who ever did this?). At the reception they told me I couldn't take the car because of pollution restrictions in Paris center (this is appreciated).

I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was surprised. Rooms were in a good condition, super clean and modern. Really sound proofed. Good breakfast. Nothing spectacular, but really good for this price. Close to RER which is going right to the city center and to Disney (you will need 8 min drive by taxi or shattle) but anyway pretty comfortable. Hotel has a pool and kids playground. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location is great, the distances to all the main tourist destinations in the area (Disneyland, La Vallée, etc.) were reasonable. The same can be said about the distances to Paris and CDG Airport. A baby bed was provided, which is a great plus.

I was hoping that the hotel would provide help with our luggage, but they said that we would have to do it ourselves. This may be tiring if you are jet lagged or have lots of luggage with you.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean. It’s fifteen minutes from Disneyland so we stayed there on each end of staying at a hotel at the resort. It worked out really well. The staff were really friendly and very helpful-especially Lola who went out of her way to welcome us, accommodate us and help us get our feet back under us after a red-eye flight.
