Apparthotel Torcy

We always stay here anytime we visit Paris. I have lost count of how many times we have stayed here, that explains how good it is. During winter you have excellent heater and in this summer, the air condition was superb. For me, it is the best place to stay. Everything is accessible with ease with a free car park. The 24 hour of open reception makes it all great, you don't have to stress about checking in any time.

Spacious room, clean and with all necessary features. location close to restaurants and to the RER station.

Presence of larger groups of people hanging around in the parking lot outside the hotel and along the main access paths may cause an unsafe feeling.

absolutely unbeatable value for money. we found our apartment to be notably spotless, literally so clean. clean sheets and clean towels on request. there are hairdryers, irons, and also board games to borrow from reception just need to leave a deposit, breakfast reasonable price (8 euro-ish for decent continental selection) and whilst we didn’t have any it looked really good. simple but modern and functional decor. bed comfy, shower good plenty of hot water. A/C worked well and kept us cool across some very hot summer nights. staff friendly, check in so easy. very close to RER torcy, maybe 3 minute walk and then only 10 mins on train to Disney. lots of food options nearby (subway, tacos, kebab shop, chinese, sushi and grill) there’s also a pharmacy and spar. we also found it be very quiet. would book again without hesitation.

the only thing we missed was 2 pillows each. just one small European size pillow per person in the room, reception only managed to find us one more when we asked even though two of us. a vending machine with water and soft drinks would also be a big plus - but not much of a problem as take away opposite was open until 1am and we could grab cold drinks to go :)

We loved the location. 3 train stops away from Disneyland, easy to find halal food. The butcher and pastry shops nearby are halal. SPAR supermarket nearby sells frozen halal food as well. Got our chicken nuggets and fries from there and cooked for our breakfast. The rate was value for money too. 2 Family rooms for 2 nights at about myr450 per night per room. The room had complete kitchen utensils and tools. We were able to cook our Asian dish with the sauce pans, small frying pan, knife, cutting board, kitchen strainer etc. Really exceeded our expectations.

Just a small issue with the sink water flow. It took sometime for the water to flow out after each use.

The staff was very welcoming. We could tell that they cared for their customers. The location seemed very safe for families. Our family stayed in two suites and had plenty of room for all of our belongings. The mini fridge was a huge help so we could keep our beverages and ice cream bars cold. The area around the property offered easy access to dining and a small market. It was a very short walk through the shopping center to get to the metro. It took only a few minutes to get from the train back to the hotel.

No negatives. It is a nice, no frills property that I would gladly stay at again.

We stayed here for a recent trip to Disneyland. We hadn’t thought about how to get to the hotel in advance so decided on a taxi. From CDG airport, it cost was €70 to get there which was a small price to pay when travelling with 2 excited kids. On arrival, the staff were friendly and welcoming with check-in easy. Rooms were spotless with everything we needed from utensils to cooking facilities. The beds were super comfy and the shower great. Behind the hotel was a eating complex with a well stocked Spar and lovely patisserie at one end (down the steps). A short walk away is the RER A station, and in 4 stops, you’re at the front door to Disneyland! It cost around €16 one way and you just buy tickets at the station (make sure to use one of the newer machines - they’re much easier!). I would highly recommend staying at the Aparthotel Torcy - brilliant location, great rooms and friendly staff

It was my first time in paris alone with my 5 year old daughter. We had booked Disneyland paris and found apparthotel Torcy to be the most ideal for location to disney on a budget. The location is just across from the RnR train station, which is literally 3 stops away from Marne-La-Vallée which is Disneyland. A short walk through a bustling nice area with restaurants and bars. It was not a rough area, in my opinion... I was walking through there with my small daughter daily and felt safe. There is a cinema just a short walk away and shopping complex. Also, a kfc. The apartment itself was spotless. My daughter and I shared a double bed, and it was more than enough room. USB plugs for your phone, tv, a small kitchen area with hob, microwave, and fridge, perfect if you want to prepare breakfast or dinner. A small kettle and all kitchen utensils and pans provided. I found it helpful for us in the mornings if, in a rush, the hotel provides a breakfast service. I think it was around 7 euros ..just very simple, though, so don't expect anything extravagant. Croissants, pancakes, cereals, fruits, and a small selection of ham and cheese. The room was cleaned daily, came back to the bed made, and towels changed. Staff were excellent, very helpful, and welcoming. When I return to Disneyland, I will most certainly stay again no complaints at all. I didn't hear any of the other guests at all during my stay, but I wasn't in the room for that long as we were in the park till late in the evening. For the price I was happy.

Would have liked to see tea bags, coffee and sugar provided with the kettle. And that's just me being a true British girl who likes her tea in the mornings.

Location - restaurants at the back of the hotel and a few hundred metres away, the RER station is just a walking distance. There are a couple of convenience stores and a boulangerie close by. A massive Carrefour in a shopping centre a couple of miles away. Access is easy in and out of the A86 heading to either Paris or Disney or Val d'Europe.

Staff - On arrival, the front desk staff was very abrupt, unaccomodating and very stern in the middle of the proces of checking-in. The receptionist could some polishing in terms of customer service approach. Apart from the lady on duty on a certain day, they don't show acknowledgement whether you're arriving or leaving the premises. A smile and a nod could go a long way. ------‐‐----------------- A small issue on the wifi. The wifi is non-existent in the separate room.

This apparthotel is excellent value for money, very close to a train station which will get you to either central Paris or Disney. There are also lots of restaurants and bars if you don’t want to use the cooking facilities or a handy Spar shop if you do. There is also free parking directly outside. When we’ve stayed in apparthotels before, the cleaners did a tidy round maybe every few days but here we had service every day.The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, we will definitely be visiting again and highly recommending it to everyone!

The room is so clean and probably newly renovated and has a tiny kitchen with a fridge that helped a lot. And the location is so close to the Torcy station and there is a restaurants, bowling(and more) & movie theaters complex between the station and the hotel, so you don't have to get bored even IF you don't go to Paris or Disney. And the staffs are very nice and friendly. AND the WIFI was very strong.

The water presure of the shower (and the sink) was too weak. And the room didn't have a hair dryer. And maybe they're going to do the renovation in the near future but the hall way looks a bit too old and you don't really get the feeling that you're in a hotel but in a hospital or something.
