We loved how close the hotel was to Torcy train station. The room itself was much bigger than we anticipated which is a bonus! There were fresh sheets and towels daily and the staff there were always friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond after we left an item in the hotel room after we checked out. With good communication and patience, they held the item until we could get our friend in France to pick it up on our behalf and with secure instructions to follow to ensure he was authorised to pick it up, they handed it over to him so we can now get the item back. Just really excellent service that goes above and beyond what you would pay to stay here.

The only minor thing was that the shower head didn’t stay straight no matter how many times we tried to adjust it, but please be clear it is a very minor point as you could still clean yourself without major problems.

I absolutely love the location of this hotel. 5 minutes walk to the train to Disney and then 10 minutes and you're in Disney.It is also directly opposite a fantastic shipping centre. Much more affordable shopping than val d europe. Apparently there is a street at the back with lots of good/affordable places to eat but we stayed in the parks to eat. Tip: go out the back door of the hotel and turn left, shortcut to the train station.

My only criticism of the hotel was the lack of storage and if you were being really fussy the rooms could do with a paint touch up but very clean.

Breakfast are really ok, anyone can find what they want if you're in doubt - get it, it will be way cheaper and most likely better any other breakfast you can get. Personal is friendly and helpful. Value for maney is really good. Buy actually the only thing I can think of to be back to this hotel is it's location near disnayland and space to have dinner outside like a terrace, it was really cool to seat there in the evenings.

It's quite old and crampy. Very small space and even no power plugs near the beds which is very disappointing in 2023 with all the gadgets you have

The location is great, about 4 minutes walking from the trainstation which brings you to Paris center and to Disneyland. Also is it near to a centre with restaurants, gamehall and shops. The receptionists are very nice and they have a place with wooden games at the entrance, the room was clean the beds and shower really comfatable. The walls could use a little paint but looking at the price we can understand its not all freshly painted. It is good value for the money!

Our biggest issue was that every morning from about 7 o clock somthing was making a loud banging noise every few minutes which woke me up. We stayed at the first floor, the building next to us is being reformed so that might have caused it but I am not sure of it.

Man at desk was friendly and explained everything. Hotel room was comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Great for a family with 2 parents and 2 teenagers. There is a huge shopping and restaurant area within walking distance of the hotel and we had a great pizza and ice cream there.

I really did not like the fact that the corridor our room was on was in darkness and you needed to flick a switch to turn it on. I appreciate it may be conserving electricity but it was creepy and eerie to walk out the room or out of the lift into pitch darkness and I feel like it would have been better to have motion activated lights or something.

We love our breakfast 😋 It was superb tasty, only one advise, they should put more stuff after a lots of people came to eat. The hotel is situated at the perfect location 👌 You have all the staff u need around. It is a shopping centre and train station a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We choose this hotel because the breakfast were offered and the car parking for guests. The rest was great 👍 and we had a lovely time.

The room wasn't clean properly. It was dust on the shelves and night stands were dirty,not wipe properly. Only one small bin in the bathroom is not enough for four people 😒 The sink was clogged a little but we managed because after couple of minutes water went down. In my opinion the bathroom needs updating.

Close to the train station and a supermarket. Rooms are perfect size for your stay. It has a kettle in the room and a hairdryer, which is a decent one. The beds are really comfortable. The room was clean and we had a little balcony, although it could of done with a table and two chairs.

It's petty, but the blanket they had, had bits stuck to it. Maybe better not using a blanket of that material as it doesn't look clean. The room I booked was €204 euros. Ended up being €230.40 with the "Paris tax" which worked out at €4.33 per person per night. When looking on line this price was for a "Palace" and not a 1-3 star bnb. The 1-3 stars are €1 per night.

Everything. The location was brilliant next to the train station and shopping centres. The staff were all pleasent. The rooms were done with enough bedding for everyone which was excellent. The hotel atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming.

Nothing. The only thing unfortunately was that I left behind my money of £60 in my room. I checked out and only realised once I had already made my journey and I needed to money exchange and get euros. I couldn't go back. So I lost £60. Other than that everything was brilliant.

Hotel is located approximately 2-3 mins. Walk from local RER train and bus stations. And it is perfect for Disneyland Paris and also exploring Paris central. Staff friendly and can never do enough. And hat off to the for a job well done as the worked due to a rude and obnoxious tour group that was in.

95% fantastic just the last 5% was that there was a group of young girls in that were late for there breakfast time and took over the whole place were rude and very messy feel so sorry for the staff who had to put up with rude teenage girls. I almost went up to the group leader (who decided to take over to juice Despenser and not allow anyone else have some as he slugged back 5 cups one after another) and tell him to get his group of rude teenages and think about other guests and staff who had to clean their mess up. This is not a complaint about the hotel just that obnoxious tour group.

Good location for trip to Disneyland and Paris. Friendly reception and restaurant staff.

I didn’t like the cleaning staff. In my absence four instant coffees were stolen. I am not concerned about the coffee as much as looking through my staff as the package was between my clothes. I do not appreciate going through my personal items and I wonder what else could have been stolen if I left it there.
