We had a duplex room which was perfect for a family. The breakfast buffet was the highlight! As was the shuttle to Disneyland, our driver was so friendly and helpful, it made all the difference at the end of a tiring (but fun) day at the park. The air conditioning was useful at night, but being able to open the window and let the fresh air in is a luxury in a hotel like this. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The kitchenette area had no plates or pans, but the fridge and microwave were welcome additions for a flexible stay.

Hotel looks gorgeous and location is very good for Disneyland and also only 40min by train to Paris, one stops from shopping Center and 2 train stops to Disneyland. By taxi it’s about €18-€20 to Disneyland, €67 from Airport and very expensive if you book Transfare by hotel €95, wouldn’t advance it. Service nice and staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was cold and usual stuff. Not the best honest. One night had a party next door to us and had to dress up to go down to inform reception, there was no phone in our room, the big issue.

No phone in a room. There is kitchen but nothing there, no plates, no cutlery, no glasses.

The room size was spacious Even though our room was on the first floor we weren't bothered by any noise as the windows were really soundproofing Friendly staff

With a car/taxi the location is really good and near to Disneyland as well as Val d'Europa big shopping mall. However without a car it is a bit difficult to get there and the nearest train station is 2km far away. Only available 100m away bus station but it doesn't come that often. On the checkout day two times the cleaning staff opened the door while we were still in the room and they apologized but it would be nice to ask in the reception instead of opening the doors on the guests. The room had a kitchen but without any utensils.

We stayed at the hotel as it’s close proximity to Disneyland and found the hotel very similar to what is advertised. Huge room with great facilities and lovely pool spa area. Breakfast was wonderful on the first day.

Our shower had been leaking onto the floor and has spread to the room carpet leaving a damp patch which was quite unsightly. On the second day a flight had been cancelled meaning a large number of people descended onto to the hotel. The breakfast situation on this morning was absolutely chaotic with no glasses, cups left. We still managed to find a seat and get some things for our family but it was a little bit of a ruined experience.

We stayed here for a family trip to visit Disney and Paris. The hotel is perfectly situated 2 roads away from Disney. It took less than 10mins to reach the park in the car. The hotel is secure and gated. Staff speak English and we’re super friendly. I’d go as far to say the staff were exceptional. The spa is perfect , modern , clean and well facilitated. My wife had a massage day 2 which was one of the best she has received both for cleanliness and standards of service. The breakfast was ample, the rooms were clean, the location is perfect and the staff are extremely hospitable. We were extremely pleased we stayed here. We debated Disney hotels, but unless you’re in the marvel or Disney hotel (being renovated) you have to accept below standard accommodation. Hence we stayed at the Paxton which was perfect.

The pool could have been 1-2 degrees warmer. It was fine once you got used to it.

We travel as a family and we have the duplex room that has the main bed in the mezzanine and a sofa bed downstairs for the kids. That is a comfortable set up so we are in the same room but not sleeping right next to each other. The parking is free and plenty of spots. The breakfast is decent, much improved compared to our last visit. The swimming pool is a nice area to relax. There is a bowling alley attached to the hotel that is also fun.

We drove because we didn't find very easy option to reach the hotel via public transportation coming from the train station.

This hotel is having new and old rooms. We stayed in (old) family room. It was really big as it had 2 floors but the room was old and not very clean. The bathroom was also old. The breakfast was OK, not much choices. The swimming pool was amazing, clean, new, big with sauna but bathrobes were provided only for vip clients (who booked the new rooms). Parking was just outside the hotel and for free. Location was perfect if you are planning to visit the Disneyland Park. You can play bowling and biljard which was great. They have Italian restaurant and the food was very tasty.

The pool, spa, steam room and sauna are beautiful. During summer, you don’t need any prior booking for it as well. Staff is very courteous.

The only problem I had was that we missed our shuttle to Disneyland even when we were in the lobby because of lack of communication. We were not informed where to wait for the shuttle or how the shuttle looks. We had to spend a lot of money on cab because of this.

Location was perfect, only a 15 minute drive to disneyland and the grounds are gorgeous and quiet (you can hear the birds in the morning). Breakfast was brilliant and had a good choice of options. The Italian restaurant was also really good. We didn't manage to use the spa or the entertainment facility however the fact that they were available was a big bonus.

The shower maybe could have been a bit better.

Good location, close to public transport and reasonable distance to disneyland. Nice, basic clean hotel.

The breakfast was completely cold, even the so-called warm foods. The service was always friendly and helpful face to face. But in general, it would be good to pay attention to the details in customer service. Especially in the restaurant and when restocking the rooms.
