Hôtel Dali Val d'Europe

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel with one small exception. The location in a calm neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The availability of both open and parking garage options provided convenience and ease for my transportation needs. The hotel's swimming pool was a delightful amenity, allowing me to unwind and enjoy a refreshing swim. The breakfast served was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. I also appreciated that the hotel is a new and modern facility, providing a comfortable and contemporary ambiance. Additionally, the presence of quick shops within walking distance added convenience to my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel, but...

While my stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, there were a few aspects that fell below my expectations. One area of concern was the staff at the reception desk. I encountered difficulties communicating with them as they seemed to have limited proficiency in English. This language barrier made it challenging to address any inquiries or concerns effectively. Furthermore, I observed instances where the staff ignored guests, including myself, on the way to the breakfast area, even when we attempted to greet them with a polite "good morning." This behavior did not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Improving the language skills and attentiveness of the reception staff would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional 👌 Staffs were really nice, But, Muhamadou and Sandy were incredibly nice and helpful!! Even when we wanted to book another hotel close to the eiffel tour, Sandy went out of her busy schedule, to help us sort this and many others out. Disneyland is just 10minutes away from the hotel, It cost around 10€ with uber. The location is nice with clean air and a 5minutes walk to a small shopping centre including lidl and india buffet restaurant. There is a chines/Japanese buffet just about 8minutes walk from the hotel, we really enjoyed having our dinner there. Lots of varieties. The hotel is very clean, the air-condition was working perfectly well which was a big plus for us due to the hot weather. Very comfortable beds, clean and a good size room. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The restaurant is another beautiful area , I love the red colour 😍 The swimming pool area was another beautiful one. In all, we had an amazing stay. Will definitely be visiting again soon ☺

window facing parking area, no curtain/glass on shower hence water splashes on floor, location can be difficult if you don’t have car (10-15 minutes from disney or shopping center val d’europe). music was playing quite loudly until 23:30.

All members of staff were excellent- reception, bar staff, restaurant service and housekeeping were all very friendly, very helpful and very attentive.

The lack of choice in the restaurant. While the location of the hotel is good the only restaurant is a Steak House restaurant which is very good, but it's choices are very limited and very expensive and not likely to suit everyone's palette or pocket. The hotel does not offer any alternatively priced menu. There are 2 oriental diners nearby but apart from those there are no other restaurants or bars within walking distance. The wine menu is for connoisseurs. The only reasonably priced bottle of wine cost 50 Euro (In France!!!) A glass of Chablis is 16 euro. This all seems unfair and exploititave on families..

Hotel is located near Disneyland and Val D'Europe Shopping Mall. Everything is new and clean - Public areas are very clean. Rooms are very clean and they have actual Rituals dispenser in the shower with shampoo and wash gel, Rituals dispenser with hand soap and body lotion as well. It is a great change from those standard low quality single serving soaps and shampoos that are found in other hotels. Bed mattresses are very comfortable. There is a great a'la carte steak restaurant at the hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. One night I called the front office and complained about the noise and loud music coming from another room and the night shift employee showed up at our room door within one minute to see where the problem is - prompt service and response time.

Poor selection of TV channels - mainly French.

Quiet place, friendly staff, beautiful facilities, family friendly hotel, 10 minutes away from Disney Land & the biggest mall in the area. Large room, large toilets & very clean hotel

They have two elevators, one of them is not working since last year !! (It`s my 2nd stay by the way) The elevator floor is covered with a carpet & it smells so bad because it`s getting wet due to rain & kids coming from the swimming pool. You have to wait for a while until you can use the elevator because everybody is using it even the room service staff with their trollies

Everything was excellent, the rooms were beautiful and spotless clean! The breakfast was fantastic, only 15 mins in a taxi to Disneyland and close to the Val d’Europe Train station. We didn’t get to use the pool as we were only there for two nights but it looked beautiful also. The staff were so friendly and nice and the restaurant in the evening is very fancy and lovely food! Highly highly recommend if you want to stay somewhere close to Disneyland or just somewhere a bit quieter away from central Paris!

We've been to Disneyland Paris a number of times in the past and always struggled to find high quality hotels for reasonable price in the area. I spotted this one on Booking.com and oh boy what a find. The hotel is 10 mins from the parks, is exceptionally clean, staff are amazing, free parking, free charging, exceptional rooms and other areas. Heated outdoor pool, breakfast was plentiful. I really can't rate this hotel highly enough it was just perfection.

Literally only one minor thing was the shelf in the room had a metal edge which was at 6 year old face height, the sharp corner and edges looked dangerous, which my wife found out taking a chunk out of her knee. Needs a rubber edging for sure.

a sparkling new hotel which we booked as a great base for Disney ( 10 min drive ) as well as a great base to relax and swim on our flight days we didn’t expect the staff to be so exceptionally friendly and helpful . reception and bar stood out . you don’t come to this built up zone for the joys of culture - however it had an amazing restaurant - one of the most highly rated Japanese / French for the highest quality of beef. it was wasted on us - but worth the expense if you have fine tastes

we are in a new satellite suburb for Disney - in time it will feel less like an ufo landing zone - but it is also nice that it is all so shiny The swimming pool area os not as welcoming as it could be. the choice of snacks poor and prices high. we were in a heat wave and it was too busy with families but also too sunny … they could have had a better design … but most kids were happy enoigh
