This hotel is great value for money, nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the train station then 2 euros to Disney x train ride is 5 minutes and trains run till after the park closes. 3rd stay here now for Disney x

We were looking for an affordable place to stay whilst visiting Disneyland and this ticked all the boxes. For the price, we were happy. For those with negative comments, if you’re looking for a luxury hotel, then you will find countless expensive hotel options in Paris. However if, like us, you‘re looking for an affordable place with a reception that’s open all hours, a room that sleeps a family of 4 and has safe parking/easy train access for approx €100 per night (vs €1000-€2000 per night at Disneyland) then look no further. At this price point, you need to be realistic ;) We we’re happy with the breakfast and it makes sense to order it, as eating and drinking at Disneyland is much more expensive and not better.

A budget room in a prime location . Booked to stay with my family so we could visit Disneyland Paris and also sightseeing in Paris . Room was very basic but very clean , did book a family room , but realised the rooms are only suitable for children up to 6 years old .so we booked another room which was no hassle ,we were only there to sleep and shower . Train station a short walk from hotel so able to travel to where we wanted to go very easily .

Missed not having a kettle in the room but guess that’s why it’s budget , could get tea coffee and more at reception .

we loved everything! the location was perfect - we stayed there for 7 nights, 4 days we spent in Paris plus 3 days in Disneyland and the location was fantastic for both purposes! a major deal for us was that we could have breakfast in the hotel and it was really nice! we had room service everyday, the stuff is really nice and we enjoyed our stay for maximum in the hotel ❤️ thank you, you made our vacation even more pleasant!

Great location, breakfast good (limited variety but plentiful what there was). Wolfgang very helpful on reception - fantastic to be helped with early check in, and appreciated greatly. Luggage storage, cot provided. Comfortable stay.

Unclear on daily free drink? Asked but the receptionist didn't know what I meant! Shower and floors very slippy when wet, and shower curtain too small. You get what you pay for though and excellent value for money, which is what we wanted.

Excellent location for Disneyland 10 min walk to the station which was easy to locate via iPhone. The room was basic which was to be expected for the price but it was clean upon arrival and cleaned everyday with fresh towels every day. The bathroom was clean and the room we were located was very quiet.

That you could only have one pillow each. Although they were plump and comfortable it would have been nice to have another.

Hotel booked for proximity to Disneyland and easy access to Paris. Staff helpful when our AC wasn’t working. Quick to respond initially by providing a fan on the first night but we did have to chase. We asked to change room but told hotel was full. Room with AC available on 3rd day. We were offered free breakfast.

The hotel could advise customers of potential noise from school trips. There were many kids running around screaming and slamming doors. We did speak directly to one of the teachers but had little effect.

Pleasant staff, convenient for the Bussy St. Georges train station and also several supermarkets in the vicinity, rooms were adequate, very clean and quiet.

A fridge in the room would have been useful also connecting rooms ( perhaps they weren't available at the time of booking ) also would have preferred a family room for the five of us. ( again there was perhaps no availability at the time of booking )

Great value for money. We booked for night before and a the end of our Disney stay. We wanted a comfortable and clean budget place and that's exactly what we got. Room was perfect for our large family and the staff member who checked us in went above and beyond to help with our booking which had only gone through for two people. Would happily stay again. Location was great for us.

We used the hotel as base for visiting Paris and Disneyland. Cheap and with breakfast. It did the job as it should. 15 minutes walk to Metro, with direct access to Paris (45minutes) or Disneyland (5 minuts) Rooms small but clean. Breakfast as expected. No gourmet. Parking right outside door.

Rooms very small with small bathrooms (Cabins) Breakfast made very cheap. Too few persons to maintain and fill up. If you come late, no more nutella, as they do not replace it.
