Hôtel Le Cheval Blanc

The rooms, although small, are modern and the bathroom is equipped with a generous amount of toiletries. The breakfast, although limited, is good value for money and I was also provided with dairy - free milk, which unfortunately is a rarity in France. The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from Disneyland, although it is only provided twice a day (to and from) Cleaning services was exceptionally good with the room and bathroom looking spotless every day. When compared to hotels within the Disney resort, I can only well imagine that this is better value for money.

The room itself is quite tiny for a couple like us having both hand luggage and large luggage. The bathroom though was a good size and clean. The breakfast was minimal. Although the hotel does state it provides a free shuttle service, one must keep in mind that it is not frequent (rather, it leaves at 9am in the morning and comes back between 9.30/10.30pm depending on the night parade)

Location and family room was excellent. Beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was good and room service food was also very good. Free car parking.

Breakfast room extremely hot and uncomfortable to sit in but air con was put on when asked. Refrigerator in room was not working. Wifi not particularly strong. Elevator not working in hotel. No free bottled water in room.

loved the room, loved the deco, staff great, close to disney, was pretty perfect. They advertised as providing free transfers to Disney, available for the opening time and closing time of the park. There were only two of us, so not possible, but they only charged us 5€ per person each way. So we got a private car at 09h to take us the 10-15 min journey and we got picked up again at 22h30. This has to have cost them money to provide....I know this because i used to help run a transfer business! We got an uber the afternoon before and it was 30€ each way!! So pretty awesome hotel all round.

There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom to the whole room, the only way to avoid it was to keep the windows open, which was doable in summmer. Another thing was a breakfast. When we were checking in, a gentleman at reception told us that breakfast costs 12€ for adults and 8€ for children. Nevertheless, the next day, when we wanted to pay after we ate, another lady charged us 76€ for 5 people and told us she doesn't know what the gentleman told us. It was a very disappointing final note of the stay.

A beautiful quiet hotel in wonderful small town just about 15 minutes from Disneyland. We had the best luck with our shuttle service from the hotel, @am_vtc he brought and picked us up the main gate from Disneyland. After a very long day at Disney at 11:00 pm we were totally exhausted and very hungry he even brought us to beautiful location to get some takeout food and waited 30 minutes with us and then brought us back to the hotel.

The location was brilliant for Disneyland. They provided a free shuttle which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The breakfast was fabulous and fresh. Really enjoyed it. The rooms were beautifully designed with lots of lovely colour and style. There was also an air of eco-friendliness which I really appreciated. Also really enjoyed having coffee/tea and a biscuit in the room as we arrived late and really needed something. The lady on reception was so lovely and helpful.

The shower drain gave off a really bad smell all the time which wasn’t very nice.

Fantastic location, especially if you’re planning to go to Disneyland- only a 20 minute drive away. The hotel also offer free shuttle buses to and from Disneyland which was great. Staff were all friendly and patient with me and my partner who only speak minimal French. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. Will definitely return if I go back to France. Breakfast was also definitely worth having with a great selection of fresh pastries, juices, cheese and meats. 10/10 would 100% recommend. Free parking also available for those who are driving.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was absolutely immaculate with a really comfy bed. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We didn't eat any meals there but we were directed to a lovely food outlet which had some lovely restaurants.

The shuttle to Disney Land was very expensive costing €20 each way. If we would have known this beforehand we would have driven as parking was only €19 for the day.

The staff are great! Very friendly and helpful, you feel very welcome and they will take the time to chat to the guests. The restaurant had a good breakfast choice and the evening al-La-carte food was very good! The restaurant service was SUPER!!!!! Parking on site was great and stress free. The rooms, very clean and comfortable. Great location for visits to Disneyland it’s a comfortable 10-15 Min drive with little traffic even on peak days where Disney was fully booked! The return journey was also fine. Trouble free WIFI works well even in the remote rooms.

The restaurant is lovely but it has TOO MANY BRIGHT LIGHTS!!! It doesn’t give the guests the ambiance of a restaurant but rather a hospital cafe! You have a super restaurant just get rid of the too many cool-white lights and replace them with fewer stylish warm white lights which can be dimmed for evening dining. Maybe even table candles would work. You’ll thank me for the tip one day, I hope! ;)

Free parking on site. Near Disneyland and cute chateau. Spacious room with large beds. Separate toilet and bathroom. A local well-equipped halal shop nearby.

The fridge was out of order - only the light was working inside - but the receptionist/owner said it's going to be replaced soon.
