It was a really amazing and awesome place for staying at 04 Nights on a good budget. The hotel room was neat and clean everyday. Hotel breakfast was really delicious 😋. Mr. Aziz was so kind & supportive for new people in Paris along with his other staff. But I would really recommend this hotel as it's lovely and fantastic with just 100 meters close metro station Croix de Chavaux at Montreuil. Everything was very close to this hotel like the Eiffel tower, Louvre Museum, Lafayette Mall, Rue De Rivoli market etc.

The problem was only that their staff deals everything most of the time in the French language only and rarely speaks English. One thing I found was that my 3,4 different, different types of credit card were declined to pay for the City Tax, But I checked it out the side in the market place and ATM too, it was absolutely fine and paid and withdrawal money as well.

Very correct 2 stars hotel, very clean, nice staff. The bathroom is small but in good conditions which is more important than the seize. Very close to the metro station, convenient to travel fast to Paris city center.

Very lively terasse just close to our bedroom. Altough we would have liked to join the party we were with our kid, so a bit noisy. Truth being said the music stopped at a very reasonable hour.

Excellent location, clean room , the time we were there the bar was not open at evenings , we could rest after a long day ,there was no noise problem . Lot of shops restaurants nearby . City center about 15-20 min by metro . Metro is 1 min walk from the hotel.

Breakfast was the same every day this is - , but having option for breakfast was + .

The room was exactly as seen on photos. It was perfect clean. The location was great, 50 meters to Montreuil center. Around the hotel, you can easily reach every location, like restaurants, patisserries, markets. Thanks to kind hotel staff.

One of the most benefits you get at this place is the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist! He made us amazing coffee and even went to get us croissants in the morning ❤️ The location is amazing, close to the metro line 9, which takes you to the inner city in less than 20 minutes! The room was sparkling clean and they changed the bedsheets and towels daily! For the price/value balance is just incomparable with anything else in Paris! Definitely going to recommend it to anyone visiting Paris ❤️

Verry nice stuff , the owner is really nice guy . For this price I recomand the place . They answear every question you have .Cleaning every day with fresh towel .Breakfast is worth for 9 euros . Really good part of city without strange people . Its safe! Recomand!

No airconditioning , no fridge , no cold tap water only warm or hot.

Great location (you can see the metro station from the hotel door), kind staff, good shower, clean accomodations. The neighborhood is lovely.

The bed wasnt the most confortable. The toilet is really tiny and floods if you take a long shower. The room was a bit hot.

it was clean, it was safe , and above all as a freelance professional internet works!!The access to the hotel is very easy. There is a cosy and quite cafe on the ground floor, which is perfect for business meetings! Moreover , it is safe ! Hence i don't have to worry about carrying expensive electronic equipments.

2 minute walk to Metro made it easy to get to anywhere we needed; the staff was super friendly and kind!

Our bathroom was tiny but that seems to be standard in Paris so we weren't too worried about this

3mins to metro station, good value for the price, room is clean. The room actually has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. it's almost cheaper than hostel.

The sound proof can be better, when the neighbors open their door, I thought he/she was opening our door. Besides, there is no air-conditioning, so for a day with 34 degrees the room is a bit hot. But with a shower and fan, we managed.
