Great value hotel close with excellent travel links that will bring you to all the tourist sites in Paris. Rooms are a little on the small side but we found them to be clean and cosy. Staff we also very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. The breakfast was also included in the price , and it was a buffet breakfast with plenty of choices in there selection of foods.

Excellent location! It’s close to Nation station, there are many routes to choose from. It takes you 20-30min to main points of interest. 20min ride to Moulin Rouge from avron metro stop which is few metres away from hotel. Rooms was cleaned everyday, staff friendly.

Funny toilet seat and the water was leaking somewhere in bathroom, we had small puddle time to time. We didn’t complain about it. We just asked for extra towel to deal with unwanted water. We didn’t ask to change us room or to fix it. We’re on the short brake and we wanted to stay positive during our stay.

We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Rachid that made the check-in process really easy and was very accommodating as we had an early check in and wanted to depose our bags and freely visit the city. The hotel has a very nice location in a calm neighborhood near the metro line and bus stops. Room was confortable and big enough to sleep in. Minimum accomodations for a weekend stay. Will definitly come-back when in Paris

we could hear a little bit of the noise from the road and also from the bedroom upstairs, but nothing too annoying or that would stop us from sleeping

The location was amazing, there was a bakery near by that was really delicious, some restaurants and a Pharamacy within walking distance. it also had many metro lines close by so we were not close to anything touristic but we can reach them all easily, even Disneyland. Also, the area itself was good.

They didn’t have electricity plugs in good places, or many of them.

The location is great, super close by to the metro station. The room is small but has everything you need for a short stay in Paris, Good value for the money since we were going to the hotel only to sleep at night! The bed is really comfy and the room was super quiet, so great :) Would go back to it again and recommend it.

the staircase and shower curtains could be a cleaner.

The location was good, I felt safe. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel and the metro station was very close. The room service cleans every day so the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and nice. Not amazing, but the value for money is really good.

I was looking for budget accommodation with good access to Paris centre and a reasonable breakfast. Good WiFi access and comfortable beds. The shower was excellent.

The carpets and fittings are quite old but all good value for what I paid.

We had a nice quiet room which was clean and up to standard. The staff are really lovely. The hotel is on a street which we knew well when we lived in Paris many years ago. Note that the 20th district is not on the main tourist track but we love it.

The size of the property (cosy and personal), it's proximity to the Avron metro and overall positive and pleasurable experience offered by all employees for a week-long stay in the most amazing city in the world.

Nothing really - space I guess but that is at a premium in most hotels in Europe.

Comfy beds, roomy elevator, helpful staff

Broken shower door, no room to move around room, when they cleaned the room all the did was remake bed with the sheets already on it, and give new towels.
