It was all very clean, I really appreciated the big bathroom, with enough storage space for all the little things that people need in the bathroom. It was also very convenient to have the small kitchen, equipped with everything one might need for breakfast. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance and the metro is 7 mins away. The bed was comfortable and big, the room was cleaned once during our 9 days stay and the towels were changed.

I did not like the big pillows, there were 2 sets of pillows, both huge for my neck. I also did not like the noise in the street. While it was unlucky to have the street repaired during our stay, I must complain about the very loud people on the terrace just downstairs and across the street, which continued very loud talking and laughing late in the night. It might have been easier with the window closed, but this was impossible in the summer heat with no AC.

Excellent location if you are planning to visit central Paris and Disney Parks. Line 1 subway station is no more than 5 minutes from the hotel, connecting with other key lines and RER. The kitchenette worked perfectly for us. Several grocery stores near the hotel. For a family of 5, the only option for us was two rooms, two beds each. The crib was free, requested during the reservation process.

The mattresses are a bit old, with some uneven and uncomfortable zones. After working hours, if anything happens, a receptionist can only be reached from your phone (even though we arrived by 7 pm and someone was still in the reception for the check-in).

Location is quite and accessible to the city very easily by train right next to the hotel. There is a main street with many bakeries and I had everything I needed in the place. The stuff is super nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable from first moment

Lack of AC - did not think it would be that hot and the fan in the hotel was not always enough. Laundry - you have a minimum amount that you need to charge in order to use the laundry, which means that if you need only one machine it is not worth it

Nice property, but even better guest relations. Christian was very nice and friendly with great comunication. He called to explain the details of the reservation and ensure we would chek in ok and provide the access code we needed. The facilities are great, felt safe and the amenities at the loby too. Happy to book here again and to recomend. Chris, keep up the good work and friendlness, our experience was great mostly by the care you showed to us. Every guest is an important guest. :)

All was perfect.

Great location that had lovely boulangerie , cafes, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It isn't far to walk into other towns/villages nearby. Easy to get to central Paris and all sites via metro.

We booked two rooms and they were not together. One was on the 1st floor and the other on the 6th. This wasn't the best when we had the children. We had requested that the rooms needed to be closer

There is no air conditioning so next day we got table fan.

Breakfast time was 7am to 9am. It was too early considering Paris nightlife you enjoy and next day you make effort to wake up for breakfast. Secondly, there was no sound proofing of glass windows so we felt noisy during sleeping hours.

We were expecting a regular hotel room but this was like an apartment, it had its own living room and kitchenette. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was close to the main metro/bus stations.

Modern, comfortable, close to Metro. Good fan in the room; AC would be a big help.

The water heater inside the closet would make loud, sharp noises in the middle of the night and interrupt my sleep.

All you need to survive with a 4 month old as well as the property is perfect for location to travel to touristic places. The staff at the desk are lovely individuals. All amenities are available close by.

we arrived on a national holdiay - reception unstaffed - but cleaning staff helpesd us contact manager and matters were sorted. we'd asked for two twin beds but got a double - not ideal
