The silence during the night was one of the biggest positive points of the trip. The soundproof walls to outside are pretty amazing and provide a good night of sleep; The breakfast is not one of a resort, but it’s a pretty good offer, taking in consideration that this is the Styles chain of Ibis; The staff was extremely helpful 24h per day. No matter if you wanted a drink or a snack at 6pm or 3am, they would be there to help you get it.

There is nothing really negative to say about the proprietary itself. You get what you pay for. I may even say that you get a better experience than what you pay for, but I would be lying if I didn’t say that the location is not the best and safest of them all. I was traveling with a rather big group of friends, but would not feel comfortable advising walking alone at deep night back to the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised tbh — first time in an ibis styles hotel, but it's actually a great place for a weekend stay. Room was on the 5th floor so it was distant from the street noise. The area might be a bit fishy, though honestly it's not bad. The breakfast was a surprise too — I thought it was going to be coffee and a plain croissant, thought the reality was that it's pretty decent (scrambled/boiled eggs, pancakes, cereal, charcuterie, milk, decent coffee, fruits, etc....) really nice. If you're looking for luxury then go somewhere else, if you want a clean, decent, affordable place to spend the night in — then this is your place. Also, the front desk worker was smiley and looked happy at his job! PS Make sure to take the parking at the hotel, it's better rates than other private parking vendors.

The elevator has a loud and scary noise when it stops on the fifth floor, had to walk up and down the stairs a few times. Otherwise all is good

The room was clean and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was really tasty, with fresh orange juice freshly squeezed in front of us and coffee, tea and filtred water available all day. The gentleman at the reception was really helpful and in out last morning he served us breakfast at 4 AM, 2 hours before the official opening of the kitchen and he did use gloves.

Room was really small and there was no closet The lady who served breakfast did not use any gloves and touched every piece of bread or pastry with bare hands

During my reservation I asked if something could be done in the room as it was my sons Birthday the day we were arriving there. After short hours I got a reply from Kesiah in Reception saying they will decorate the room and asking for my sons preferences for a cake. As we got there the room was decorated with balloons and some chocolate bars, a personalized Birthday card and a glas bottle as a gift as well as some chocolate bars. My son was very pleased and it definetly made a very good impresion on us; unfortunately didn't get to meet Kesiah in person. Also Jennifer was very friendly and I really hope her tootache is better

Very nice stay, couldn't fault the hotel and staff. Very helpful. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. Couldnt eat it everyday though as it would get boring. Room was small but clean. Being my daughters bday, id mentioned this prior to getting there and thry decorated our room for her which was a lovely touch. Overall - would stay here again as its location is great for getting to and from Paris via the metro.

Beds so uncomfortable and body wash wasn't filled in thr shower. But I normally take my own. Car park is very tight to get in and out off. Thankfully we didn't scratch the car

We liked the hotel - the room was nice and clean, and the staff was very polite and responsive. The included breakfast is a great bonus - it was delicious! Also, placing some toys in the dining room is a great idea - our kids appreciated :) the toys in the Thank you! For the extra price, you may book parking, but keep in mind that it may be narrow if you have a big car.

Usually, the location of the hotel is not a problem, we just used the subway to get to the center of Paris quickly. However, because of the strikes in March 2023, it was challenging to get to the hotel from the Eiffel tower in the evening because the subway was closed earlier.

It’s a nice place to stay with a stylish interior. located on a quiet street. It’s very close to the metro station, 2-3 minutes walk, very convenient. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

However, there were also a few downsides to my stay. Firstly, the carpet in the room was not very clean and had some stains, luckily we got our sleepers with us from home. Additionally, the walls of the room were a bit dirty and could have used a more thorough cleaning. Another downside was the parking, which was quite expensive at 20 euros per night.

The hotel is just 3 min from the metro station, restaurants and food shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, pastry shops etc. The breakfast is buffet and consists of pastry, cereals, fruits, deli meats, cheese and yogurt, coffee, tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel offers a variety of snacks and drinks throughout the day. Bedsheets and towels were changed almost everyday. The staff was very friendly and helped us each time we requested any help. They were understanding with some specific queries from our side. The hotel manager was also very helpful. All of the reception staff was fluent in English which made it very easy to communicate. The staff offered support with sightseeing, restaurants, transport to adventure parks etc Although the communication with Booking was very bad - we received their opinion on a matter we raised at the beginning of our trip at the end of our stay - the hotel manager was very understanding and helped us at check-out. We booked two rooms for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children) and the staff offered a suite of two adjacent rooms.

There are not so many food options for allergic people. However, the staff were willing to accommodate any requests that we had. Rooms are quite small but this was as expected for Paris.

Our room was fine! It looked good, enough light, a bit small but what do you expect centre Paris... With good beds and it's clean :). Had to get used to the shower, but stayed warm very well. The hotel is 5 min walking from metro. The parking is very narrow but safe. Parking in the nearby parking garages is 28,00 per day. The breakfast is good, and enough choice. The staff is friendly

The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was nice and helpful. The coffee and water are free all the time. It was a bonus. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed the ground floor and maybe because of humid or inadequate air conditioner, there was a unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom. Rest was perfect.
