Ibis Styles Paris Massena Olympiades

Location for us who like walking was absolutely fine, 10 mins walk from two metro stations that within a easy change or two take you to any destination for sightseeing. Room was a good size - generous as most Paris rooms tend to be a bit small. Some good local restaurants, especially Asian. Quiet area. Local supermarkets within easy walk (5-10 mins). Plenty of plug points for charging and WIFI was good. Free tea/coffee/water in reception 24 hours a day. Friendly reception staff.

Breakfast could be improved, limited choice, however we were fully aware of this from other reviews when we booked so it is what it is. Kettle in room would have been nice.

Check-in was quick and easy, guy on reception very friendly and appreciated my very limited use of French! Bed extremely comfortable - easily as comfortable as Premier Inn beds in the UK. Room was very clean, temperature very easy to adjust. The safe in the room was useful, and there was a plug right next to the bed. Breakfast was good - freshly squeezed orange juice and all the pastries you can manage! Can't understand some reviews complaining about the location of the hotel - surely you'd check this out before booking, and if it didn't suit you then book elsewhere? Hotel is a only short walk from two metro lines anyhow.

Small but very comfortable room, stylish and modern. The hotel has nice reception with foosball, all day free coffee machine. Breakfast is simple but nice, some cheese and tasty croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice and bread. The location is ok, though I wouldn't walk out after midnight, and it's 5 min walk from Metro. A very good vietnamese restaurant nearby. We had a view from our room window to a small garden and office building, which was kinda funny.

Some vegetables at breakfast would be appreciated, but most hotels in france don't serve them.

The lovely customer service and willingness to help really got my attention. Special thanks to Amine and Mohammed. They are ever smiling always willing to assist and very friendly. My daughter loved her stay. The room are cleaned daily and your stuff are safe in the room

The wifi connection at top floors did not allow us to connect to Netflix and YouTube as most of the channels are in French. However I appreciate the effort and empathy shown by Mohammed and Amine

staff was extremely friendly and helpful. there was one member that spoke in Portuguese to ensure the customer was happy!

The breakfast was a good continental pastries etc. The staff on the desk were polite and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Asked for quieter room as the first night the room was on the road side and a little noisy. And we moved straight away no questions asked.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room or a bottle of water on arrival. Room a little small but comfortable.

We were travelling as a family and booked 3 rooms. The hotel were great in allocating us 3 rooms together. The breakfast offered a great selection. We loved that there was tea and coffee, plus mineral water available free of charge in reception area. Very easy access to metro station which we used to visit the sights plus Disneyland. Nice choice of restaurants within 5 mins walk and supermarket. Very quiet area. I would use the hotel again for my next visit.

The heating was very high and we had to open the windows to cool the room.

Location to bus/trams and metro stops was great. The biggest choice of Asian food on your doorstep. As there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, it is good that you can use the coffee machine downstairs when youre in need of a drink. The rooms were very clean and staff friendly. At breakfast items were regularly topped up and there was a good choice. Very good value breakfast! €10 for unlimited fresh juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cheese, meat, hard-boiled eggs, toast, condiments and pastries!! Fantastic

Nothing. The room was a little tired, but for the price and being in Paris, I couldn't expect more really.

Complimentary breakfast was a delightful experience, complemented by the warm and helpful receptionist. The cleaning schedules were well-organized and contributed to a pleasant stay.

While the hotel's proximity to a metro station is advantageous, it's worth noting that reaching some of the main tourist destinations might require transferring between two train lines.

Room was very clean and daily house keeping was being done. Breakfast which was included in the price had reasonable choices including fresh orange juice. Mineral water was available at the reception free. Internet access was good. Location is also good with two different metro lines and a tram line within 5-10 min walking distance.

Room could have been larger although from the price and 3 star perspective, size was not so bad.
