Very good position, very close to Olympiades metro station, and also close to Biblioteque Mitterand (metro and Rer station - to Versailles). You can also walk to Jardins de Plants and from here visit the city. The aerea is safe, with some cafes, restaurants and bakeries. Room and bathroom were small but very clean. The checkin/checkout staff is very kind. You can check in also in the evening. Breakfast is good and varied, you have bread, croissants, ham, fruits...

Everything was perfect for the family. The staff was very friendly. Especially the "man" and the "girl" who where sitting at the reception. - They were very helpful in English, so I felt like home already. - We could even borrow the fridge to put in some bread and kids food <3 - The hotel has private parking! - They had empathy for kids and large groups. - Check-in-and-out went smooth. - All explanations were very clear I have been to a lot of hotels, but these people are so kind that if I could have given higher than a 10 I would give them a 12.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Good location for commuting to city centre or local attractions. The rooms are good, big king size beds and comfy mattress. There is also a small sauna and gym in the basement which you can use during your stay. The reception team was lovely, very friendly and kind!

The only disadvantage for me is the absence of fridges in the rooms. The reception told me that I can give them anything which I need to have refrigerated to them, but that's not very practical.

Double-glazed windows, block-out curtains and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep! And the water pressure in the shower was very good. I was also grateful for the fact that I could leave my bags at the hotel after checkout until I had to leave for the airport - and this service was free.

The room was quite small and there was no place to turn off the water for the toilet (it was running). But for my purposes it was all fine - I did not spend a lot of time in the room.

its located between the metro line 14 station Olympiades and Bibliotheque Mitterand. 10 minutes walk to chinatown, lots of good vietnames food. 15 minutes walk to Pont Tolbiac , nice bars and restaurants along side the river.

The safety box in the room was not working proberly due to the previous guest has not left the box door open wich I could not use to store my belongings. I have reported this issues, however the hotel staff did not repair it.

Nice hotel from which you can easily reach the metro station for a visit to Paris. For 14€/night you can find a secure parking space in a garage about 50m next to the hotel (be careful: small driveway). Breakfast was adequate, not spectacular, but absolutely fine for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The area around the hotel is a bit scary at night, which of course is not due to the hotel. We would still choose it again, as it is also a bit cheaper in comparison.

The staff was amazingly warm and welcoming. There was always someone present at the reception to help you out if needed. This hotel is situated in a very nice location. The staff were very kind and loving to our dogs too. The room was clean and had all the facilities needed. The room was just a bit small for us as we had 2 large and medium size dogs with us. But its alright for a couple. We also got a discounted parking space through the hotel, which was helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great for me, as I needed to work at the BNF. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The street was quiet. There was a bakery opposite the hotel.

There were certain problems with the plumbing and the temperature of the shower.

This is a nice little hotel, great staff and a good location for us.

I stayed here a year ago, unfortunately they haven't improved the WiFi connection which is patchy and weak, and there are no English language tv channels if that is important for you.

Perfect location, well insulated and quiet room, comfortable bathroom, the availability of a parking spot for a car in a nearby location.

room was a bit smaller than expected but still good for Paris standards.
