We liked everything!! Our room was very nice - very large with a wooden floor and very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. We did not have any noise from the street, despite the location is at Magenta. Breakfast was good with a nice variety and delicious bread. Really excellent hotel, and great value for money! The neighbourhood - Le Marais - is a great area to walk, have a drink and enjoy delicious food. We arrived with the train and also Gare du Nord is at walking distance.

Nothing - everything at the hotel was simply perfect!

Big room for Paris standards; great sound-proofing and the possibility of opening the windows to the street if you want; comfortable bed and high quality linens; powerful and hot shower; there is a free espresso coffee and tea machine at the lobby, great for a little pick me up; very attentive and friendly staff all the time - all of them were English speakers. Would definitely come back.

The air conditioning system of the room had a fixed set to 21 degrees Celsius, not being possible to change it in anyways. Our room had a good wifi signal, but it didn't work very well - laggy connection and unable to download anything at all, like Netflix movies. Other than this, there really is nothing else they could improve. It was a great experience.

The hospitality of the front desk people was exceptional; especially Natalia, Eddie and Francoise. The breakfast was very good and the woman in charge of breakfast did a fantastic job keeping everything stocked, orderly and clean. There was also a Metro stop right outside the door.

The rooms are small. Make sure to reserve a bigger one. There were no drawers with which to put your clothes away, which is fine if staying one or two nights, but we were staying for a week. Housekeeping also had issues including leaving only one set of towels twice instead of two for a two person room, not refilling the shower gel for five days until we put it outside our door, not refilling the coffee supply and not cleaning the coffee cups. They could use a good checklist.

The location was excellent. A very short train ride (or a very nice walk) into areas such as the Louvre, Eiffel tower etc. A quieter area, with all local ameneties nearby. Metro access 5 min walk. Pharmacy, bakery, shops - all 5 min walk. Very nice room. Clean, modern, and a nice size for a smaller hotel in the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had great facilities. There were some nice additions such as free water/tea/coffee/pastries in the lobby. Would definitely return!

The bed was very comfortable, lighting was good, bathroom was nice, free coffee and biscuits were a great touch. The hotel lobby was super modern and comfortable, nice enough to hang out in and read books and drink coffee. The location was excellent, and right across from a metro station, plus plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around. This was a major plus.

The room had no window opening outside, which made it really closed in. There was a window that opened to a tight interior courtyard, but that afforded no privacy so I had to keep the curtains drawn. Only major downside to an otherwise modern and comfortable room.

It’s our 3rd stay and it is a realy nice boutique kind of hotel, well situated in the center in a nice area. Good local restaurants in adjoining street. Metro nearby. Friendly bar next door. Walking distance from center.

The breakfast is not in tune with the rest of the hotel. Industrial baguette and an unworthy coffee machine. I had to ask for stuf to be refilled. Noisy kitchen personel. I suggest the management fixes this. Or have breakfast elsewhere.

The property is cute and quaint. The staff was super friendly. And that shower! I could’ve stayed in that shower for hours! It’s got amazing pressure, hot water and it acts like a ateam room. The breakfast had an amazingly large selection.

If you are in a room that faces the street you can hear the noise, but it’s not overpowering. They stop cleaning rooms at a certain time. so be aware.

Good value for money. Staff were helpful, even brought a baby crib from another hotel, when appeared, that the one they had was broken. Our room was very small, and having a baby crib and a pram in the room we could hardly move around, but it was rather spacious, when we speak about Paris. We were mostly walking around, so we had to walk around 40 minutes to Louvre, bit if you are using public transport, metro station is across the road, which is good. There is also a number of grocery shops and bakeries in a walking distance. Breakfast was also good, not a very rich selection, but of a good quality. Coffee machine with complementary to-go cups in the lobby was also great.

Nazhid was an exceptional manager and ensured we were looked after. The 24 hour reception is very helpful also and the croissants and drinks in the afternoons was a lovely touch.

Some more obvious and welcoming signage on the outside would be helpful and make the hotel a bit more inviting (especially as it is so inviting once you get inside)
