Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Superb location, safe neighbourhood, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, big Monoprix nearby, Charles Michel metro (line10) just 5 mins walk away. And of course the Eiffel Tower and the gardens are nearby. Fantastic highrise views of the city

As is clear from other reviews the great points above are spoilt by 1) windows cannot open so the rooms are too hot since there is no central aircon 2) the water pressure supply is no good so the showers are hot and cold intermittently, 3) long wait times for the elevators. Generally, poor engineering throughout which is so wasteful on such a well located property.

I loved the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and of all of Paris. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, a pullout couch and extra blankets

The room was a too hot and we had wished we could have opened a window but you can’t. We tried to turn on the AC but it was still warm.

swimming pool and gym was under renovation for entire stay. when those are not available for a date range then it should not been shown in facility available or guests should be informed about it through email or call.

We loved the location, size of the unit and the breakfast. We had a nice view of Paris, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower (10-15 min) and the breakfast was delicious every morning. One less thing we had to worry about finding during our stay. The unit was plenty big for our family of 4. Was supposed to be 6 of us, but 2 of our guest could not make it. Would have been plenty of room for the 6 of us if it happened. The place is close to the Metro so we were able to get around Paris easily without having to walk all the time.

Wish we had a view of the Eiffel Tower, but was informed after booking that due to the unit we booked that wasn't an option. The pool was closed when we visited. Had some water pressure issues along with the hot water. Hot water issue we resolved, but not much pressure in either showers. We were on the top floor (31st) so not sure if that was the cause.

Stunning view of the Eiffel tower from living room, kitchen and bedroom (even from bed). Full kit of kitchenware. Good location for visiting tower, trocadero, verssailes (direct train from Javel station) local brasseries, and shoping (close to large shopping mall).

Just some recommendations for hotel staff: Please add hand soap and towels in toilet. Add more dishwashing mashine tabs.

Breakfast was acceptable. Proximity was excellent to one of most attractions in Paris, the Eiffel Tower. We discovered also the shopping areas within walking distance. So pleased with that. In addition, the Korean restaurant across the hotel is a bonus eatery place for us. Wow, so happy with the location. Excellent idea with the baggage storage. I like the personal management customised by guests, with automatic locking system.

Laundry area was a little disappointing for us. A number of washers and driers did not work and our planned tour programs were delayed abit.

The Eiffel tower view was fantastic! The bed, pillows and comforter were very soft and cozy. The suite was modern and had all needed amenities, including a very large (long) bath tub, kitchenette, dishwasher, etc. We had read some reviews about the hotel being dirty, dated and unsafe and this couldn't be further from our experience! It was clean, modern, and totally safe and comfortable.

Our travel agent confirmed in advance that we'd be able to check in early (and free of charge) since we'd be arriving off a red eye overnight flight with a small child. At reception upon arrival, they adamantly refused, then suggested we might be able to get a different room instead without the view, which we were not willing to give up! It was an upsetting start to the trip, but in the end, after long discussion, we did get a place to nap and later moved to our suite with a view. The staff was very helpful with further requests later in our stay.

We had room 3114. This room is on the top of the hotel and you have a complete view to the Eiffeltower and the rest of Paris. The room was in one word FANTASTIC: clean, complete. People working at the reception and breakfast were very nice and did everything to gave us that vacation feeling! We have said in the remark with booking the room that we want to reserve the hotel to celebrate our 12,5 years of our marriage. But except a heart balloon and a personal card and Jus d'orange the view was really unexpected. A great thanks to the Adagio company! We'd love to comeback once (maybe with the 25 years celebration ;) )

In contrary to my previous stays in different rooms in Adagio, this room was looking as new, all furniture and tools in kitchen were in good state. And it also cleaner than I expected. Comfort room will be the choice for my next stays in Adagio.

The only disturbance is the cleaning staff arrives early in the morning and talks a bit loudly in the hallway, better if they can be quieter.
