Eiffel Kennedy

The location was great - near enough to where I had to get to, and surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, bakeries etc. Also a quiet and peaceful area. The room was quaint and comfortable, and there was a wonderful lady at reception who was so very helpful - anything you asked her was answered, any request made was seen to straightaway!

The bathtub is a high climb in and out, and I think a non-slip mat would help to enhance safety (am thinking of an older person for example). The shower head was also meant to be removed ideally by a very tall person!

Our favourite thing about this hotel was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and lovely. One of our group fell sick during our stay, and the counter staff called a doctor out to the hotel for us. They also organised all of our taxis and our shuttle to Disneyland. Even gave the kids a little gift when we left. Such lovely people! Another great thing was the location. So easy to get to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine hop-on-hop off ferry, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We found the beds very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was well appointed. The location provided easy proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast offering was extensive and delicious.

The room was extremely small. I would have appreciated a regular hair dryer in lieu of the wall mounted unit. The mini fridge reeked of mildew when we opened it. After opening it, the smell lingered in the room for a good deal of time.

1. Clean and tidy 2. Bed was comfy 3. Staff were SUPER friendly - really easy to communicate with (in English - yay) and helpful for anything you need - even got us into our room early :) 4. Had a bath, which was small but great for the feet after a long day! 5. Pub is downstairs but don’t hear any noise from it - they do good food :) I’m a vegan - and we’re fine with it :) 6. Short walk to a great pizza/pasta place (good vegan food) 7. Short walk to a small supermarket (try the fresh juice - yum) 8. IDEAL location to walk to the Eiffel Tower at night - probably 15 mins to the best spot for night viewing or 5 minute to the bridge to watch it from there 9. Safe neighbourhood in my opinion for walking at night with someone else (I had my partner) 10. Pharmacy across the road (handy) 11. Little doors/windows open to the road for fresh air during the day

The hotel is good value for money in Paris, The rooms were clean and comfy not large but all you need including air con and ours had bath & shower in the bathroom. Mini bar to purchase various drinks. A good mile walk to Tower but nice walk over bridge and along river. There is a bar below the hotel not belonging to the hotel which we stopped at most days. Patisserie across the road, small supermarket couple doors away and plenty of restaurants dotted around all within a 5 minute walk. Would stay there again. Metro station is about 10 min walk from the hotel. Friendly helpful staff on reception.

No tea making facilities and rooms are slightly small. We were outside the lift and it was noisy at times.

We had a wonderfull experience at Eiffel Kennedy-it exceeded our expectations ! Very,very clean; the room confortable and well thought in every little details. Of course,being Paris-rooms are not very spacious, but they did with the space more than you think it's possible. And the bathroom has a bathtub. And it was very useful to have an elevator( a relatively rare thing in a little hotel in Paris). The staff was friendly, supporting and did everything better.

I cannot think of something we didn't like

The hotel is located at a great spot. 7 minutes away from the metro station. There's a very nice bistro bar next to the hotel, highly recommended. The hotel staff were very friendly and understanding (managed to check-in 4 hours early).

Just the overall upkeep of the hotel (e.g. the toilet water tank was leaking all the time, made it hard to sleep sometimes). But it was not a deal breaker.

We were given room next to each other therefore very convenient for our family need. Location of the hotel was perfect as we wanted to be near Eiffel tower. Even though we only eat breakfast twice we enjoyed it. The staff in particular were very friendly and we had a great week in Paris. Thank you!!

Some metro maps for us would have been helpful. As it was first time for us in Paris we struggled with metro travel. We ended up walking long distance which could have been avoided by use of metro.

nice rooms with air con, but a bit small. breakfast very good

the breakfast room is too small and one day, we could not find a table so we had to er in the lobby . the staff at breakfast did not write down properly on which days we had breakfast so we had a discussion at checkout about the number of breakfasts eaten, which was embarrassing, because we knew exactly on which days we did eat breakfast and felt uncomfortable being challenged.

The stay in the hotel was very pleasant. everything from communication with the hotel to check-out run smoothly. All the receptionists very very nice and helpful. Breakfast was always fresh and sufficient to choose from. The room wasn´t big at all, but for a few day stay sufficient. The bed was cosy, with 4 pillows.

Unfortunatelly, the lady at the breakfast didnt speak English at all, but we managed to communicate otherwise:-) I expected shampoo and shower gel to be of a higher quality.
