Hotel Ekta Champs Elysées

We loved the location and hotel design. It is close to everything and we really didnt want to leave. The support and care provided by management and staff were amazing. Kristtle the manager was very supportive and understanding of all the services we requested. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I am in Paris.

Rooms are small similar to orher hotels in Paris.

- Rooms were very clean, mew, modern and convenient with beautiful design. - AC was working perfectly with temperature control. - 2 separate glass window in one window opening which makes perfect street sound isolation. - I liked the fixed charger inside the cabinet for multi type of smart phones, which was helpful - Loui was helpful and initiating advice & recommendations.

- Towels & sheets were not changed daily, until I asked to change them - Pillows are not comfortable, kleenix tissues and toilet paper were very thin and poor quality. - The hotel took more than €220 for each room (we booked 3 rooms) as a deposit from our c.cards the minute booked the hotel on booking.com, they told me when I checked in that they will return all the amounts, but until now they haven’t, which should reimbursed upon checkout and still waiting

The location is outstanding, the decor is pretty nice The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Specially the front office manager, Louis. The room amenities are perfect, they got almost everything!

They can have a little more USB charging outlets next to the beds in my opionion The rooms are a bit small but thats the standard in Paris i bekeive so nothing to complain there. one more suggestion is to have locks in the bathrooms in the suites since they are in the middle of the living riom and the bedroom.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back in the future.

Newly renovated property, exceptional design, very clean, staff always ready to help with all questions. Special thanks to Louis, the manager, — he made our stay particularly pleasant solving all our problems and answering to all our questions, at the same time offering particular attention when he had a chance to do that.

We liked everything, the position, it's is almost on Champs Elysees but hidden from main road noise. Very clean , good breakfast, beautiful design. Very friendly staff on reception and on breakfast service.

It was not warm in the room , I tried to regulate the temperature, but was always the same .

Don’t be fooled by the images - these rooms are well laid out and have all the amenities you’d want, including a nespresso machine. The rooms were cleaned daily, shampoo was provided, sockets by Both sides of the bed, little seating area, strong shower pressure, fridge all available in the room.

Unfortunately there were some issues with the doors. We had 2 rooms and both had the same problem - the doors didn’t always shut and lock correctly. Even housekeeping forgot to lock room 301 twice. That is an absolute no go and MUST BE FIXED for safety. The rooms were on the small size, but this is paris, don’t expect 30 sqm rooms. You’ll be closer to 15.

We had the most pleasant stay in Paris. The staff was so helpful and accommodating, especially Louis. Plenty of halal restaurants nearby. The hotel was about 8 mins walk to Charles de Gaulle train station. Within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe as well. Will definitely stay here again in future.

- the location is ideal for a tourist: next to the champs elysees, buses and metro 2mns walk - felt safe - the staff is so friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault them, they get out of your way for you to have a pleasant stay - the bathroom is modern and clean - the bed is super comfortable - amazing terrace on the 1st floor

- the only negative aspect for us was the lack of closet space as we took the most basic room

The location is phenomenal, especially if you are new to Paris. Close to everything and a touristy part of the city. Clean and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing! Rooms were a bit tight but met our needs. Would return for sure!

Bathroom between two bedrooms - two entrances with no locks. Comfortable because we are family but might be uncomfortable for others who don't know each other as well.
