Best Western Hotel Opera Drouot

The hotel location was great. The staff was very helpful with providing directions to places of interests and restaurants in the area.

We were disappointed that the hotel was contacted several months in advance informing them of us celebrating our 30+ years of marriage. They didn’t respond at all to the message. There was a second message sent without a response from the hotel. We were anticipating some small decorations for our room.

Very nice, small hotel. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast for 12 Euro was OK and worth its price. However, every three days the menu should be a bit changed, otherwise it gets monotonous. The hotel is located central, so do not have to use undeground to reach all interesting places in Paris (if you like walking like my family!!!!). Generally, I recommend the hotel, if you want to stay 3-4 nights in Paris.

I think that would be nice if the staff would inform us in advance that the hotel is currently under renovation. IT DID NOT BODER US, but people who like to sleep longer could be little ennoyed (the work starts arround 8.00 am and it is finished by afternoon).

First off the Staff Mrs. Jade and Mrs. Karima were FANTASTIC! They were easy to speak with, had answers to all our questions, and very helpful. The room sizes are what you would expect in Paris (small) and if you are looking for a place to be able to sleep and clean up this is a good place. Our plan was to get out early and come back late which is exactly what we did. The overall facility is clean and taken care of. I would recommend this hotel as its location to many tourist places is good.

The overall breakfast experience was good, but there was one day (Sunday) where the breakfast is usually at 7 but it was not fully prepared this day. There was only a few things out which we had some of and then needed to be on our way. With that said the food itself is great.

The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. When I checked in, the manager, Jade, welcomed me very warmly and provided me with great sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. I also received a room with a view of the Sacre Coeur. I really enjoyed my stay, and would love to come again :)

Thank you to the young lady who welcomed me with a warm smile. She was professional, polite and happy to be there. As well as the two other ladies that I encountered in the morning, all smiling and friendly. The room was very well arranged, coffee machine and kettle were available in my room. The bed was very comfy, the room was clean. The location was convenient. I really enjoyed my short stay and I will definitely come back,

Everything was perfect

The staff were amazing. Very warm and helpful. We received a free upgrade to a bigger room. This was super. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the metro and buses. Lots of restaurants in the area. A very central location, we were never bored. The hotel offers a free coffee machine at the reception and free afternoon snacks. It was also super clean. Loved our stay and will definitely be back here.

Receptionist was very kind to give us a bigger room, because in the previous one, the two of us did not have enough space to even open our suitcases. Location was fantastic, we went in most places walking.

As we were leaving at 06:15 we asked to eat at 6, but were told that breakfast starts at 7 and if they were to prepare a package it would be with old bread. In the morning though, we saw everything prepared with fresh croissants but did not have time to eat, so we just grabbed two and left. Pitty to go on a trip hungry when we could of have breakfast. Anyhow, breakfast was poor.

There was a very large room for Paris! The room was overlooking Montmart Church! Very kind staff, first of all, gave the most beautiful room, secondly, at 4 a.m., they called a taxi and found out what time the bus to the airport would go. The hotel is a ~5-minute walk from three metro stations, it was very convenient to get to all the sights and train station. Breakfast was free for children under 12 years old!

Breakfast was n't very good! The warm food is absolutely nothing! The cold table was ok! Coffee's good!

The location is superb! It's right in the middle of everything. There was an electric kettle and a coffee maker in the room - excellent. The hotel manager Karima was absolutely wonderful!

The rooms were a bit cramped and there was no refrigerator. Not enough lighting in the bathroom- thats an issue for any ladies who need to apply makeup.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, the air-con was very welcome in the 40C heat. It was a very good location within walking distance of Gare du Nord, Montmartre and the Seine.

The hotel didn't have ice / ice buckets to chill drinks, which I thought was a bit unusual. The member of staff on reception managed to procure a small bowl of ice from a neighbouring cafe, which was very enterprising of him, although it didnt quite do the job!
