Hôtel Juliana Paris

The service level from both Emmanuel and Rui were exceptional. They ensured all our details were at a premium quality and checked in with us a few times a day to ensure they can provide us with guidance, tips and reservations around Paris. Emmanuel planned the most exceptional visit to Champagne with a driver and at a five star restaurant that we still dream about. This was definitely a trip I will not forget. Emmanuel and Rui deserve a 5-star from us. This made the stay even better at this hotel.

We needed more water bottles in the room. 2 is not enough for 2 people. Also, there was no Kleenex in the room during our 4 day stay. Lastly, not enough light. And maybe they should remove the carpets.

The hotel was excellent in most ways, location was great, rooms were nice and clean, BUT . we drove from Oslo straight from our wedding day, and i communicated with their concierge several days ahead of arrival. I told them that it was our honeymoon and i would love if they could make the stay a just that little better for her, I was told i could Pay 160 euro for a flower package , which i accepted and told them what tim we would be i paris, so the flowers would be freshy displayed. When we arrived to the hotel. They were absolutely not informed about the occasion we were there to celebrate and we got a.room on the first floor, even if i paid for a deluxe room with an a view to the "garden" the room could have been higher up in the building. and ofcourse NO flowers... Because of this i will probably never stay at this hotel again, even though the staff were decent and helpful in all other ways. I and never once got got any apology for what had happened to the famous flowers.....

The staff should and could have made our stay better just by being a little more positive. And remembering how important the stay was for us...

We had an incredible stay here. The hotel is modern and clean. We loved our room. The location was fantastic and you can walk everywhere. The breakfast was also delicious. The best part about our stay was the service. The team of people that work there are absolutely incredible! Especially Rui, Emmanuel and Mario. They treated us like family from the moment we walked in the door. They helped us organize several dinners and outings and we loved their suggestions. Their kindness and hospitality added to the experience of our whole trip. Highly recommend staying here.

Location was amazing. Loved the proximity to the Eifel Tower and easy access to the Champs Elysee. Location is just off main streets so appreciate the quiet nights yet so close to the action. As a boutique hotel the intimate service was amazing. Nezir was fatherly and amazing. The young bartender (forgive me for not remembering his name) was intuitive and reminded me of what a quality service looks like. The conceirge was also very helpful and attentive to all out needs. I wish them the best in their future really. Rooms were well appointed and beautifully appointed. My wife agreed that this is our best find yet in Paris.

aircon was not so strong and the day we arrived was 27c degrees, poor internet connection, the complimentary one bottle of water only available for the first day of the stay which we pay 600$ per night we expected to get complimentary 1 bottle of water per night would be great, not again and go out to take from supermarket.

The Staff were incredible! So friendly and accommodating (we had a 3 month old) and nothing was too much for them! Especially Adel! Thank you for making it feel like a home from home and giving us tips of where to visit in Paris. The rooms are also very well equipped and the beds are so comfy!

It wasn’t a problem for us but there was works going on in the steam room/jacuzzi area so it was closed.

At first they had me booked on the floor above my daughter and grandkids. I wanted to be close to them, so they immediately switched me to the room next door. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and we could see it from the terrace all lit up at night. The breakfast buffet, while not included in the room rate was AMAZING!!! The concierge was helpful with recommendations and getting around Paris and to Versailles. The night attendant thrilled the kids with a short french lesson every evening while we grabbed a drink from the bar on the way up to our rooms. Very special place!

very friendly staff happy to help with any questions etc. great central ,location and lots of near by tourist locations within walking distance of 20 mins. excellent cleaning staff room always looked cleaned and inviting on our return. Fun roof top terrace outside space with effiel tower view. lovely small touches to room to make our stay memorable

larger size cups for hot drinks in room as a tea drinker the cups were coffee sized.

Hotel Juliana Paris is a perfect place to stay in Paris. The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The staff is amazing. They are always giving you ideas on what to do and where to go get dinner in the area. The rooms and hotel are very clean and very modern. The bathrooms are very modern and have the best features. This is my go to hotel for now on when I visit Paris, I will not go elsewhere. Thank you Hôtel Juliana for the excellent service

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast included with wonderful servers catering to your needs. The rooms are comfortable with modern large bathrooms. It is walking distance to most major points of interest in Paris and next to the Metro.
