Hotel Du Cadran

Very helpful and friendly staff - 10/10. Quiet hotel, despite being very central, so a good night sleep is guaranteed. Prime location for visiting Paris or as a central hub to reach other areas of Paris. For instance, it's only 25 mins from Neuilly by Uber- and we paid 18 Euros to get to the hotel. There's a Nespresso machine in the room with capsules provided. Also a minibar. Loads of restaurants close by and minimarkets .

Great that the breakfast is free for kids! The only thing thay could improve are the pastries( croissants, pain aux chocolat). All other breakfast items are adequate.

The Hotel du Cadran was a very nice, clean hotel in a great location. There is a metro stop less than five minutes walking, the Eiffel Tower is just 15 minutes walking away, and there are tons of restaurants right out the door. The staff was very nice and sweet - including the day clerk going out of her way to help us find parking right next to the hotel. (They also have a recommended parking lot nearby if needed). There is a serve yourself wine bar in the lobby, and hot chocolate/coffee machine 24/7 available in the lobby).

This is not a negative, but more a preparation - when the reviews say the rooms are small...they are small. I can only talk to the triple room, but it was quite snug. It was okay since we only used the room for sleeping, but just to prepare anyone booking this hotel. I wouldn't let that be a deterrent, but the size of the triple room would be closer to a single room by American standards.

I've now stayed at the Hotel Cadran three times and would do so again! The hotel is not huge, but has been modernized with air-conditioning, plenty of electrical outlets, modern tub-showers, etc. The rooms are small, by American standards, but quiet and comfortable. The size of the room is less important to me than its cleanliness and noise level: I'm there to sleep and relax after exploring the city. The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel Cadran is right in the rue Cler market street area, which is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Paris. If you're looking for place where you can dance the night away, look elsewhere. If you enjoy a quietly up-scale, residential area with plenty of good food, close to all of the major attractions, you'll love staying here.

I have no complaints!

My first impression of Hotel Cadran was the lovely location. The street it was on was filled with cafes, fruit and flower vendors, supermarkets, shops. When we entered to check in, the front desk lady was very pleasant and welcoming. Though the room was a bit small, it was very nice and clean and so was the bathroom. The amenities in the room were quite complete. We were happily surprised to see a card and a bottle of wine welcoming us. The room has a coffee machine and there is a more complete coffee machine in the lobby. All the staff of Hotel Cadran always had smiles and greetings for us when we would come and go, and always very helpful. I would certainly want to stay there again next time we visit Paris and will recommend Hotel Cadran to my relatives and friends.

The hotel was wonderful: very European, clean, well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. It is situated in a fantastic location just off Rue Cler, a street with lots of good bistros, cafes and some shops. it is also very close to the Metro and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were wonderful: always friendly and helpful. I could not be happier with my choice to stay there and will look forward to doing so again

Some Americans might find the rooms small, but having traveled a lot in Europe, I expected this and reading accommodated.

The staff were very friendly and patient as they let me try to speak in French. Leaving the hotel, we always said a "au revoir" and coming back in with a "Bonjour" to great the always smiling receptionists. Very friendly staff. The room was small, but still somewhat felt it had enough space in for the two of us, with lovely decorations and a very modern feel. The room was very good. Small little seating area outside the hotel allowed for my partner to smoke and have a good sit down, instead of being out on the street. Fantastic location, 5 min walk from the Eiffel tower, on a very lovely street with many nice shops. Absolutely wonderful hotel.

As a tall man, the bed was a bit too short and my feet hung off the end of it. However due to the relatively small building, I completely appreciate the small bed as to give enough room to walk to the other side of the bed. Plus, the bed was very comfortable so I didn't mind much.

Location is outstanding, so close to Eiffel tower and all main attractions. Very good area with many eatery options. I stayed here with my 3 month old son and it was very comfortable. The rooms were small, which is expected in Paris, but clean and organised.

Smell of dust in the room. The door of the bathroom did not close properly. TV without Netflix or YouTube, too few options to watch. You cannot adjust temperature in the room, so at night it was too hot.

I very much like the staff. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was good in terms of walking and visiting nearby tourist locations.

My bed was very hard to the point that I had to request that they put a topper over the mattress to soften it, which they did.

I extended my stay one more day in this hotel since the location, facility and breakfast everything was so perfect. Actually it was hard to find parking space since the nearest parking lot was quite expensive but the staffs they really so nice and kind and inform me well about this. The location was near to the Eiffel Tower and there are great restaurants and market street near the hotel (right behind the street) The hotel has Spa and it is private so it was amazing to enjoy and relax during the travel. The best of this hotel is staff. (Thank you all for making our honeymoon the best in Paris. I really appreciate to you all! :)) Loved the private breakfast (due to the Covid, it was room service) And loved the Wine (welcome drink) I enjoyed this hotel so much and hope to visit there again with my husband soon.

It was quite small room but it doesn't matter for us since it was clean, cozy and quite new facility
