Grand Hôtel Lévêque

Smart hotel with nice simple design, large windows looking out over the street in our room and a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. we had a double bed and a single in the room for our 5 year old. comfortable beds and room big enough to rest in after walking round Paris. near to the tower and the river boats. Didn’t take the breakfast but it’s set in a quiet street with lots of cafes. Generally a really nice neighbourhood that doesn’t feel like a tourist trap, while having everything a tourist needs.

The shower dribbled water onto the bathroom floor but otherwise non issues. If you don’t like stairs you might ask to go on a lower floor.

All of the staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing, and so very helpful. The location is excellent! Only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, less than five minute walk to the metro, and on a major line for the metro! The breakfast was excellent, with lots of different choices, including croissants, French cheeses and excellent coffee. The rooms were beautiful and very clean.

It’s not about what I didn’t like, just one little thing that could be fixed. There are spots on the carpet, going up the stairs that are loose and damaged. However, I do understand that this is from all of their guests using the stairs so often!!!

The rooms were exactly what we needed as a family of four with teenage children travelling. Beds were very comfy and good size with AC to all bedrooms and TV, good to relax and watch some local TV. Location was perfect, close to attractions and transport. The Hotel enters onto a street full of restaurants, cafes, food markets (fresh, seafood and super markets), bakeries, Wine sales, Chocolate and Cheese shops, the choice is fantastic. The restaurants are seriously good and food is very well priced compared to other areas closer to main attractions. Bathrooms very clean and of good size. We will be staying here again, loved it.

The lift is very small, but it does add character to your stay and getting your bags to your room.

Fabulous location, near lots of restaurants. Very clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast very good.

The room we had was quite small but they do have bigger options.

The staff were extremely kind to us. The concierge service was perfect on his indications and also made reservations, which was really helpful. The location allows easy walking to the tower (even in a cold weather) and it’s a few minutes from the Ecole Militaire metro station. Good breakfast and the price is fair for Paris’ parameters.

The room could be equipped with a minibar. Paris costs are usually high and it would provide more flexibility for the guests. In my opinion, it would be the only point to improve.

The hotel is wonderful with a very warm welcome. Mother & 16 year old daughter celebrating a special Birthday. Highly recommend the restaurant Petit Cler for a wonderful Parisian experience. Rooms immaculate, location perfect for sight seeing. We felt very safe as beautiful area with very kind caring Parisians. We had the best time and wonderful memories of our first of many trips to Paris. Definitely will be back the hotel staff were so kind and courteous to make sure we had the best time.

We loved the location which was very safe for two women on their own - the local streets are beautiful and very clean and there were plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The room was very nicely decorated and clean, with excellent facilities including tea and coffee facilities, a rainfall shower and a smart tv so we could watch Netflix by logging in. The air conditioning was brilliant and quiet - the best in any hotel we have been in, and although we didn't have a nice view we did have a very quiet area outside our windows so could have them open at night without being disturbed. This hotel was good value for money and we would definitely stay here again if we visit Paris.

Our room was cleaned late both days (after 4pm) meaning that when we returned to our room to have a rest and get ready for the evening we were not able to use the room. Also the cleaner did not replenish the toilet roll on the last night so we ran out. But the rooms was cleaned well so apart from that everything else was excellent.

A cozy room designed in a neat Parisian style, very clean and with all the necessities. Serving really good Lavazza coffee in the room. Also love the scent of the room and spa products. Staff was very helpful. The location is simply perfection: you can find mini markets, cafes, fresh flower and vegetable stands, sweets, cheeses, some street food on the same street! Would choose to stay here again.

A little fridge would add to perfection. Also pillows were uncomfortable - missing the softness.

The location was just perfect- walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, restaurants and shops in the same street: a bustling, vibrant place. Room was small but clean and the ensuite toilet and walk-in shower was practically new. The desk staff, Hossam and Fatma, were just wonderful-patient and understanding-nothing too much trouble...arranged taxis for us, gave us directions to places...always there.

The breakfast is great, a good choice of foods to set you up for the day & the location is fantastic ! It’s in a lovely little street, full of restaurants, bakeries & little shops with fresh produce & close to a main metro station (Ecole Militare )to get around the city. Having said that if you’re ok to walk, the Musee de Armee is a 10-15 walk from hotel & from there you can get to the river Seine & walk across the Pont Alexandre bridge leading to the Avenue Elysees main road full of designer shops & restaurants & the Arc de triomphe at one end & the Place de la concord at the other!

Our room was some what bijou & although there is a great coffee machine & tea available there was never enough milk or sugar for 2 people ( just 2 of each) so if you wanted a drink in the evening there wasn’t any milk or sugar for the morning! you could ask for more, but having to ask every day was awkward & annoying.
