Hotel de la Paix Tour Eiffel

Excellent location close to Eiffel Tower, metro and eateries.

Water from shower would sometimes flow from shower to the carpet.

It was walking distance from Eiffel Tower and from a lovely Boulangerie! The rooms were very clean and air conditioning worked fantastically! The staff was helpful and kind! Even when we didn’t speak French at all. Breakfast was delicious! And even though the breakfast nook was small they had plenty of options for our families varied tastes! I would recommend this as a great option for Paris travelers!

It is somewhat expected that bathroom and shower space is small in Europe, so it wasn’t a surprise that the bathrooms were tiny. For my tall and tired husband it was a little hard to shower, but still manageable. The elevator worked but opened to the stairwell, so heavy luggage took more effort to get to the rooms.

Very noisy. Doors constantly slamming were extremely loud. We were in first room pass Lobby.

It was very clean, and stylish, the location was excellent as it was literally 5 minutes from the Eiffel tower, there was an iron and a hair dryer in the room, and the property catered to me by placing a cot in the room, and pulling out the sofa bed, the tv had UK music which catered to me and my daughter, we enjoyed listening to as we got ready, both beds were very comfy, and the room was a correct temperature. I have to give special thanks to one of the members of staff working at reception, he was so lovely, very accommodating and helpful, he helped with places to eat, calling taxis, putting my buggy and luggage into cabs, and giving advice on where to shop, he was always smiling, I didn’t catch his name, but I appreciate the fact that he made our stay that much better!

The elevator is small, however, we were on the 2nd floor so I only used it once, and it didn’t affect me. The bathroom is also very small, but was clean and had all we needed, so this didn’t affect myself or my family.

Good shower (powerful) Lovely outside patio area, exclusive to ourselves although shared with room 03 we never saw them so it was lovely to sit out there in the evening i’m our own secluded area. We were room 04. Great value for money Staff spoke good english which was helpful for us travelling from London lovely reception area and outside it was decorated all christmassy You can order water/any drinks at any time from reception and they just charge it to your room. You can buy wine/prosecco/champagne at reception too Will be staying here again!

Very cute place and responsibly priced. The property was in a good location to see all of the site seeing. We were walking distance from the Eiffel Tower but everything else we decided to Uber which was reasonable as well. It’s also located by a few restaurants if you’re hungry. The gentleman Zeid that works at the front desk was AMAZING and very informative! if you have any questions where to go or what to do he will definitely help! The last day of our stay they were nice enough to hold our luggage so we could get one more excursion in without bringing all of our bags. We also needed transportation the day of the World Cup to go back home and Zeid’s and his colleague went above and beyond to make sure we got it!

We liked everything about our stay!

The key to this hotel is definitely the location. It's in an amazing and very secure neighborhood, walking distance (like five minutes) from the Tower, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. I was hoping the room would be bigger due to how much we paid, but I had forgotten hotels and rooms in Paris tend to be smaller than in the rest of Europe. Nevertheless, it was very well equipped and modern, the shower was a-ma-zing, the bed were incredible (softest sheets ever), air conditioner and radiator worked perfectly and there was even a small electric pot if you wanted to make yourself some tea. The staff was also very kind and helpful and they stored our belongings until late afternoon so we could go out and say goodbye to the city :) the breakfast was very good, there were lot of options (you could make a sandwich, eat pastries, there were different kinds of jams, butter, puddings, cereal and yogurt) and the coffee was much better than I expected given that it came out of a (very modern) machine. It was a very pleasant experience and I would book again.

I was hoping the hotel and the room would be much bigger but as I mentioned, I forgot hotels and rooms in Paris tend to be smaller and pricier than in the rest of Europe, so blame it on me hahaha. Since the room isn't really big, there isn't much privacy for, for example, going to the bathroom, so keep that in mind.

Great Location! We could walk to several restaurants and to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a triple room for the two of us which gave us room for luggage and to spread out some.

The bathroom was tiny and the sink was very small, but it was clean and the water temperature and pressure was good. The hotel has a small elevator to get to the second floor, but you still had to go up stairs to get to the second floor.

The staff went above and beyond, even with our tricky schedule they made sure to accommodate us as quickly as possible. They were very knowledgeable, even the week before our arrival they made sure to check on us and assist with any needs and recommendations we might have. The breakfast was great, you can smell the fresh pastries as soon as they are delivered to the hotel (and this is how I was able to wake up so early). They were also offering cheese, cured meat, ham, and cups of fruits.

The only con was the bathroom, it was clean but much much smaller than expected and a slight smell was coming out of the sink. But other than this I would not hesitate to book with them in the future.

Clean room, comfortable bed with high quality linen. Very quite could not hear guests in other rooms.

Front dest called me at 11:10 claiming I was late checking out. I explained the notice on the back of the door clearly states checkout is 12 noon. He argued noon meant 11:00 am and said a must be out in 10 minutes. I took a photo, showed him and he rudely told me again that noon means 11:00 am, not 12:00.
