Hotel La Manufacture

We were looking for a hotel in Paris for our first trip it took us some time but we found the one which fulfill our requirements! Good price in safe neighborhood, metro station, supermarket and plenty of restaurants not that far away. Staff was great, especially the lady who welcomed us, she was amazing, very professional and friendly! Also, available breakfast in pretty affordable price was tasty. I would like to have more fresh veggies and fruits but still choice was fine.

We had problem with a towel in our room but the problem was fixed quickly!

The hotel is not in the very centre, but it's located near a metro station that 3 lines go through. Thus, you can get both to Louvre and Eiffel tower (different lines) in around 20 minutes – very convenient. The room was very clean, and the stuff was very friendly.

Our room was very small (especially the bathroom), but that's normal for Paris, I suppose. The furniture was not new, and some renovation is suggested, but everything was super clean, so we didn't really notice that. The only real drawback is sound isolation – we heard children in the next room and everything in the corridor (for instance, when guests were leaving at night). I don't know if that can even be fixed given how compact everything is, but I think we were lucky to have good neighbours.

The property is in a small and quiet street, yet right in the city. Without taking any public transport you can walk to the Latin quarter and stroll between shops and restaurants. The hotel is newly renovated and has a typical Paris Charme as it is an old building. The lobby is charming and rooms are clean.

However the rooms are extremely small, you can really only stand or sit but not walk around. The bathroom and balcony doors cannot be opened widely because they hit the bed.

Our room was very comfortable and had a large bathroom with a bath and shower over it. The whole hotel was very clean. The staff were really helpful and we were let in promptly the night we came back late and had to ring the doorbell to gain access. Breakfast was nice and perfectly adequate. The location was great with lots of restaurants around and it was really close to a Metro station. It was all very relaxed and a nice place to stay.

There wasn't really a bar as such but that wasn't an issue.

Everything was perfect. If you ever stayed in Paris then you're ready that hotel rooms are small. This hotel offers regular sized (for Paris) rooms with an excellent bed and a cozy bathroom - shower had decent pressure. I was amazed this hotel had oversized (for Paris) lifts/elevators and not one, but two ! The lifts/elevators were so quiet that you can't hear them while riding them. Hotel offered breakfast at €12 per person, which we did not take advantage of as we preferred to have breakfast at a nearby boulangerie. Hotel is close to the metro station Place D'Italie which offered a direct line to the Eiffel Tour and another direct line to the Louvre. Also, dinner wise go the the Maison Blanche area (5 min walk from the hotel) for nice restaurants/bistros that offer affordable dining options and are not touristy. Hotel staff had excellent English and were always cheerful and ready to help with any queries. We'll definitely be back !

I was greeted by Bilal who was absolutely wonderful throughout my entire stay, as were all the staff. I prefer not to be in the centre of a city so, the quiter location on the outer part of the City suits me. The entire hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and there were nice Cafe's and Restaurants close. I thouroughtly enjoyed my stay. A special thanks again to Bilal for such wonderful service.

The balcony from my room was such a great addition, and the location of the hotel is perfect. It's a bit more residential, so walking down the street and seeing locals at the cafes and bistros was pure romance to my eyes.

There isn't anything in particular to mention! It's a great hotel with great staff. The room I had in the hotel was not very big, so don't expect tons of space if you stay here and get a double room. But you're here for the city, not the room, so...

Brilliant location with the nearest underground (Place d’Italie) being a major interchange meant it was very well connected. Very welcoming staff who were a pleasure to talk to, and comfortable rooms with controllable air con/heating, kettles and plump beds all which were clean. The rooms aren’t huge but for the price and facilities you get, it’s great value. The hotel held onto our bags on the day of check out for no cost and we came back later to to collect which cemented the hotel as an excellent choice.

During our stay, we had a nice room with a great shower that was clean. Situated in a quiet street but easy access to metro and buses/ asian restaurants.

None. Except why took my money before I arrived to the hotel and promised to be returned. I travel many places but never seen this kind of practice. My card information is stored and is only used in the event that I do any damage. Very fishy.
