Kyriad Hotel XIII Italie Gobelins

Great hotel with a convenient and communicative location. We were accommodated in a nice room with a view and a balcony. The rooms are clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a kettle for hot water, coffee, tea, which were recharged daily. The bathroom is bright and spacious, towels were changed daily. The service is top notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, assists when needed. On our next visit we will definitely stay in the same hotel. I recommend with pleasure!

The location is excellent with different public transport options (metro stations). Everyone is nice, at least when you speak their language (French). The room is kinda small, but complete with everything that one needs. The bed is exceptionally comfy! Soft, soft and soft in all meanings of the word! Breakfast is good, but alway the same.

Great location: direct metro line to Louvre, to Eiffel Tower, to OrlyBus stop, to Arc de Triomphe. Also buses, but we used metro only. 1 hour walking to Eiffel Tower. Few food shops around, where you can easily buy food, also caffes. Hotel is on the side street, not directly on the big street, so there is quiet+good sound isolation from street and from coridor in rooms. Our room was near the elevator on 2nd floor, but it was absolutely not disturbing - no noise from elevator. We slept great! Reception is extremely friendly and so helpful! We arrived earlier, and we were allowed to check in few hours before 15:00, without any additional payment. Also reception helped us with everything. Cleaning very good and every day. Shower - warm and great! We had heating in room - was very warm and nice. Enjoyed our stay and will return for sure. There is a tea pot in room - you can boil water. Breakfast is: bakery, croissants, porridge, eggs, scrabled eggs, cheese, jams, fruits, some meats, natural coffe+tea. On some days I was taking breakfast is hotel for 12 EUR, on other days visited other places… It is up to you. Again - great time! Big thanks to hotel! Recommend for sure!

Staying at the Kyriad Hotel 13 was a good experience. The hotel is located in a quiet side street and everything is near by - a small convenience store, a variety of restaurants, a bakery and public transport stops. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was limited to scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, pastries, granola and yoghurt, but all the available choices were tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall experience was very nice at the Kyriad and I do recommend to stay there for your next visit in Paris.

As it seems to be an older building, the walls are not very thick and you could hear your upstair neighbour. But the reception offered earplugs, which was very nice and thoughtful.

The hotel is a chain hotel, so no "specific "expectaions to be placed. The place is safe, clean, well managed, easy to reach by public transport, lots of interesting and off the beaten track in Paris points of interest around. The breakfast, yet simple but sufficient and has all I should wish for not "breakfast" person. Rooms are clean, personel friendly and clear. English well spoken. Bad are comfortable, window could be open, there is AC in the room, yet I have not used it. All in all - good value for money, in case you are not looking for something porshy in the center for triple the price - great place for staying a few nights in Paris.

It is a bit nosy on the floor - yet my room was just acros elevator, yet it is also relatively easy to hear what is going in surrounding rooms. Room was rather small - not a problem for single occupancy, could be an issue for two. Elevator is also rather small and a bit too slow - but this is not something you usually mention - so all was good and once more - good value for money.

All the personnel was very kind and friendly.The room was so cozy,clean every day,warm room and very beautiful bathroom and it had everything somebody needs. The breakfast was perfect,having a variety of treats,including biological fruits,crepes,pancakes,croissants,eggs,a coffee machine that makes any beverage you want including hot chocolate and the miss in charge of the breakfast was so nice and good at her work. The location was very convenient,close to two central metro stations and lines,next to many restaurants-cafeterias,supermarkets and a mall. I will return to this hotel for sure.

Decent place for a 3-4 nights trip. The location is great, nearby several metro stations. There are plenty of Asian and other restaurants nearby, so you won't have to go to the city center to get coffee with croissants or any other food. Our room had a window facing the internal yard, which was very quiet. The room was rather small and had almost no place in the wardrobe, it was ok for us since we came for 4 days in winter and did not bring many clothes. The most pleasant part was a very large and comfy bed and a water kettle with supplies of tea, coffee, and crackers. The shower was hot. It was winter with - 5 outside, and the AC was great, was a comfy temperature inside. We only ordered breakfast for 1 day, and it was ok, not a large selection but enough to keep you fed for half a day.

The toilet seat cover could not be held upright when opened, so you had to keep it up with your hand manually.

The hotel was good. The bus station and metro stations are within walkable distance of the hotel. There are resturanst and pubs within walkable distance. The room is soundproof. The bathroom is small and didn't have shampoo, shower gel, etc. The bed was comfortable. The check-in was smooth and the staffs are helpful. It took 30-40 minutes to reach Eiffel Tower through the metro/Bus from the hotel. The metro/bus are always available. You can easily reach (one metro to the railway station) to the railway station from where you can take the train to Disneyland Paris. Wifi speed is ok. There is a vending and coffee machine at the ground floor.

There should be shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion in the bathroom that will very helpful.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was courteous and always keen to help. The common areas and the room were in good shape, clean and fully equipped. The hotel is also in a great location: lots of subway lines converge around Place d'Italie, so it was really easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is also enjoyable and features several options for entertainment, food and cultural activities.

Even though we booked months before our trip, we paid quite a bit for lodging. It was worth it and this is not an issue related to the structure, indeed. We wouldn't have been able to find anything this good at a comparable price.

Great location, near metro, bus. Hotel is on quiet side street. But the main street it's a very good one for Paris. Nice to walk, supermarket/bars/restaurants nearby, not far from Jardin des Plantes, even Jardin du Luxembourg it's 30 min walk. It's also close to the rue Mouffetard, which is a very nice street. Our room was at 3rd floor, with back side view, which was very convenient for our stay: quite, in shadow (good for our very hot days). You can hear the noise from the other rooms if they are loud, and two nights they were disturbing our sleep. But this is not about the hotel, it's about the people. Luckily our room was at the end of the hall and we had only one room neighboring. The size of the room was ok for Paris small hotels. We appreciated a lot the pillow and the bed, very comfortable. The carpet it's a bit old and filthy. Basic cleaning every day. Tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated. We didn't try the breakfast (after reading reviews on it). But there are a lot of choices to have it nearby. The staff is reasonable. Overall I recommend this hotel and I would stay again.
