Overall a fine hotel! And fine for the money I paid. Great location next to a mall, a big Carrefour that has every you need, and places to eat. Right by the Avenue. Perfectly clean room. Hot water came quickly. Nice decor in the room. Reception 24/7. They had an iron when asking at the reception (but it was kinda poor and had no ironing board - but still better than nothing). Comfy bed and a nice desk

Everything fine, really, the following details are just that: small details. Although I chose a free cancellation option, Ibis straight away blocked 50% of the money on my card from the moment of reservation until I checked-out. They're leased it straight-away when I checked-out, but still an inconvenience given Booking say you won't pay anything at the time of reservation. Just to access the internet, at least on my Samsung Galaxy, I had to accept an unsafe connection (the browser was stoppinh me from accessing the page that was needed to connect). As a result, not sure I would trust using the internet for serious things like banking. Tight shower, but not super tight. No fridge in the room.

Reception area and hallways are clean, fresh and welcoming with staff that were willing to bear with me on my sketchy French. Room was a good size (for Paris) with a seat, hanging space and was immaculately clean. Only complaint was that the bathroom was rather small but I did expect that. We were able to leave our luggage on the day of our departure, it was tagged and stored in a room which only staff could access. Very easy access to Metro Line 7 or bus line 47, both which connect to Chatelet which is a major transport hub.

Provide hot water to people they need. When I come to the hotel first I don't know where to get hard work. Hot water. Later. I find now I can get a little hot water from the breakfast area. Then the people work in the first area help me go to the front counter to get hot water. In the front counter people is very friendly However, it is not convenient, too. Go down to ask them again and again. So I suggest counter provide hot water park for each customer they have, they need game, get the hot water in the room.

The location is perfect. Bus stop and Train station are at walking distance. Staff was very cooperative. Helped us in all possible ways and very friendly. Breakfast was good. Maintained cleanliness every day.

The only thing I was not comfortable are the Bathrooms (WC) are very small. But as per the price one can ignore it. But they should be at least a bit larger so all kind of people can fit comfortably.

The location of the Hotel is perfect - 2 minutes walk from Place d'Italie. There is station of 3 metro lines there and also a few bus lines' stops. The center of Paris is within 25 minutes with public transport. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The staff was nice, very friendly and helpful. The room was neither small, nor large and it was relatively comfortable, except for one of the bathrooms.

Our room consisted of 2 separated with sliding door spaces and had 2 bathrooms. This is perfect for 3 guests and saves time. However, the hygiene in the smaller bathroom was not exactly as expected and also the space in the shower was so narrow that it was hardly usable. Also after the usage, there was water splash in the whole bathroom (no additional drain pipe available in it for such occasions). One of the ACs was not working and the staff gave us fans which helped dealing with the situation.

Excellent location (various metro lines pass very close to the hotel, safe and plenty of restaurants and shopping mall), very good breakfast (both hot and cold food included, with coffee, fruits, yogurt, etc.) and clean room

The mattress wasn't comfortable, we had noise through the ventilation system and the bathroom size (you can barely sit down on the toilet)

Great staff, very polite, very helpful not only for people staying in the hotel but for other people as well (e.g., a couple not staying in the hotel, was looking for a taxi and the reception handled everything). Location is amazing, with 3 metro lines in Place d' Italie! Line 6 and 5 connect with RER B, so going to CDG airport took me around 50 minutes. Clean rooms and very quiet. This is my prefered hotel because it is value for money and you can reach easily any part of Paris. Thank you IBIS!

We really liked the hotel, was clean and had everything we needed!! The staff was very polite and always willing to help at any time. Found really good that you could always find someone at the reception!! The location was really good!!! Near two different metro stations!!! Would absolutely recommend it and we would definitely choose it again in future trips to Paris

Great staff, good location. Near to metro and local conveniences. This part of the city isn’t quite as charming as the centre but is only minutes away.

Rooms are small compared to the Ibis standard. Still comfortable though. Breakfast is a little expensive at 12.90€

The hotel is in a great location and the metro is only 200m away. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms , while small were clean and comfortable as were the beds. The bathroom was also a tight fit but this is standard for most Paris hotels that I have been to. It is great value for what you get and I am booked in to return in the next few weeks.
