Hôtel Coypel by Magna Arbor

Location great. Three metro lines close. Staff friendly and helpful. Air con in one room only worked intermittently. Fridge supplied though seemed to have a strobing on off thing at night which kept me awake. OK during day. Overall good basic accomodation. Friendly staff and easy access to metro so good value. Would stay again. Out sightseeing during day so had what we needed.

Hot days so intermittent air conditioning biggest issue. Kettle supplied and tea bags which was nice but paper cups a bit of a let down and hard to drink hot tea in paper.. I guess this is a left over from Covid regulations.

Location is good, between 2 metro stations, near the mall. There are also many restaurants and a few supermarkets in the area. The area is quiet. The staffs are friendly. Wifi is good. Air-conditioner is very good; this is the main point I stay in this hotel during my summer trip. I like the view from my window. The streets nearby are not that busy

I stayed in Standard Double room, the shower area is quite small, my body kept touching shower faucet and turned it off. Breakfast is ok, just not many things to choose from; some kind of bread and pastry, pancakes, cereal, some ham and cheese, some fruit. If you want to eat eggs, you have to boil it yourself in hot pot, it takes time to boil but then u can boil it the way you like it.

Great location. Bus and metro are very close. All places of interest are easily accessible by public transport. There many cafes and shops near the hotel. The price was good and revelant to provided service. There were emblematical daily room cleaning, however, at least they changed towels. Ww didn't taste breakfast, it costs 13 Euro/person. We were living in a standart double room. It was tiny but comfortable.

When we were checking in, they asked us to pay a city tax. However, the Booking.com wrote that it has already been paid upon registration at the website. They warned us to cancel our booking (although, it's been already paid). . It was almost night and we didn't want to search for other hotels, so we additionaly paid 19 Euro. It really affected general impression.

Good location, line 7 and 5” (Campo- Formio station) is in 2min walk, also 5min walk from Place de Italy, lines 5, 6 and 7 , so easy go around the city . So easy to enter into LesHalles and Marais- Bastill etc and even back to Airport with RER-B through Gare du Nord, or Chatele and faster than taxi. Nice and Clean room, good big bed, room is not as tiny as usually in Paris and can sleep goodly without any noise., even in the 1st floor and had an exterior - room + nice view. Breakfast served 7-10am, its Ok and good coffee ! Room nicely decorated, looks like renovated resently. (Very nice & large shopping- centre in 5min walk, nice at winter time as can stay in while shopping .)

Bathroom was so super cold, battery issue maybe.. December in Paris is windy and cold, but some heating system would be great 👍 in The room there is heating- cooling pump- system. That was Great as it was cold rainy weather -1 /+1.

I love the location. It is a nice district and a metro line 7 is great. The room was clean. There was a kettle, tea/coffee and a fridge (didn't use any).

Some stuff members weren't really friendly but some were really nice. The worst was the noise isolation. We were unlucky with neighbours who kept laughing, moving smth and chatting till 4 am! I couldn't fall asleep. The walls are super thin. As I felt really sick that day, I didn't want to move to the reception to complain + the shower was extremely tiny and leaking.

The location is really good, it's away from the tourist hot spots, you feel like you're in a normal neighbourhood. Short walk to bus stops and metro stations. Nearby lots of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a great pub with lots of different beers.This is now our 3rd stay. This time we booked a superior room and were pleased how big the bathroom was and there was a little fridge to cool drinks. We'll be back.

The traffic noise at night was loud, but if you shut the window it's fine.

The hotel was good as the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, there was a subway station in a 3-5 min walk which was connected to all the tourist attractions. plenty of diverse restaurants within walking distance

the only thing that I can put as a con were the showers which were kinda small if you are a big person. But as far as I know this is all over paris so nothing they can change really, but still the shower is usable

As to be hoped in a family-owned hotel, staff members are all very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom have been modernised and are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is copious, with a great variety of choices and the location near Place d'Italie excellent for getting around without being touristy.

Room and bathroom were both a bit small, but fine for one person (though apparently meant for two). No real closet and trouser hanger didn't work (I'm sure I could have requested a replacement). Not an issue for a short stay. Some noise from other rooms (I was on the first floor).

I really liked the position of the hotel, very close to the underground station. From there, we could move to every part of the city without any problems. The room was little but comfortable, I think it is suitable for a couple travelling. We didn't enjoy the breakfast service, we only slept there. The staff is kind and available to answer any question.

Maybe the bathroom is too little. Thinking about very tall or overweight people could be a little bit uncomfortable, but for us, that was not a big problem.

In general everything was ok. The elevator is very small but usable (specified for 3 people, 220 kg). On the 6th floor you can hear a bit of street noise in some rooms, not in all. The breakfast is not having lots of choices, but it’s ok. There was a bit of strange smell in the bathroom one day, but we were mostly out to visit Paris..
