Friendly staff, attractive and comfortable rooms. Complementary refreshments are a nice touch. location is fantastic, especially if coming in on the Eurostar. Price is reasonable for the area.

Shows sign of wear and tear - grouting in the bathroom tiles and some mould around shower door.

Perfect location for seeing the city. Easy walk from Gare du Nord and plenty of interesting restaurants and bars in the area. Very friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms with a good shower. Excellent breakfast and a very welcome free tea, coffee and snacks available from 2pm onwards every day. Really useful luggage storage facility meant we could leave our bags at the hotel until we left for our train later in the afternoon.

Nothing to not like other than a fair amount of noise from the street if you have a room on the front of the hotel. Absolutely nothing the hotel staff can do about it but worth considering if you are a very light sleeper!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - walking distance from Gare du Nord and many good quality restaurants (including some with Michelin stars). It's close to a few metro stations, and if you like walking, not too far away from Louvre (30 minutes), Champs-Élysées (40 minutes) and the Eiffel Tower (an hour). The room was cosy and clean, and we had a lovely balcony. The little things like the WiFi speed, water pressure, air conditioning were all satisfying. Soft drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary, and they also offered free snacks in the lobby. We were told that we could use the facilities (like the gym) of other Astotel branches in the city during our stay in Palm, which we didn't get to test this time, but it was nice to know. It's surprising they're not more expensive. We now know where to stay the next time we're in Paris.

Super comfortable bed, perfect location - close to metro and in a lovely neighborhood. very quiet, I slept super well. good shower pressure, free water in the minibar, nice view from the balcony (my room was on the 6th floor). breakfast was okay, not too many gluten free options but standard for a 3-star hotel. everything was super clean and the staff was always nice.

The heating didn’t seem to work super well but it was fine in the end. would have liked a bit more variety at breakfast, especially healthier options, and there were some toiletries missing. but all in all no dealbreakers and I would gladly stay again.

This was a great hotel! But above all else the staff make this hotel truly exceptional. First, we have to mention that there is no friendlier individual to greet you than Ryad. He is truly exceptional, and sets the tone for a great stay. Emma and the rest of the staff were equally helpful and wonderful. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the snacks were great, and it was nice not to be nickel and dimed over smaller things. All in all, if ever in Paris again, we will 100% come back to this hotel.

The concierge team were incredibly friendly and super happy to share directions to the key must-see sights. Ruben from the breakfast kitchen was kind-hearted, offering unexpected amounts of attention and providing assistance wherever possible. The location was also excellent, with our room having an amazing Eiffel tower view. Although roughly a 30-45 minute walk to key attractions, the walk was through beautiful streets and essential with all the food we ate!

The only issue with the property would be the small elevator size which with a lot of luggage could prove a hassle.

The position of the hotel is very good and also the rooms are fine

The receptionist that was working the evening and the night between the 12th and 13th of December is very unpolite. We wanted to pay the night of the 12th because we had the flight very early the day after and we had to wait in the hall for half an hour because he didn't let us pay before. we payed the bill after midnight but only because we asked for it a lot of times and this not acceptable

Breakfast was better than the average 3* hotel, a very nice thing was that they had free snack/drinks bar and you could wake up before or after breakfast and still have something to snack. Another great thing was that they had the minibar drinks included in the price so you would find free cold drinks in the fridge after a long day of walking and exploring. I didn't use this feature but you also have the possibility to pop into any other Astotel hotel and showing your room keycard, you can enjoy the amenities there (drinks/snacks).

We actually didn't have anything that we didn't like, there was one small incident with the cleaning staff placing a stained sheet and pillowcase instead of clean ones, but we just went down to the reception and requested new ones, that was all.

Good, central location where you can access the main attractions by foot (if you like a decent walk) or via metro stations. We were given a room on the fourth floor facing the street and we could also see the Eiffel Tower. We booked the hotel 6 months ago for our anniversary and mentioned it in the initial booking. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a champagne bottle with a note which was a lovely touch. There was free refreshments daily between 14:00-02:00 which was also ideal if returning to the hotel for a pit stop during the day. You could also make use of the other hotels in the chain if you were nearer to one of those instead of your own. Staff also wonderful and went above and beyond.
