Relais du Pré

Our room was comfortable. We loved the Juliet balcony. It was nice to have a separate WC from the sink and shower. We opened windows and were surprised at the quietness of the neighborhood, being so close to Gare du Nord. We wished we had more time to explore the immediate vicinity. It seemed like a nice area of the city. We were able to get all over town from here though, with less than 30 minute walks or bus rides. Breakfast was very nice, typical French choices. The staff was so helpful and kind.

A little larger safe would have been nice. My iPad didn't fit. Oh well.

Nice place, enough to spend a good time sleep after visiting Paris.

It was something strange that I have never seen to any other place. The hotel closed at 1 AM every night. We wanted to go out at night and when we came back we had to call at the reception and disturb the receptionist. I felt really bad that he had to come from his room and open us the door. Really now, what other hotel closes its doors in the night ? What if you get sick in the night and you want to get a walk for a fresh air? You are practically locked inside. That was really strange. Anyway, the receptionist was nice and he came to open as at 2 AM every night but still, I felt very uncomfortable.

The hotel is close to Gare du Nord but is in a safe neighborhood close to the metro. The room is adequate in size. The street noise is completely shut out once the window is closed. The bed is comfortable. The front desk was very helpful teaching us about getting around Paris with the metro.

There is no A/C but a fan is provided, which was fine during our stay in early July.

The hotel was in a fairly quiet neighbourhood in-between two Metro Stations. It was well placed being only 15 minutes walk from the Eurostar Station. The hotel lobby was nice and clean. The staff were AMAZING. Very friendly and someone was available 24/7. The bed was comfortable and whilst the bath was small, it had very hot water if required. We were lucky to get the only room with a proper balcony. WIFI was fast and free.

The room was quite a bit smaller then shown in official photos. The TV was quite small and the walls were very thin. We struggled to sleep due to noise in other rooms. The lift was a bit junky, but operated fine.

Staff were friendly and polite. The location was quiet but also close to the Gare Du Nord. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and despite having a tiny shower head, the shower was impressively powerful. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on that.

Not a dislike as such, but the room was quite small. It was only a place to rest for us, so not a problem.

The hotel is located around 3 minutes walk from the underground. Metro number 7 can take you to Louvre, or not far from Patheon etc. Breakfast was nice...and the service was outstanding. Wifi was good. Cleanness was of a high standard. The staff was so super friendly and helpful. A gentleman who was doing day shift on Sunday 5/02/2023 was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and the best receptionist we have ever met. He really made our day!

Position is great. Rooms are really quiet. Bathroom renewed and very clean. Room furniture was a bit dated but bed was really comfy. 32 inch flat TV avail (not Smart).

Room facing in an internal courtyard but is ok. Carpeting feel a bit "old fashioned" but is clean, just remember to take off your shoes Rooms aren't conditioned as I know and was a bit hot in winter Building is old and corridor is really narrow.

This charming hotel is at a central location near buses and metro station. The staff was super nice and helpful, they all speak English. Breakfast was included in the room rate, it was buffet system,there was a good variety: tasty croissant, pastries, baguette, muesli, yogurt, good quality cheese and butter, jam, coffee, tea, juice etc. The waitresses were nice and helpful. We could leave the luggage in the luggage room after checking out. The room was clean, well equipped (free coffee and tea in the room, hairdryer, wardrobe, desk etc), the bed was comfortable. We had a balcony. WiFi worked perfectly.

There was only one negative thing but that ruined my night: the walls are so thin that you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms. The guest in the next room (505) snored loudly all night and because of that I couldn't sleep a blink :( I was just unlucky, I know but the hotel could soundproof the walls or have thicker ones.

Location is good, room was relatively large compared to other hotel rooms in Paris. Bed was rather soft. A very small television screen, a remote with only 2 functions: volume and change channel. Enough channels though. There is no shower, just a bath tub with hand shower and no shower curtain, so it is difficult to take a shower or wash your hair without flooding the whole bathroom. Breakfast (continental with extras) was delicious. Staff is very friendly. All in all highly recommended for a short stay, I'll be back.

This is an old school classic but charming hotel in quiet street close to metro, park and restaurants. And In walking distance to many different cozy neighbourhoods. Breakfast all right, but simple (the Earl Grey tea brand was really good though). Got a room with a balcony, which was quiet and bed was nice. Not too soft, not too hard. Could imagine returning to this hotel.

Doors were ugly and not in style with the rest of the hotel. Ventilator in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. But minor details.
