Hotel Best Western Anjou Lafayette

The location of the hotel is really good, with walking distance from many restaurants, pubs and food shops. It's also a walking distance from many of the tourist attractions. The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating! The rooms are on the smaller scale, but are very comfortable, slept like a baby.

The only thing that could be improved on is the breakfast. It was lovely, but really limited with not much choice and repetitive with the same thing served daily.

Nice employees always available to help and support my needs and requests. Excellent location.

Some noisy from other rooms late in the night, maybe honey moon or singles preference. Room a little bit small for a family of 3. Breakfast is extremely expensive for what is offered.

We had adjoining rooms/ a family suite separated by a small entryway - convenient/ comfortable for a family with teens. Each side had a bathroom which was spacious/ comfortable for Paris. The rooms were fine and we slept well. Nice decor and everything we needed ~ Two bathrooms were a definite plus!

It was down a small side street with no parking. We Had to walk across the Main Street to a parking garage ~ kind of creepy at night And Walking back, There were people lined up sleeping in an outside doorway at the top of the street. It was shocking to see the bodies lined up on the ground.

The property itself was well maintained, very gorgeous lobby area and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. Great area, close to transit and lots of restaurants shops. Did lots of walking around there and was very pleased. The staff was all so incredible, we had the lady check us in and tag our luggage to leave there (as we arrived early) and she was so helpful, kind and just a beautiful lady! Wish I had got her name, she truly made the visit extra amazing! The rest of the staff was amazing as well, very helpful and kind. Great hotel experience

This was a perfectly adequate stay. Our room had a small balcony, which opened outside and that was nice. On the whole the room was small, the bathroom was small, and the rooms are generally a bit outdated. The staff were excellent and we were grateful for the lift when taking our big bags up to the fifth floor. Perfectly fine location. Not overly noisy, but close to many shops, stops and public transit.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The metro is nearby. The hotel is located in a quiet street. There is no noise.The bed is very comfortable.The room is clean.Internet is good.There are several restaurants and food shops nearby.We arrived from the PARIS EST train station in about ten minutes on foot. The staff at the reception is friendly. The hotel is clean.

The first night we were a little cold because we kept the toilet door closed and the heating in the room did not work. The next night we opened the toilet door and the heating from the toilet was too good. The room is a bit small if you have more luggage

While our room was not very big it was very comfortable (as was the bed), well appointed and in a great location for cafes and restaurants. We really appreciated having a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea after returning from a day of sightseeing. We also liked having a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold during the very warm days. We wish more hotels would offer these two simple conveniences. And it was great to have air conditioning which was needed. Even though our room faced the street, with the double-glazing the room was very, very quiet. All staff we met were very friendly and welcoming.

There was nothing we really didn't like but given the choice, we would have preferred a walk-in or step in shower rather than a shower over the bath tub.

Great location, 30 min to Louvre, less to Montmartre, quiet and clean area, with good restaurants and boulangeries around.

Not linked to the hotel, that the city tax we had to pay was 3 times higher than what I had in the reservation. During the night, although the temperature was set at 23 degrees (centralized, you could not control it) it was actually less. We did not report this, as for sleeping it was OK.

The hotel is placed to a nice safe area near little shops for breakfast and coffee. It's also close to an open market on the way to Montmartre. If you like to walk and avoid the crowds it's the best location in Paris. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was happy to help.

The rooms are small. There are rooms looking to the back side of the building which are very quiet but with no view. They were happy to change our room though. The price of accommodation is higher than most other European destinations.

room 103 - first floor facing onto the street- no noise as quiet side street. 2 big windows. bathroom large enough with walkin shower- all modern and new fittings. Plenty of hooks and storage shelves etc. Bed was large and comfortable. One night stay. Staff were very helpful.

instant coffee sachets, and tea bags. Kettle. Would have taken my own if I had known. All hotels seem to have a coffee machine now.
