Hotel Scarlett

The design is nice, clean contemporary. The staff is super attentive to guests needs, they are very well mannered and friendly. Always happy to help us when needed. Very thankful for that. Loved that when you walked into the hotel, the smell was so delicious all the time. Good location, a bit far from the really crowded and touristy areas, but very well connected with options for public transport. The bed was really comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay, there is nothing I disliked.

The location was great, a lively area with lots of local bars and restaurants, well worth exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great showers, and the breakfast room / lobby is stylish. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, but it does cost extra and there are lots of good alternatives nearby. The hotel is very easy to find and well located for public transport, between two metro stations. We also walked a lot, including from the city centre which is a long walk but with lots of interesting sights and pleasant cafes along the way.

It would have been great to be have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

loved the design and style. The Scarlett is a core renovated typical Parisian town house, so it is quite narrow and some rooms, like mine, are directed towards the street side which is quite busy, which was fine with me but if you are a light sleeper ask them while booking if you can reserve a room facing to the rear. French breakfast plus cheese + eggs + fruits. Metro Station Belville (8-10 Min by foot) or Pyrenées (5 min) in easy reach but wheter hotel nor these metro stations are suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

The lift stops on intermediate floors, i.e. you have to carry your suitcase up or down several steps to/from your room.

Shower was clean and fittings were new and worked well. I appreciate the hot shower, strong water pressure, clean glass partitions, hairdryer. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Comfy couches and armchairs at cafe area which doubles as lobby lounge. Lighring was adequate and well designed. Wardrobe lights was a warm touch for a hotel of this range.

Was not expecting half a flight of semi-spiral stairs upon stepping out of lift at hotel floor. A little challenging to carry suitcase down the stairs. Would have appreciated a hot water kettle in room.

Hotel is clean and very comfortable. Room is small but very cosy. Good location with metro station near by for quick access to city centre and all tourist attractions. Staff at reception is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sonya who helped us with great logistical advices about public transport and for taking care of all our request during our stay. Very kind person :) I will reccommend it to my friends.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Hotel's location is great near metro station, plenty of good restaurant, and convinient store. Overall the hotel is clean, the staff took great care of daily cleaning. The decor and ambience of the hotel is bright and modern.

The things i didnt like about the hotel is the elevator and the velvet carpet at the hotels corridor just outside our room. The elevator is quite small and need to be maintained and serviced.

This is an interesting part of Paris to stay in, close to the wonderful park, and close to Metro stations. The neighbourhood is great for eating and drinking. You will not have to stray far to get a great bite to eat at locals price, rather than a tourist price. The hotel was well decorated, waiting staff friendly and they were able to store our bikes in the courtyard securely (I emailed them beforehand. So if you are looking for bike storage space make you you ask them as space is limited). Beds are comfortable, with good lighting, and a decent shower and storage.

No tea or coffee making facilities on the room. No shelf to put soap and shampoo in the shower, so you end up putting it on the floor. Toilet roll flew off the holder into a puddle when you brushed past it. Just put a shelf in the shower, and replace the toilet roll holder and it'd be better!

Great location if you’d rather stay outside the tourist trap zones. Still easily accessible from both Pyrénées and Bellville metro lines. Cosy, clean and stylish rooms with air conditioning which is a big bonus in summer.

Not much to say here, it was everything expected and more. If you start picking holes you may as well look at a higher price point. Hard to beat where it currently stands.

Location but related to the distance to the main attractions or turistic locations like Latin quartier. One of the two metro lines around is on mantainance and does not work from 10 pm, so you are forced to take a cab or uber if you return after that time. Neighborhood is ok though.

The hotel is modern, well decorated and clean. We stayed in a superior deluxe double room. The double bed is spacious and very comfortable. The room is nicely air conditioned, which helped us cope in the warm temperatures. The bathroom was spacious enough with a lovely rainfall shower. Staff are very attentive, friendly and made us feel welcome - special mention to Sonia and Ralph for this.

Slightly away from the main attractions in Paris which we were aware of when booking. However, this wasn’t an issue as metro stations are close by.
