Super clean room, toilet and bed sheets. No signs of any bed bugs. Room cleaned every day. Spick and span bedsheets. Cozy small rooms and bathrooms. Just 20 mts from metro - bolivar(7b) - few steps away. Marche Secretan bus stop both ways up and down the road is literally right in front of the hotel ( bus no 26 ). From Gare du Nord - 4/5 stops by bus 26 or 20 minutes walking. Very convenient and safe neighborhood. I loved the location and my stay. I got a room on the ground floor. I am happy with my stay no problem . The hotel is small and has no lift. The staircase is small and only 2 floors. I hope it shouldnot be a problem if u have luggage. Just talk to them and ask for a room on the ground floor. Yes you can others moving next room / upper floor but considering the location its absolutely worth it. If I ever come to Paris again i will stay here again.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant, and I would book with it again. To begin with, it's clean which is very important, and close to a metro stop which is super convenient. Additionally, it is close to food places, grocery stores, a bus stop, and is located on a quiet street in Paris. The room was spacious, with a double or queen-sized bed. The sheets were clean and there were enough pillows. In my case, there were 4 of them. There was a small desk with a kettle, 2 glasses, and some sugar packets. Probably to make tea or coffee if you wanted but the tea and coffee were not included. I imagine one would have to buy some themselves. There were also enough places to put your stuff. It had enough hangers to hang jackets or a scarf or clothes for that matter. It also has enough outlets and a couple of USB ports to charge your electronics. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels. The staff is really nice and can give you more towels if you need them. The bathroom had a couple of sample-sized bar soaps and 2 shower gel packets, but I have learned to never rely on hotels for that anymore so I bring my own shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel. The bathroom had a heater that doubled as a towel-drying rack, which is cool. You can have warm and dry towels when you need them. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful.

Keeping in mind that this is a small, tiny hotel, don't expect a continental breakfast. They do not have a big dining room, so the breakfast options are limited but nevertheless delicious. Granted I went to have my breakfast a little late in the morning, and most of the food was gone (for obvious reasons), I could still see what they were offering for breakfast. They have a medium-sized bookshelves-style rack where they place their breakfast items. They had pastries like croissants and pain au chocolat, sliced baguettes, jams, and yogurt, and to drink they had orange juice, water, and coffee.

The rooms, were good, clean, comfortable bed with great pillows. Updated plugs, with USB options too. Amazing staff, they're there around the clock and happy to assist with any questions.

The walls between rooms are a bit thin, we could hear the person next door on the phone. There is some street renovations which was quite noisy (just during the day), but the double glass blocked quite a bit of that out. The room we stayed in was quite small BUT if you're there to just sleep and out during the day, well worth it.

With the incredible increase in hotel costs in Paris, it was a real relief to be able to stay here, a very decent small hotel with refurbished rooms, at a fair price. The staff was very accommodating.

With the high temperatures, the rather silent new table fan in the room was a sufficient substitute for airco. If it would have been really hot maybe that would not have been sufficient.

The hotel has 2 stars and is very small, but it has almost everything you need. The room is compact and comfortable. The mattress on the bed is excellent. The shower is quite big. It has a hair dryer, and it is professional. It has blankets just in case you are cold, but the heaters are working and inside it were cosy and warm. There is a metro just a few metres on the right. Stalingrad metro station is 14 minutes a way. The staff is excellent, very helpful, professional and polite. My room was ready before 3 p.m., and the gentleman allowed me to do the check-in earlier. I'm very happy about my stay here and very grateful to all who contributed to my stay to be good.

I wish I had a kettle in the room and some fruits for breakfast, but I understand there are good reasons why not. Thank you!

Room was in a really good location and we could very easily navigate our way around the city from there. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including recommending restaurants nearby which were excellent.

Property is on quite a busy road, and if relaxing on an evening it can be quite loud outside. However, this noise stops on a night at a reasonable hour and does not interfere with sleeping in a very comfortable bed.

Can i say the manager is a really lovely and helpful lady and thank you for helping us with our stay at this hotel. Close to this hotel is many restaurants for a night stay. We were there to go to the train to England and close to the train ride. The taxi was booked and arrived on time. The hotel very comfortable, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Easy place for what we needed. Thankyou to the Manager for a very comfortable night.

There were no problems

The hotel exceeded our expectations - the location is great, has the Metro stations very close, staff is very polite and friendly, they speak English. The room was small, but functional and just enough for two people. There are nice restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets to get water, pharmacies if you need any medication, etc. The staff was very helpful with suggestions, ideas on locations to visit, they booked our taxi to the bus station and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was pleasure! Special greetings from my mom to the lovely lady on Reception - they couldn’t talk to each other, but yet my mom felt well taken care of and welcomed. Thank you!

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

Tha staff were very helpful and lovely people. 24 hour reception was great when I had early starts and needed a taxi. The room was small but very clean and comfortable.

It is outside of the centre of Paris but it was fun negotiating the Metro Rail system which is very close to the hotel. I didn't wait more then 3 minutes for a train. It was interesting being part of the everyday life for people living in Paris.

Even though they were having work done at the property I didn’t hear a single bit of noise or disruption during my stay. Beautiful room slightly small shower, but I managed as a solo traveller. Extra blankets was a bonus, nice bedding and ambience in the room. It was warm and cosy. The staff were absolutely fantastic.

I loved everything. This should be at least 3 star hotel.
