Great location and the metro station half a block away Clean

they gave us a handicap room, that we didnt ask for it. the shower was all open and you can imagine the flood of water in the bathroom,we ask for another room and said,they didnt have another one. they could offer another one during the week(we stay 7 nights) but they say no! and that was it. when we do the check in they didnt mention it was a handicap room. we stay 7 nights and thay only clean it up 1 day. we have to ask for towels daily,and ask us how many people are in the room like why did you ask for so many towels?

The staff is what makes this place. I was welcomed with a bottle of water and an ice lolly because it was really hot in Paris. Throughout the stay the staff was attentive and always ready to help. The location is great, too, with plenty of nice bakeries and restaurants in the Oberkampf area. The rooms are basic but perfectly equipped, clean and with very comfortable beds. There is a launderette in the basement for longer stays.

The decor is a bit outdated and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It could have been a problem but the temperature was good at night.

Taxi to the airport was booked for us by the desk staff and was there on time. We had a fantastic time, such a lovely apartment/hotel, we will return and recommend it to family and friends

We tried the breakfast, it was nice but if you get there towards the end the staff don't ask if you would like them to cook some more food. You sort of just get what is left at the end.

As we were travelling as a family of four, having a separate room from the kids was great. Would say the room is too small for four adults but was fine with 2 adults and 2 kids. We travelled a fair bit around Europe so having a lift to get to the top floor was great. Location is amazing...close to Metro and amazing shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Seine and attractions (kids were 8 & 10 and walked no issues). Staff were amazing and very helpful.

In the heat of Paris it would be nice to have aircon otherwise no issues.

Fantastic location, 2 min walk to metro, bus stop infront of the hotel. Enough bars, cafe, restaurants. Easy check-in and check-out. Reached room around 12am due to flight delays, there are people at reception to welcome you and handover the key. Nice job. Decent size room, spacious bed room and living room, small kitchen, small bathroom. Kitchen had enough utensils. Bathroom had soaps and shampoos. Heated towel rail is a plus. On a sunny day, room will be bright.

If your arrival is late night, entry into the hotel is bit challening as it require access to go to the reception. Even though it is a self catering accomodation, welcome kit(coffee, tea, sugar) could have been provided at room. Surrounding is lively even during late night but move cautiously. Room corridor is bit nosiy

Well firstly, I was greeted by two super lovely ladies - Paulene who was Brasilian and Anne who is French (I believe but obviously we are all citizens of the 'world' so it's a little irrelevant) but still I heard the nice accents when they spoke. Room was huuuuge with a kitchen as well which I didn't expect tbh. Bed was super comfy, like good enough to just fall asleep in your clothes (which I almost did, but got changed in the end). What else? Kinda quiet actually, so quite peaceful. Also, I can't believe my luck with the area. So many things to explore, like shops and cafes. I'm told its a touristic area but tbh, I mainly hung out with the locals 🙌 not sure of the guy's name who was on night shift but he also was friendly too.

It was fine. The staff very good, we had some questions which they certainly answered. The WiFi was great. Hotel very close to a metro, we were happy about that not being very mobile. We stayed 5 nights. The room had a kitchenette and even a small dishwasher! Very handy for us as we like to self cater a lot. We would stay again.

The room was a bit cold, we should have requested an extra Doona.

Central but quiet and safe location, room size and equipment, mini-kitchen with everything needed, large wardrobe. Sleep quality was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also, there are a lot of nice shops & restaurants nearby, great selection of supermarkets. Easy access to the public transport. We moved a lot by walking.

It was better to have a room service more often, but anyway fresh towels and bed linen items were always available at the reception free of charge.

I stayed 5 nights with my grandson. We did an ambitious tourist program. It was great for reaching all the sights (three metro stations very close by). We could come back after visiting a sight, have a rest and go out again for an afternoon/ evening program. We ate several times in the region in nice restaurants. The hotel offers water and coffee for free 24/7. On the weekend they offered 2 for 1 breakfast. Bakeries and shops next door. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, small equipped kitchen. Clean and nice. Two ventilators for cooling the air. Everything functioned perfectly. Digital show about Cezanne/ Kandinski in Atelier Lumiere in 9 walking minutes distance. I can’t think of anything more convenient for our purposes.

We had a room on the top floor and could see the paris skyline including Eiffel Tower The room was very warm (which was great given the it was freezing outside) Easy lift access and 24hour reception desk Very comfortable bed Coffee machine in lobby Personalised touches

Bathroom and toilet separate but no sink in toilet. Everything else was great
