The hotel is in a great location super close to the metro so really easy to get around. Loved the decor and general mood of the place, very cozy and warm! The Breakfast was charming and straightforward, would set you up for the morning - a selection of fresh juices and all presented on cute ceramics, I enjoyed the atmosphere very much. Option for dinner if you want to eat in, would definitely recommend at least eating in once. Staff was super helpful and nice.

I would have liked for the breakfast to change a little, maybe in terms of different pastries or options. Would have really liked a small fridge in the room. But overall really happy with everything.

Babel Bellville was wonderful. Location was superb ( right next to Bellville station - easy train ride to everywhere in Paris ) - it's about a 20 minute train ride to the Louvre / half hour to Eiffel Tower Staff was so kind & sweet : went out of their way to accommodate ( i.e. room amenities, coffee, etc.) Room itself was nice size for Euro standards and very modern ( only oddity was lack of TV - which was fine because our goal was to see Paris rather then watch TV ) Breakfast was awesome - delicious variety of traditional French breakfast Helpful Tip : * Confirm what is included in hotel breakfast ( somethings maybe additional charge )

* Room's lack of TV ( though turned out to be a plus - started date earlier )

We have enjoyed our stay at Babel so much. The room is really pretty, big and comfortable bed and all the amenities are well thought. Keep in mind that there isn't a fridge in the room so you can't storage food that way. The air conditioning was working perfectly and we really liked the vibe of the entire place.

We have been a bit disappointed in the way breakfast was, as in you have a few things included in the price you pay for the accomodation (1 croissant/person, a little bit of butter and jam, some bread and you get to choose between chia with granola, yoghurt with fruits and some other thing). If you are a fan of a breakfast that includes eggs and bacon and other stuff like that, you can have them but you have to pay separately for them. Maybe, as an unsolicited advice for them, provide for breakfast the classic options people are used to combined with french specialties to give it a flare :)

Friendly and accommodating staff. The bathroom and shower were really large for Paris, the room was comfortable, the little cookies in the room when we arrived were super cute! The only thing I wish was that we had more time to check out the restaurant.

We love walking around Paris so we did a lot of meeting people closer to the seine by walking 45 mins to an hour or so - if you want to be right in the heart of things then this might not be for you. On the other hand there are tons of cafes and restaurants closer by and the little cobblestone block where you enter is really sweet.

The staff were exceptional! So friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, the croissants were very tasty, and the tea was great. It is right around the corner from the metro station. The decor in the hotel is beautiful, especially in the dining area.

I only had a couple of issues, both of which aren't really a big deal. The shower door was transparent and opposite to the bed, probably fine for couples, but not great for friends/family members. The coffee was also not to my taste personally, but of course, this is just personal preference.

The lobby smells amazing, the staff are lovely, the location is super close to the metro, and it has a great vibe. They do turn down your room each day while you are away which has become a rare amenity since Covid hit. We really enjoyed the chia pudding at breakfast. The room was good sized by Parisian standards (hotel rooms here are microscopic). I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Paris!

There is a cute cat who hangs out in the breakfast area sometimes. If you are severely allergic that is just something to be aware of.

location is very convenient and steps away from the subway. we were surprised to find out the largest farmers market is right across the hotel so we had fun strolling there and bought fine fruits.

the precious occupants must be smokers. our room was filled with bad smell, but the staff quickly cleaned a few times. however, it’s really hard to get rid of the cigarettes smoke smell, it got a littler better each day, but never gone completely. I suggest staff really check your rooms and make sure no smoking is allowed. the hotel itself is such an enchantment, we will return here next time coming to Paris and hopefully we deserve a discounted rate. we didn’t ask hotel for compensation.

Very cool place. Such friendly, welcoming staff, beautiful interior design and fab food and cocktails. Shakshuka and fresh juice at breakfast were both delicious.

There wasn't much not to like. It's a great hotel. My only grumble was that the room was tiny and not well designed for storing luggage or hanging clothes. This is more of a one night stay kind of place. But the do look beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Other rooms might be larger.

Beautiful, wonderful attention to details in the design choices, like a ceiling mural in the shower and interesting light fixtures. The restaurant is very good, and the bar is excellent. It’s worth a visit to this hotel for the inventive, beautifully crafted cocktails alone! The staff is friendly and attentive. The metro is at the end of the block which makes getting to all parts of Paris very quick & easy.

While lovely, the rooms are tiny with a glass door shower and sink next to the bed. Best for solo travelers or someone you are VERY comfortable traveling with. Also the neighborhood is a little off the beaten path for first-time visitors to Paris - but again it’s very easy to get around with a metro stop at the end of the block.

Wow! what can I say! The Babel Hotel is that rustic French dream of a hotel, we would stay here time and time again! The receptionist whom I forgot her name (big brown eyes, long hair & amazing smile) was THE BEST! so sweet and kind. (Side Note ; The lift was so cool) It’s not close to the Eiffel Tower etc however the metro is a stone throw away. We came to Paris from my partners Birthday and the hotel did a FANTASTIC job at getting a cake and balloons sorted plus a lovely card from the hotel! (this was an additional cost). The rooms are laid out perfectly and it’s a style I would take into my own home. The front decor with the blue tiles are to die for and the breakfast room has a stunning Moroccan twist! F A B ! I would recommend anyone to stay here !

-Strangely there was no TV however, it makes a change. - The extra money you pay for breakfast but you don’t get any cold cuts or warm food is a bit of a let down. Probably just wouldn’t chose to go breakfast with this hotel again. - I guess for some people the locations would bother them , however it was fun for us to travel back.
