It would be great to have AC Vs a fan

The hotel is very close to Nation metro station. The room was small but very clean. Ours was on the 6th floor, overlooking the street, with a small balcony and a great view. We could even see the Eiffel tower from the balcony. The bed was comfortable with amazing pillows. The staff is kind and very helpful, they really make a difference. The hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out which was really convenient. Next door to the hotel there is a Thai restaurant with excellent food.

The bathroom is very small with a tiny shower. There aren't any power sockets near the bed.

I am very happy with a very good service provided by this hotel :) I was upgraded for a bigger room upon check-in by a very nice and kind lady at the front desk. She made my day especially after another unpleasant experience with a different hotel in the same area. Honestly this hotel is much better and deserves a better score. Very good value for money. Everything is there needed for a 3 star hotel, not less than expected. I can definitely come back even though I am used to 4-5 stars hotels*

The location is a bit off center however many nice places to eat around and metro Nation is less than 5 min walk.

Friendly receptionists and staff. Very clean room and comfy space. Great location where close to Nation station with different lines of the metro. There are some restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries nearby. Also, a self-laundry store is just one minute's walk from the hotel. There are some lovely candies at the front desk. I ate one flavor a day. It was very sweet.

There's only one key for each room, and you need to return the key to the front desk every time when you leave. Not very convenient to ask the staff for a key every time. No water boiler in the room, which is hard for some people who need hot water. Luckily we got a set of tempo pots after we explained to the staff that we were a little bit sick and needed some hot water.

The room was reasonably spacious for Paris as we have stayed before in other hotels and this was very big comparatively. The location is very good for travelers who want to be more central and have great access to public transport and ease of travel into Central Paris or going into Disneyland. We took a direct bus 351 (Eur 2.50 per ticket) from Airport to Nation and the Hotel is 2 minute walk. We did the same while returning and this was the cheapest mode of transport. Probably not as comfortable as a Taxi, or a slightly longer ride compared to the Orly Bus, but since it is the start and end of the bus route, it is very comfortable even with the luggage and at a fraction of the cost. So this hotel is most ideal in that sense from a location point of view. There are some good boulangeries and some reasonably good places to eat, especially the Thai restaurant right next to the Hotel. It is very convenient, has a launderette right next door that was very clean and is open from 07:00 till 21:30. The Staff at the Hotel was very friendly and gave us various tips for things to do and places to go out eating. The rooms were cleaned every day and were kept very tidy! You had the reception manned 24/7 and so you did not have to worry about carrying your keys around and losing them, as you could leave them there at the reception if you went out and collect them when you were back. The toilets were clean and towels were replaced daily and and toiletries were replaced when needed. There was a room safe included and there were sufficient Clothes Hangers included with reasonably good wardrobe space to put your clothes. There was a Stool and a Chair included in the room too which were hardly used by us but still were there. The Hotel had a nice and small lobby. It had a breakfast area but we didn't use that but it was charged extra at Eur 13 per person. A lovely hotel and served our requirements for this trip and we were very Happy overall!

Since the Building is a bit old, it did sound a bit noisy and could hear a lot of water and plumbing noise, especially if your next room neighbor flushed the toilets or ran the water taps. Sound insulation could be worked upon if possible. There should be some instructions in the room on how to use the Room Safe.

The staff are very pleasant. Check in was smooth, the rooms and common areas are very clean. Breakfast was optional but I decided to take it on 2 of the 3 days I was there. Typical continental breakfast either on the patio or indoors. Pastries, fruit, cheese, ham, etc - but all of a very high quality. Freshly squeezed orange juice. And the gentleman in charge of the dining room was lovely.

Single rooms are small - fine for me but I suspect that the shower might be a bit of a squeeze for someone larger! Some traffic noise when windows open (none when closed - well double glazed). Walls are thin, can hear next door if they are noisy - but I always anticipate this and travel with earplugs. There wasn't much that I didn't like.

I absolutely loved my room, gorgeous view of the inner court and so quiet! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English, the kind gentleman who organized the breakfast buffet did not but was eager to help and communicate, so that wasn't an issue at all. If anyone from the hotel reads this, please pass on my gratitude to him (and all the staff) for their kindness. I really appreciated it! There was also a vast choice of public transport nearby, lots of restaurants and cafes, and supermarkets.

Because it's an old property I guess the walls were pretty thin and some guests in another room were pretty loud. But that is not the hotel's fault and can happen anywhere. The room felt pretty warm but I had my window open most of the time, so that was fine as well. The room itself and the bathroom were a bit on the small side. A larger person might have had a problem with it but it was perfectly fine for me.

Very comfortable room (we stayed in #10) in a small and cozy hotel, conveniently located near metro station Nation, which connects to 3 metro lines and 1 regional train, perfect for access to the main touristic landmarks (i.e. 20 min to Louvre). Room was spacious and well equipped, comfy beds, spotless clean, modern bathroom. Our room was very quiet, being on the inner yard, which has a whispering fountain. People at the reception are kind and helpful. There is a restaurant and small terrace for the breakfast.

Only thing missing in the room is a mini fridge.

Location was perfect for us. It is not a touristy place but close enough to one of the main metro stations that we could go anywhere in Paris within 30mins. Good quality restaurants and cafes nearby. Hotel room was small but had everything we needed only shower gel, moisturizer and soap was available as toiletries.

Beds could have been more comfortable and sometimes the room was too humid and warm we had to open windows in January. But overall ok for short stay.

Everything about the hotel was delightful. My room was tiny but comfortable, likewise the bathroom. The hôtel has been recently renovated. The reception area is very welcoming and the pretty breakfast area opens onto an inner courtyard/deck with outside tables and seating. The staff including the managers are most friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The location at Place de la Nation, with 3 metro lines and several bus and tram routes passing by, is very convenient for access to all other districts of Paris and to the main railway stations. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and the large wooded park "Bois de Vincennes" is easily accessible.

WiFi was weak and constantly cutting off. That surely can be fixed with a extra router for the upper floors.
