its has a lot of space, the staff is friendly and the clean is okey

the wifi and others facilities cost extra money. the furniture looks old and shabby

The staff of the hotel is just amazing. All of them are very gentle and available 24/7. We had everyday cleaning in the room and not to mention the location of the hotel which is ideal and very close to the metro station and the supermarkets. We highly recommend this place and we look forward to visit again Paris and this accomodation!

This hotel is very nice place for its price. The location is very comfortable, you can easily take a straight metro lines to popular tourists destinations, Disneyland as well. Close to hotel there are a lot of shops and restaurants that work until late. The stuff was very polite too

This is an old hotel with old furniture, not the cleanest one. I can't really say that this is a "minus", because it's a 2-stars hotel with comparely low price. In general, I liked my stay here

The hotel was great value for money. My room was much better than expected. I got a 4th floor street-view room, extremely cozy, nice bed and sitting area with a very new toilet and shower. The location is very convenient, some steps away from the Nation station (metro and RER trains), you can get anywhere in Paris easily. The neighbourhood seemed nice and safe, there's a supermarket and an excellent bakery just some meters away. All members of staff were extremely polite and friendly. I will certainly stay here in my next stay in Paris, I loved it!

The only slightly negative point I have to mention is that it was not possible to regulate the heating temperature in the room. The nights were cold outside (0°C) and I got a room just under the roof, meaning that it was a bit too cold for me during the night.

Welcoming staff, good location and room was clean. The Saturday market was lovely to walk around and we bought coffee and pastries and sat and ate them nearby. Easy to get to the metro and direct to the louvre and separate train was direct (think 22 stops) to Eiffel Tower. Booked this hotel after reading concerning reviews about location of my original booking and so glad I did

My expectations for this hotel were far exceeded. It may be a little dated, but everything in the hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a stay of six nights, as we did. The location is also fantastic - a "local" side of Paris, but still with easy access to more touristic areas. There are great restaurants in the area too. The reception staff were very friendly too, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was quite expensive, which is why we opted out of it.

This hotel is situated close to a major underground station, it's narrow corridors and two person elevator (one with luggage) are quite charming. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was simple but good. The room was clean and had a ceiling fan that saved us during the summer heat. Nice cafés and restaurants close by. I was surprised by how clean and comfortable this hotel was because it was also quite cheap.

The photos online don't really give a correct picture of the hotel but it didn't really matter as we got nice and spacious rooms on the top floor (one with AC and the other with a ceiling fan).

The staff is always so nice. I have stayed at this hotel for years. Location and value is excellent and gives you the feel of being amongst the people of Paris and not as a tourist. I will always stay here on my annual trips to Paris

It is an older hotel so the bathroom is in need of minor repairs but they were very responsive when asked for these repairs.

The staff were very welcoming. We had a twin bedroom on the top floor with a spa bath. The location was excellent since Place de la Nation is a junction for several metros and a RER. Ideal for access to aerports and centre of Paris

It would have been nice to have a kettle for hot drinks - particularly to make tea - a British thing !

Great hotel with very friendly staff in a convenient location. With the well connected Nation metro station just round the corner, you can get to all the tourist sites in minutes. Whilst the hotel is basic, you are well served by good local restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets with a late opening convenience store right next door. Highly recommend.

No coffee available in reception outside of breakfast time. Toiletries were basic.
