Location, breakfast, friendly staff.

Looks like my wife and me were bitten by bed bugs in room 305. Very small rooms. I was first time in Paris, and did not expect it, it looks like both problems are quite common for Paris.

Our stay at Le 12 hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's interior design was stylish and modern, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel right at home. The view from the terrace of the Eiffel Tower was the main highlight. The hotel staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel valued and well taken care of during our entire stay. The hotel's delicious breakfast spread was enjoyable. The variety of fresh and tasty options provided the perfect start to our mornings. Overall, Le 12 hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. I value transparency and honesty in service, and it was disappointing to have the illusion of fresh bed linens provided when the actual change did not take place. As a guest, it's essential to have confidence in the cleanliness and hygiene of the accommodation, and incidents like this can create doubts and discomfort. I kindly request that you address this matter within your housekeeping team to ensure such situations are avoided in the future

First and foremost, the interior decor of the hotel is exceptionally sleek and trendy. Our room was not too spacious, nonetheless it possessed every facility/the necessities that we needed compacted into a neat and aesthetically pleasing space, which was especially clean. The view from our balcony was incredible and was such a lovely extra to wake up to every morning. I haven’t a bad word to say against the staff, they were a dream! so amiable, helpful and cheerful; nothing was a bother or to much of an ask for them. Le 12 hôtel is so conveniently located, it’s right near a major connecting metro station Gare Saint Lazare and is nestled in amongst many diverse restaurants and stores, there is a Franprix just opposite! All in all I don’t feel as though I would look elsewhere for somewhere to stay when returning to Paris, this hotel is a complete and utter gem!

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

I was a guest for only one night at Hotel 12 and wish I'd had more time! I loved so much about it - the room was lovely, comfortable, the bed was wonderful, and the bathroom - although very small - had high-quality bath products and an amazing shower! The staff was very kind, warm, helpful, and as a solo traveler, I really appreciated this level of hospitality. The breakfast was excellent, and they were able to book me a car to the airport. The location is excellent. I would stay again and highly recommend!

The main room lighting was a little dim but the bedside lights were great. Be mindful that you need to insert your room key upon entering the room to turn on lights, etc. They didn't mention this at the desk but I noticed it in the room so it wasn't a problem.

This hotel was amazing. We had a very hard day of travelling so when we arrived at the hotel we were hoping this would be a easy and seamless process, and this was exactly the case. Matthew who checked us in was exceptional. He was so friendly and welcoming, and at any stage we need anything he was there to help. As we arrived a few hours earlier, Matthew was kind enough to get us checked in straight away. This really helped after a long day of travelling. Not only this but we received a complimentary upgrade to our room. The hotel was great walking distances from all the main attractions eg Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and Train station (for public transportation). The included breakfast is the morning was also very lovely. Great variety and there was always someone topping up the food so it never ran out.

Not a massive problem but there was no mini fridge in the room.

The hotel was so nice and comfortable. Matthew upgraded us to a room with a balcony free of charge because it was our anniversary and also because he notified we overpaid a little via booking.com. We thought it was a good deal but I guess it wasn't. Overall though the room was so comfortable, bed was great, air conditioning worked so well, and bathroom was private and had a great shower head. The location was nice and easy to take the train or walk. It was also quiet so we slept very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was a tiny bit small, but super comfortable so that made up for the lack of space!

The Hotel is charming, very good location, clean, good facilities, but the best was the staff, which was EXCELLENT!!!! They were always very friendly, helpful and approachable. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby, my very favourite was the Mollard, a gorgeous Art Nouveau fish restaurant with a wonderful menu, huge choice (not only seefood!), lovely old fashioned waiters providing a first class service. I warmly recommend using the extensive bus connection from Gare St Lazare, a 3 minutes walk from the Hotel. Google Map will advise which one goes where and how often. Buying a carnet of ten - the price will be EUR 1,70 for a 90 minutes journey, including changes of buses, no extra charge. Bus tickets can be bought individually from the driver as well (Eur 1,90). Best way to go anywhere in Paris, as buses have their own lanes and they were never crowded (unlike the underground).

This hotel was pure class! A few days before our stay the hotel emailed me to see if there was anything we needed during our stay including recommendations or help with anything - they helped me source tickets to the Eiffel Tower. On arrival, the receptionist was so welcoming. He gave us a map of the city and highlighted train lines and locations. This was really helpful as it was our first time visiting Paris. They also held our luggage as we arrived early and when we got back they'd already taken it to our room. We had the Eiffel Tower suite which has the terrace and it was beautiful. The beds were really comfy, the room was very very clean. We had an iron and ironing board delivered to the room and we got breakfast via room service too. There is a spa (we didn't use) so the room had robes and slippers. The location is in the 8th ARR, it's a very nice district. Paris is huge so it doesn't matter too much where you stay but this is close to the Saint-Lazare station (next road) on line 14 which has good metro links to the main attractions and direct to the Louvre. When we left, the receptionist booked our taxi to CDG which was another helpful thing. Overall, they did whatever they could to please us which was very lovely.

My only negative... and a massive bugbear of mine... no dressing table to get ready or somewhere to sit. Paris involves LOTS of walking so having to stand to do hair/makeup is just extra time on your feet. (You may read this and think I'm lazy but you will notice, most hotels are designed by men without women in mind and it grates on me!)

I enjoyed my stay at the Le 12 Hotel and would recommend it and stay again. The staff was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The location was perfect, in a quiet and super safe neighborhood that is in perfect proximity to metro stations and attractions in the 9th and surrounding arrondissements.

I am aware that Paris hotels are smaller compared to other ciites, but the room was smaller than expected. I traveled alone and had two suit cases. The room was a little cramped for me, especially the bathroom. Also it would've been nice if the room had a closet and an in-room iron and ironing board.
