However the soaps and shampoo run out and it was not replenished for a few days . Hotel gave us free breakfast one day as an apology It was raining so we brought in dust and requested room to be vacuumed - took a few days of asking No bar No restaurant Breakfast very busy at 8-9:30 staffed by 1 person only Staff was helpful and respectful

It was my first time traveling abroad alone. During my stay, my food suddenly allergy occurred. But, a staff called an emergency very quickly, and I came to my life. All of their support was excellent I can not say thank you enough. The staffs were always kind to me, they told me recommendations for lunch or helped me a lot. This hotel is splendid. If I come to Paris again, definitely I'll stay here again. Thank you so much.

It took10min from a station. But it’s ok. You can enjoy the cityscape of Paris also.

Everything. The room size was right. The sheets were crisp and smelled clean. Comfortable bed with 4 fluffy pillows. Bedside tables. Natural light and airy. Air-conditioner. Generous stowage and shelves. Desk, chair, and stool. Sufficient hangers and decorative hooks. Electrical outlets in the right places. The bathroom was spotless and bright. There is an electrical drying rack. The color combination was pleasant and classy. The room is functional, stylish, and elegant. Clearly, it was planned and executed with an eye to comfort and beauty. The reception area and foyer are beautiful. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, warm, and helpful. Breakfast was great even if it was a bit pricey. The hotel is close to everything. Of the 7 stays we've had in the last month (Rome, Firenze, Venezia, Vienna, Stockholm, Munich, Paris) Hotel Cervantes by Happy Culture is the best in all categories. We highly recommend it.

A small suggestion. Move the bathroom sink 8-12 inches to the right to prevent the shower door from hitting the edge of the sink and providing sufficient entry space to shower.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very nice and helpful, already took everything into consideration the minute I walked in - storing the luggage, giving me some time to get stuff outside my suitcase if I needed, gave me an overall summary of the place, it was like they read my mind, as I didn't even get to asking for those things myself. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was really good, with close connections for trains/metro/bus. The breakfast was also great.

My room had no natural light coming in, but that wasn't a very big problem, since I was not in my room much.

It was an exceptional stay. The staff was very friendly, check-in was easy, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern. Bathroom was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was very good, 3 minute walk to 2 metro stations to different big places in Paris and to a bus-stop which went everywhere into the city. Grocery store 3 minute walk, neighbourhood was safe and quiet. I’ve read reviews on noise from the train, we were on the train side but it wasn’t noticeable at all. The welcome sign and chocolate on the bed, as well as free (ice cold) water, tea and coffee were a very nice touch as well. It was very affordable for everything you get (especially the location). I would definitely go back here if I come back to Paris. Wonderful stay.

The hotel is well located in a safe neighbourhood with a number of Metro stations nearby, making getting around Paris a doddle. There was a heatwave when we visited but the air con kept our room cool. The complimentary water and coffee station was greatly appreciated and we liked the small outdoor courtyard. Our Premium Double room was clean, spacious and in good condition. The Classic Double was smaller but fine for a solo traveller.

We would have preferred not have to been allocated rooms right next to the lift but the hotel accommodated an early check-in so I guess we can’t be too picky. Although perfectly adequate for our needs, I did feel that our nightly rate of £200 per night (for a Premium Double) was on the high side.

The location is fantastic; it's only a 20-minute walk to Montmartre! Also, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Sara was lovely and even spoke to us in our native language, Portuguese!

We ran out of hot water for a bit, but the staff quickly helped us to fix the issue. The towel cleaning system didn't seem to work really well, as they would change our towels when we didn't want to or wouldn't change them when we wanted to. Also, the shampoo/shower gel could have been replaced without our request. Other than that, it was really good!

It was in very convenient location with metro station, train and bus station as well. It was extremely safe and there were a lot of shops and restaurants around. It was my first time in Paris and I heard the rooms are very small but we were very nicely surprised that our room had enough space for our luggage and to move around, also there was a quite small balcony. The staff were so kind, smiley and helpful. I highly recommend it. The price was high but after my research I saw it was a regular price for such a neighborhood and type of a hotel.

The staffs were welcoming and very nice. The guy in the reception when we checked-in (we forgot to ask his name) was very nice. He upgraded our room to a bigger one, with free champagne and chocolates. Location is great as well near the metro, bus station, and restaurants. The bed is comfortable as well. Overall, we had a great stay. Will definitely come back here to stay when I come back to Paris.

Our room is near the lift and it’s a bit noisy you can hear the elevator door opening and closing, other than that it’s a great value for money.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. They were small even though we were upgraded to bigger rooms but i guess it was paris. Did not like location it was little further from everything so its shows that its in 8th arr but still far from everything. We had take metro for everything even to eat so we decided to Uber eat most of our dinners. Staff was supper nice. We travel with work so if you do they did not have enough desk space for laptop. Wifi was fast
