An excellent place to state if you want to be in the center of shopping (Gallerie Lafayette etc) and access major tourism sites. The train station is right in front of the hotel and a taxi rank also. The hotel staff and friendly and helpful and the hotel is pleasant.

The staff are great, location is good, right near a metro station. breakfast was continental but aple choice. hotel had a small cosy relaxing room downstairs with a honestly bar for a quiet drink after a busy drink. room was smallish but more than ample for a weekend getaway, it was clean on arrival and serviced every day, bathroom was spotless, air conditioned room which was great after the Paris humidity. Overall - A very pleasant boutique style hotel

Nothing really, price was slightly higher than I would have liked but comparable with other hotels in a city location

We stayed there for a week. Everything was exceptional. The staff were nice, kind accomodating. The room was well-kept, clean and comfortable. There are snacks in the lobby throughout the afternoons (pancakes and madeleines). We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The location is awesome as there is a bus that goes directly to the Charles de Gaulle airport pretty near the place and there are plenty of buses going directly to Louvre, Pere Lachaise and so on. I am lucky to have found this hotel and if I go again I will be sure to stay here.

We were instantly upgraded to a Superior double, which was slightly bigger than the original room I'd paid for which was a nice surprise. Metro station 2 minute walk from the hotel which took you where you needed to go. Plenty of cafe's, restaurants near by too. Taxi rank right outside the hotel. Room was clean and very well decorated. Shower was brilliant, no hassle getting it working. Staff very friendly and informative. Nice and quiet too, considering we were in Paris!

The only slight negative was that the breakfast was cold continental and they only served eggs / Omelet as a hot breakfast option but the buffet style breakfast was superb anyway so we didn't mind too much.

The location near Gare St Lazares and Galleries Lafayette is awesome. Taxi rank close as well as multiple subway and train stops. The all day beverages and snacks for free was great. My wife and I enjoyed buying a glass of rose every night to take to the room. The TV features a couple of English language stations. Netflix too. Internet robust. Staff is friendly and helpful. At least 8 Asian restaurants of good quality directly behind hotel.

One of the two lifts is broken and that is not convenient. The daily cleaners are subpar and require training.

Extremely nice hotel, our room was really comfy, really nice decoration, super kind stuff and we always had drinks and some sweets available in the lobby. Perfect location, right across the street the St.Lazare station connects you with everything and with a 5 mins walk you’re in Paris’ shopping district!

The rooms are pretty small and really warm. Obviously we knew the size in advance, but the combination of size + temperature made the nights extremely sweaty. Even with the A/C set at 17 degrees we still had to open the window every now and then. Sound-wise the window isolates from the external noise amazingly…but with the windows open things obviously are different…

I stayed in a lovely room on the top floor with a nice desk and a big bathroom. It was pretty clean, the toiletries had a great smell and plenty of towels. I had a huge bed which was perfect after the stressful days I had and the complimentary tea, coffee and snacks were great once I was working overnight and had something warm to take when back from the working field. Most of the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

The lift is a bit temperamental and sometimes takes forever.

The hotel lobby was so cool, good decor and it also has a place to sit and have breakfast with music alive. Also has a place to do some home office in a very cool and private room. It has fitness centre. The staff was great. And it has free hot and alcoholic drinks for its guests. The rooms were very spacious.

The bathroom had some colour lights so it looked like a motel. We had a lot a lot of sounds from the entire building, we could hear steps, the water passing by and some street sounds. The toilet space was reduced.

We received a free upgrade on arrival.The room was very clean and well appointed. The room had a coffee machine and pods. The decor in the room was on point. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was of a high standard and included omelettes. In the foyer there is a coffee machine and an excellent assortment of teas. This is available anytime for guests. The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. Constantly asking if there was anything they could do to assist, or if we needed any information. The location is perfect for walking to explore the city, if you aren't up to walking, there is a metro station across the road. This station allowed us to make our way to our train onto Amsterdam.

The room was hot at night and the A/C appears to only do heating. This was overcome by opening the window at night.

The hotel is a gem. The staff are equally gems. Made us feel so welcome. They are exceptionally professional and polite. We had a small room on the ground floor which was extremely spacious and clean but felt like a spare bedroom at home. After a few hours of considering leaving the hotel the next day I instead emailed the team and by the time we were back from dinner, we had been shifted to a top floor. The room was lovely. The team were epic. On check out the masher also applied a gesture of goodwill and reduced our bill. Best hotel staff we have experienced

Once you are in the The hotel it is lovely. The expectation of boutique hotel. But the location is great for travellers which is next to the Gare Lazare. However the hotel is unfortunately next to very low end eateries such as kebab shops and pharmacies. This no fault to the staff but don’t expect to have a beautiful setting.
