Staff was very friendly and welcoming Room was spacious and very comfortable Nespresso machine in the room Very good location

I have to remove 2 points because the insulation between the hallway and the room is very poor and it was quite noisy in the morning

The location was perfect, just a stone's thorw from St Lazare, 2 min walking to Printemps, 5 min to Opera. Lots of brasseries and good F&B opportunities around. The staff were very friendly, I asked for slippers that my room didn't have and they gave to me. We ordered capuccino and the rrom service was very reliable. Good soap and shampoo

We were given a room at the 6th floor, which was smaller that the one I had seen while I booked the room. No slippers. Empty mini bar. Very small bathroom, but it worked ok

1 - The location is perfect. There are different metro, bus and train routes close to it, very convenient for travelling in/out of Paris. 2 - The staff are very nice and helpful. 3 - The area it is located is generally safe. 4 - The design is modern and the facilities are new.

1 - It would be better if the windows are sound-proofed. Facing the street, people’s noise from outside can be heard late night and in the early morning, there are garbage trucks working. 2 - The bathroom is a bit small, toilet next to the sink, literally.

It is a nice hotel at the heart of Paris. We were walking every day to all main sights and museums. We hardly used the metro. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

We were expecting a bit larger room as we stayed for a whole week. Also Spa only had a hamam service as room price inclusive. We were expecting at least some discount on massage fees for the hotel guests.

Love the location, metro station veyy close by and with few lines options. Location is very central to tourist places and shopping places. Surrounding also many restaurants.

The shower screen abit too small, so the toilet floor get wet and messy after shower. Also couldn't understand when we put the sign on the door knob do not disturb, but the cleaner still clean the room everyday.

Lovely hotel, great location and the staff were so friendly and spoke multiple languages. Breakfast was delicious and all the waiters were helpful. Everything was really clean and they even had luxury bath and shower products in the room!

We loved the hotel, and felt like nothing could have been better. A really enjoyable stay overall and would definitely stay again when visiting paris.

Very good location.

Windows did not provide any sound insulation. The noise from the bar across the narrow street until midnight and rubbish collection at 6am were heard in the room as if the windows were wide open. Also the room was so small that it was difficult to place a suitcase anywhere in the room, although I know that it is the norm in Paris. Word of advice, always ask for a room away from the street.

location to train and opera house

All of reception staff were excellent except for a Manager from the catering Saturday night.Asked for room service and was shown the fridge or told there are lots of places outside to eat. After travelling all day and arriving back at 8.30 pm was not impressed 😡

We had great rooms next to each other - not interconnecting but same entrance. Perfect for our teenage boys and us. can’t remember ladies name who checked us in - she was awesome!

Very minor - would’ve liked a bit more toiletries in bathroom. Forgot our lotion, and thought not to worry as it would be supplied by hotel.

Great staff, clean facility

Rooms are very small, the breakfast could have been better, no cheese on the bread, on day 3 we found out that we could just ask for scrambled egg etc
