The size of the room was exceptional by Paris standards and with a private bathroom and kitchenette. Also the convenience of a lift; if and when required. Location very central, a little convenience store over the road, cafes and restaurants a few walking paces and Luxembourg gardens easy walking distance. Metro also close. Met our Australian family there and they had a one bedroom suite with a dining area, full size fridge, washing machine and sofa bed for the children. The hotel went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Staff were always in reception, helpful and with a friendly smile. We would stay again and recommend to our Australian friends.

Able to get into room earlier than expected, which was very nice. Easy to get keys and reception was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was every day, which was a bit much for us. On Christmas they did leave gifts of chocolates, which was nice. The robes and slippers were great. The warming rack for towels was a nice touch as well, though was set very high when we first got there, but easy to turn down/off. The ability to open the very tall windows, very nice. The location was perfect, easy to get to multiple metro/RER stations, though there were a lot of places within walking distance 5-20min. Multiple grocery/convenient stores and restaurants around. The market across the street always seemed to be open. What I did not expect in Paris is that many places open later in the day (10/11am) and stay open late night. Great Italian place down the street (Luisa Maria) we went to a few times, suggest making reservations. We stayed for 5 nights and I would recommend to others. Overall the place worked for the short time we were there, location being a big plus.

I did not realize I booked a room with only 1 full bathroom/shower. That is not the fault of the property that I didn't realize that as the listing clearly states on 1 shower room. The sewer smell from the kitchen, such is city living, thankfully there was a door on the kitchen and we were able to keep it closed. No drying rack for clothing since clothes were still a little damp or if just wanted to hang dry. Plenty of hangers though so was able to improvise. The temperature in the flat was very warm, even after turning all the rooms down to 19 Celsius. Thankfully we could open the windows and cool it down. Wifi connection was not great, kept having to connect/disconnect our devices for it to work. My daughter seemed to have the worst go of it and it just kept dropping on her.

The hotel is located right in the Latin Quarter. Lots of great restaurants around and close to the Odeon Metro station which is convenient for getting around Paris. The hotel is in a quiet location but you only need to stroll a few blocks to find lively restaurants and bars populated by students and office workers from the neighborhood (it's near the Sorbonne). We really like that the hotel is a 10 min walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, a beautiful and spacious park...don't miss it! Our room had a kitchenette and washing machine (no dryer), shower stall only (no bathtub). The staff was really helpful and arranged for a limo ride to the airport upon our departure from Paris. Sorry we didn't have time to book a spa treatment during our stay!

Everything was good, really, except we had a problem using the washing machine. European mini washing machines in hotels are confusing! Our concierge was very helpful and patient in assisting us with the washing machine... he had to come to our room 2-3 times. Merci!

Overall, this hotel was a pleasant surprise! I booked last minute for four members of our family and the apartment like room was clean, quiet, tastefully decorated with all of the key amenities. It felt fresh and new. It was in a great location and very reasonably priced.

We stayed in La Perle, the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was a really big space, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, nice beds. Bathrooms are small but that was no problem.

Spacious and nicely decorated unit (but over 2 floors) with a shower in one bathroom and a bathtub in the other, which the kids enjoyed. Located in an area with a wide selection of food options spanning French to Asian cuisines. Not far from the metro and a beautiful big park, as well as the Notre Dame Cathedral (further from Eiffel and Louvre). Friendly staff. Heaters in the rooms and bathrooms were excellent.

One of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom had sloping ceilings which resulting in me knocking my head a couple times even though I am only 5”4’. It could be because we were in the top unit. It may have been mentioned but I didn’t notice that kids are not allowed to use the spa facilities. I assumed they were facilities for hotel guests (they are also for spa guests) regardless of age so that was a minor disappointment. Hot water took ages to come on, felt we were wasting a lot of cold water waiting for the hot water, initially we thought there was no hot water!

Wonderful location, and the staff was very kind and nice. The rooms were very good - and our kitchen was equipped sufficiently to cook...and the possibility of washing our clothes was highly appreciated as well. This place is for sure, a place to revisit !

Noise from other rooms are heard easily, and the extra Bed we had was not fit for a 90 kg. heavy person. The breakfast was not felt like value for money. Parking is 4-500 meters from the Hotel, and payed pr day BUT beware if your car is in the Upper range size fx. Mercedes 300+ series, BMW 4-500 series, Audi A5-A7, VW Passat, Peugeot 508 and similar - then it is really difficult to get out!

Great location, very comfortable room, very friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. It had everything we needed as a base for a long weekend in Paris.

Nothing really, but there’s no communal areas such as a breakfast room or bar, but you can have everything ordered to your room for a small fee.

An excellent hotel with very well appointed apartments. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a bed sofa in the lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen had oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. We only stayed for two nights and therefore didn't fully utilise these facilities, other than adding some drinks to the fridge! The fit and finish of the rooms was excellent with a very modern feel. The shower was amazing. All members of the team that we met were friendly and very helpful.

The apartment was clean, well equipped. The location is fantastic.

The extra bed in the living room area was not that comfortable. It was a bit cold in the apartment when we have arrived, but the heating worked perfectly so was not really an issue. We got an apartment on the ground floor just next to the an area where people sit down for smoking and we were travelling with our child who was sleeping in the living area facing to this smoking space. Therefore we needed to keep the windows and curtain closed all the time so people sitting down smoking (specially in the evening) do not disturb our kid sleeping. Not really sure why anyone thought that apartment was the best option for a family with a smaller kid. Fortunately not many people sit down smoking there so it was not a big deal.
