Hotel Luxembourg Parc

This hotel is perfectly "French" and rare. "Lydia" greeted us and made us feel so welcome after a long international flight, and every time she was on the desk during our comings and goings. Other staff (Fabienne and Fannie) were also very kind and helpful. Location: excellent. Decor: quintessential Parisienne. This was a return stay and not disappointed, will return.

Location/ Clean

The experience with the staff was quite ambiguous. While the lady at the check-in was wonderful (she even offered to help me carry my luggage) and the young man at the reception was always polite and accommodating, the check-out left a grain of salt in my overall experience: the lady had quite a rude attitude: usually when you leave a hotel, you expect the person who processes your check out, to ask if all went well and if you enjoyed your stay. This lady rather seemed to be glad I finally left. It’s a pity if the staff is not trained for a consistent behavior towards customers. I do travel a lot and this is the first time I experience such an attitude.

The location of the hotel is in great proximity to the bus, the metro, restaurants, cafes, and museums. We were able to walk everywhere or take a short bus ride/metro ride to other further places. Aside from location, the front desk staff were phenomenal! The younger lady with short hair and glasses was very friendly and recommended a few cafes for us to try. She was also very excellent at giving walking directions. The evening staff was an older gentleman who also helped us get a taxi and provided us with great conversation. The Filipino gentleman from the breakfast area was so friendly and extremely accommodating. These staff members really made our first time trip to Paris, a very enjoyable and memorable trip. This was definitely an unforgettable experience for us.

The king bed was basically two full sized beds pushed together. I love to sleep in the middle of the bed while my husband sleeps closer to the edge hahaha. With two full sized beds, I kept falling into the middle ditch because the beds would start to slide apart as I tossed and turned throughout the night.

This boutique hotel was extremely charming in it's decore. The lobby to the library where we had drinks and tea during out stay. It also had a cute little garden sitting area withing the walls of the hotel. Our room was immaculatly clean and the furnishings and design very french and charming. The staff in the bar as well as the check in desk were very warm and welcoming. I had a distinct feeling that many guests were return clients and it felt like home. The staff treated all of us as we were family.

The room was absolutely beautiful with elegant furniture and pictures on walls. The marble bathroom was lovely and clean. Staff were always nice and helpful. We loved the location as it was convenient, safe, and quiet.

As we requested a tea making facility, they have provided with a lovely tea set with electric kettle and complimentary tea bags. But on our second day, used tea cups and spoons were not replaced and was left as they were. It was ok as we could wash them in the bath room, but it would have been nicer if we could have a fresh set on the second day as well.

Absolutely loved the room and it was perfectly sized for my daughter and I! We did not feel cramped at all. We were away most of each day to sightsee but our room was comfortable and provided ample drawers and space for our things. Bathroom perfect too! This is not your usual sized space for Paris lodgings and I was relieved. Beautiful accommodations. Staff was always available if needed and kind and so patient with my lack of French lol. We would gladly stay here again! 🥰🥰

Only issue was the bathroom had a fan but it didn’t seem to have a switch or turn on automatically so our hot showers took a spell to clear from bathroom. Was not an issue that truly bothered us though.

Great location right next to the gardens and within walking distance of many restaurants and night life. The area right around the hotel was very quiet. Room was as expected. Very Parisian and quaint. We had requested a room with two twin beds but were given a queen sized bed to share. The hotel seemed very quiet (we did not see any other guests) so I am not sure why we couldn’t get a room with two twin beds. The rate included breakfast but unfortunately we couldn’t stay for that as we had to head out early. Overall, it was a great value.

There wasn’t anything that I did not like! It’s not a luxury hotel by any means but it is very nice and a great value for the money.

It's everything you want in a hotel where everyone understands the fine art of hospitality. I am always happy to stay here as it has loads of charm, pretty, light-filled, well-appointed rooms that have a quiet elegance, lovely marble bathrooms, with a shower and a tub. Yet what makes me happy is the group that strives to make everyone feel like they are taken cared for and welcome.

Beautiful hotel that captures the spirit of classical France. The walking distance to luxemborg gardens also cannot beat. The staff is top notch. If you want to be absorbed in the history of the city of lights, and have a gorgeous room for a fair price, this is the hotel to stay out.

The lobby is a bit underwhelming, but this is not the fault of the staff or even the building itself. This hotel otherwise is a grand mixture of opulence and coziness.

It’s a lovely hotel and the location is perfect! Fabienne at the front desk is a marvel. She knows all the restaurants in the area and got it right 5 out of 5 nights! Very helpful with things that came up and as I was walking out the door it began to rain and she was right there with an umbrella. Charming and wonderful! Breakfast staff was incredible too. Had our cafe creme waiting for us every morning!
